The Day of Judgement

The Day of Judgement

Rev.20:12 - And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.

Awe, the Day of Judgement! How we look forward to that day. However, what if that day were to come tomorrow? Would we welcome it, or would we be begging for more time to get our spiritual lives in order?

Of course we know that this event will not occur until the end of the millennial rule of Yahushua. But that does not negate the reality that we are to be ready for this judgement every day that we are afforded life on this planet. Whatever time we have been allotted ends at the time of our death. Sure, we will be resurrected in the end, but let’s not forget the rest of the passage;

Rev. 20: 13 - And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 - And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

15 - And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Yes, our heavenly Father keeps books on each and every one of us who have been chosen since the beginning of man and have our names in the Book of Life. Reflect for a moment on how great and wonderful it is to have been chosen since before the earth was formed, to be a part of Yahuwah’s Kingdom. Yes, Yahuwah knew our names even way back then. Yahuwah must have had great confidence in us, that we would be capable of achieving this end. Perhaps even more confidence than we ourselves have.

Of course, every man-made religion on earth teaches that their followers pass from temporal life on Earth to eternal life in heaven the moment they die. Is this what the Scriptures really teach? I’m afraid not! According to the Scriptures, no one will be granted eternal life until they are resurrected and judged. The basic reason why the worldly religions have it all wrong, is because they all worship their religion before their elohim. In doing so, rather than leading their followers into a closer relationship with Yahuwah, they are leading them further away. We are to entrust NO man or religion in this regard. Our salvation fully depends on our individual relationship with the Creator. He will be judging our hearts on our individual merit. No man can lead us away from our salvation unless we allow them to.

The condition that allows us to enter into the covenant with the Almighty Creator demands that we believe, repent and be baptized with water. However, this is only the beginning of our journey. Yahushua begged the question of His followers:

Matt. 20: 22 - But Yahushua answered and said, You know not what you ask. Are you able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able.

23 - And he said unto them, You shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.

Yahushua seems to be talking of a different baptism here, one which He Himself had not yet experienced at the time. This was not referring to baptism by water, but instead baptism of blood unto death. To put it more clearly, it is the personal sacrifice of one’s own life, on account of our faith.

I have witnessed scores of individuals who falsely assume that water baptism is all that is required of them to gain eternal life. And, this is exactly what (at least) the Christian religion teaches. It is, perhaps, the biggest lie ever told to mankind.

The second biggest lie is that the laws of Yahuwah were done away with by the Messiah. As is revealed in my e-book, “The Christian Counterfeit: Constantine’s One World Religion”, it was Emperor Constantine who did away with the Law of Yahuwah, not Yahushua. In placing Constantine’s decree above the Word of Yahuwah, followers unwittingly make Constantine the object of their worship, rather than Yahuwah. This makes both their water baptism and system of worship a fraud, and of no effect whatsoever in gaining salvation through fear and trembling. All their confidence lies in their religious leaders and not in Yahuwah at all.

If someone whole-heartedly believes they are already saved, what need is there to WORK out their salvation? Is this not the same lie that the serpent told Eve? The reality is that there are over 100 million Christians in the world, who believe that they are already saved.

Gen. 3: 2 - And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:

3 - But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, Elohim has said, You shall not eat of it, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.

4 - And the serpent said unto the woman, you shall not surely die:

5 - For Elohim does know that in the day you eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be as elohim, knowing good and evil.

Whereas, Yahuwah told Adam and Eve they would die if they ate of the fruit, HaSatan was telling them they would not surely die. In other words, he was telling them that they were already elohim. This amounts to the exact same lie spouted by all the Christian ministries, that we gain eternal life immediately upon death.

The serpent also told Eve that the fruit would open her eyes and she would be of the same stature as Elohim, knowing good and evil – or be the ones who made the determination what is good and what is evil. Judging from the condition of the world today, we make lousy judges. Yet still, most prefer the lie to the truth; and because of their “once saved, always saved” rhetoric, many are deceived and lulled to sleep, thinking their salvation is guaranteed. They see no need in seeking out all truth concerning what is pleasing to Yahuwah, since they already believe they are pleasing to Him.

