This plaza is an older shopping center in Plattsburgh NY.  It's a rather large property located somewhat closer to downtown than the other shopping centers closer to exit 37.

I only have limited information on this plaza.  Based on a site visit, pictures and gathered information, I was able to learn that the plaza once had a large anchor store at the back of the property: Grand-Way. The strip of smaller stores on the left included Champlain Drugs, Neisner's and other stores. It also appears that the current Big Lots/Family Dollar space in that strip was a Grand Union supermarket initially.

The current Jade buffet was a Bonanza Steakhouse.  Aldi supermarket was recently still located in part the large former anchor building but moved up the road into a new building.
