I have tried for months to determine Internet pricing from Comcast. Their web site does not understand my street address, even though they have pulled cable and have a box labeled "Comcast" on my lot. This time I tried their 'Chat Room'. For those of you who love to collect evidence of Comcast follies, here is a transcript of my 'chat'. And, yes, the entire transcript came (from Comcast) in duplicate.