And yet, in the 7 letters to the 7 churches (Rev. 2:1 – 3:22) the churches are admonished to be careful – that their salvation is NOT guaranteed.

Ephesus

Rev. 2:5 - Remember therefore from whence you are fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto you quickly, and will remove your candlestick out of his place, except you repent.

6 - But this you have, that you hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

7 - He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches; To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of Elohim.

What were their first works? According to the Christian leaders it was, “the works which flowed from thy first love. Not merely "feel thy first feelings," but do works flowing from the same principle as formerly, "faith which work by love." (Jamieson, Fawcett and Brown).

Of course they believe that the Law has been done away and was replaced by love. This deception did not come all at once, but crept gradually into the church via deceptive leaders. Therefore, It is not “love”specifically that is being addressed, but the love of the Law, which they abandoned.

Acts 15: 5 - But there rose up certain of the sect of the Pharisees which believed, saying, That it was needful to circumcise them, and to command them to keep the law of Moses.

The two things at issue here are circumcision and the Law of Moshe. In the case of physical circumcision, circumcision of the flesh was replaced by circumcision of the heart. After all, circumcision of the flesh did nothing whatsoever to help the ancient Israelites attain salvation, since they continued to sin afterward. The conclusion that all in attendance agreed to was:

Acts 15:19 - Wherefore my sentence is, that we trouble not them, which from among the Gentiles are turned to Elohim.

20 - But that we write unto them, that they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood.

21 - For Moses of old time has in every city them that preach him, being read in the synagogues every Sabbath day.

The Law of Moshe was not done away with, but the apostles knew it was unrealistic to expect every Gentile member to learn all of the Law overnight. It would take time. Therefore, they commanded only that they abstain from meat sacrificed to idols, fornication with false gods and things strangled and from blood, to gain entrance to the Temple. Afterward, they would learn all of the Law by attending one of the synagogues situated in every city. The crux of the argument was that Yahuwah empowered them with His spirit while they were still ignorant of the Law. It was their love of Yahushua that led them to be baptized. But this is speaking of water baptism only. They had yet to face the final baptism of blood. The only way to prepare them for this baptism was to have them learn all of the Law, along with obedience to those laws. We prove our love for Yahuwah by obedience to His Law. In proclaiming Yahuwah’s Law done away with, the Christian fabricators were denying any true love towards Yahuwah. Instead, they were declaring their love towards Constantine (3 centuries later, even though this movement began much earlier), instead, since it was he, not Yahuwah, who did away with the Law.

What is the second death? This applies to all who are brought up in the 2nd resurrection unto death in the Lake of Fire. We do not want any part in this resurrection.

Smyrna

Rev. 2: 10 - Fear none of those things which you shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that you may be tried; and you shall have tribulation ten days: be you faithful unto death, and I will give you a crown of life.

11 - He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches; He that overcomes shall not be hurt of the second death.

The first generation of believers (for the most part) were faithful unto death. They suffered all kinds of deaths due to them stubbornly clinging to their faith. This is the baptism of blood which our Eldest Brother suffered and by which He was deemed worthy of eternal life. Who are we that we should enter eternal life by any lesser means than Yahushua? This is the baptism Yahushua was talking about when He asked His apostles, “Are you able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?” Water baptism is for the “babes” in the faith – newly entering. The baptism of blood is for the most spiritually mature.

Pergamos

Rev. 2: 14 - But I have a few things against you, because you have there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumbling block before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.

15 - So have you also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitans, which thing I hate.

16 - Repent; or else I will come unto you quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth.

17 - He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says unto the churches; To him that overcomes will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knows saving he that receives it.

