A 63,000 sf. Rich’s department store and a Service Merchandise were the two main anchors of the plaza. Tjmaxx has a store in a corner of the U-shaped plaza. Service Merchandise was originally located in Lewiston's Promenade Mall. Hoyt's Cinema opened later in December 1990.

Unfortunately for the center, the anchor stores were not doing so well in the mid 90’s. Rich’s closed all its stores in 1996-1997, and Service Merchandise closed in 1999 just before the company went out of business. In 2000, Big Lots opened a store in 36,000 sq.-ft.of the former Rich's. Another part of Rich's later became Craft-Mania. 

Service Merchandise stayed vacant for years. Dollar Tree finally opened a store using part of that space. Bed, Bath & Beyond eventually opened in another part of the vacant store. Sports Authority also joined them to fill the rest. In 2015, Craft-Mania closed its doors and was quickly replaced by Planet Fitness.
