Anyone have a clue what could cause these symptoms with the internet where I'm staying?
On my iPhone, when running off WiFi, I cannot log in to the Wells Fargo app. The message I get after entering Username and Password is, "There was an error retrieving your data. Please try again." I cannot even find the ATM Locator. Wells Fargo tech support tried to find a cause. If I turn WiFi 'off' and use cellular data, or use a different WiFi network, it works fine. The result for me is that I must go to a different building to deposit checks with the app. I can use the Wells Fargo site from my laptop with no problem, but it has no check deposit function.
Also on my iPhone, I cannot use the KING-FM app. I get the message, "This app is not correctly configured. Please contact support." I get this message using cell data and WiFi - then a black screen. Again, KING support has not been able to help. One clue: immediately after the upgrade to iOS 8.0.3 it worked once, and once only. So I listen to WQXR instead. And again, I can listen to KING-FM via my laptop using the WiFi network. Deleting the app and re-installing it did not help. So this problem does not appear to be WiFi-related, unless using WiFi somehow messes up the configuration file and prevents the app from working.
I am not enough of a techie to understand what could be the cause of (or solution to) this problem.

Meanwhile, we finished installing the reinforcing steel in the foundation footings yesterday and will pour (actually pump) concrete today. So I need to get up and out.
