This 197,066 sq.ft. shopping center was built in 1999.  The center is located 1/2 mile south of Interstate 89 in West Lebanon on the New Hampshire and Vermont border. The plaza is near the Upper Valley Mall. The main anchor store is Walmart which is 100,000 sq.ft. The store is attached to but not owned by the shopping center. Price Chopper has a 65,000 square foot supermarket in the plaza. In 2011 Borders closed after the company's bankruptcy.
