This 260,000 sq.ft. property opened in 2010-11 with a brand new Market Basket store on a large lot off Route 101 in Epping. At the entrance of the property, a tall pylon sign for future tenants was added and on the left of the entrance is a Burger King. On the right is a free-standing CVS pharmacy. In 2012, a large new section was added on the right side of the supermarket. That building added space for a Marshalls, Dress Barn, Famous Footwear and Petsmart. Both Marshalls and Famous Footwear opened in March 2012.  Petsmart opened April 14, 2012. Other stores followed later. A new building was also constructed behind the CVS area.

With this booming center and the other one across Route 101, Epping is becoming the tax-free shopping destination between Manchester and Portsmouth. In April 2017, Rue 21 announced the closure of 400 stores including the Epping location.
