My plan is to help Jubilee House Community to rewire their three buildings for electricity. They report faulty grounding and fluctuating voltage presently. I will carry a load center (circuit breaker panel) with breakers and GFCI outlets with me. Some of the load centers available in Seattle have aluminum bus bars, which will be problematic in the humid climate. I will buy one with copper bus bars and 3/4" breaker spacing.
I have recommended that they switch to a different Internet Service Provider (ISP) because they have poor service at high cost. I recommended that they explore Yota, a Russian firm that supplies WiMax to the greater Managua area. Their representative visited JHC and tested the service level, which proved to be better than the existing service.