The Doctrine of Balaam is the practice of preaching for a paycheque, rather than preaching strictly out of love. How many of such are around today? How many of such came out of the former Worldwide Church of God? The Doctrine of the Nicolaitans is (JF&B) “The word "Nicolaitans" comes from two words in Greek, niko and laos. The word niko means to conquer or subdue, while laos means people. Put together, these two words mean to subdue the people, or in other words, the clergy-laity system. Because the service of Yahuwah has been commercialized, the clergy-laity system spontaneously appears.” In spite of knowing what this term means, traditional Christianity follows this same practice today; and its members prefer it that way. They expect the clergy to do all the work for them and report to them every Sunday. As long as they trust the clergy in all they say and do, the laity feel their salvation is assured. Well, I am telling you flat out, that salvation is not for the lazy and slothful. Such are going to end up toasting their toes in the Lake of Fire.

Thyatira

Rev. 2:20 - Notwithstanding I have a few things against you, because you suffered that woman Jezebel, which calls herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.

21 - And I gave her space to repent of her fornication; and she repented not.

22 - Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds.

23 - And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searches the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works.

I am sure that we have all attended funeral services of non-believers (Christians), where there is much moaning and groaning concerning why Yahuwah took their loved ones from them. Some even abandon Yahuwah following such a tragic loss. The truth is, we all have to die sometime. And, if the person has never made any attempt in their lifetime to form a close and loving relationship with our Creator, why should He care a less about them?

Surely a person could be a “good” person, even if he/she is ignorant of the Way of Yahuwah. Of course, I am talking of worldly goodness. But without strict obedience to the Word and Laws of Yahuwah, their goodness is nothing more than filthy rags. Again, we prove our love through obedience. And such obedience must come from the heart, and not merely paying lip service to impress our fellow laity. Some within even the community of True Believers fall into this category as well.

The Christian fabricators all claim that works are not a prerequisite to salvation. Yet, here the angels that was speaking to John states the in the end we will be judged by our works. If the works of the Law were, indeed, done away, then how can we be judged by such works?

Sardis

Rev. 3:4 - You have a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

5 - He that overcomes, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

How do we defile our garments? There must be some guide lines concerning how we defiled our garments. If not by the Law – what? We can only walk with Yahushua if we make ourselves over into obedient servants – just as He did. We must write the Law on our hearts and in our minds, to the point that we, by nature, automatically conform to the Law.

1 Tim. 1: 9 - Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

10 - For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;

11 - According to the glorious gospel of the blessed Elohim, which was committed to my trust.

For those who are, by nature, obedient to the law, the law no longer applies, because it would not even enter their minds to disobey. However, we must first reach this state of being. How can we do that if we do not even know and follow the Law?

Most attribute the doing away with the Law to the New Testament, or the Gospels, and especially the apostle, Shaul (Paul). Yet, here Shaul is declaring that the Law pertains to NT Believers, just as it did to the OT. The only way it no longer pertains to us is if we write the Law on our hearts and minds to the point that we by nature are obedient, and the desire to disobey, is no longer part of that nature. This is the state of obedience to the Father that Yahushua achieved and proved through His sacrifice (unto blood). The question we must all ask ourselves is. “Are we ready, at this precise moment, to face this trial?” If the answer is no, we had better roll up our sleeves and get to work.

All seven churches are charged with the duty of overcoming. What is it that they are to overcome? The Christian deceivers tell their followers that they are fine just the way they are. They are not only liars but soul stealers. They are all worldly – not righteous. Yet, Shaul is telling us that we must overcome the world. One cannot be both of the world and overcomers of the world. Such are walking contradictions.

Philadelphia

Rev. 3:10 - Because you have kept the word of my patience, I also will keep you from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

11 - Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

This is the church that all churches claim to be. Anyone who was a member of my former church (the Worldwide Church of God) knows only too well that this supposition was pressed upon us very aggressively. And, naturally, all the splinter groups from that church claim the same thing. As nice a thought as it is, reality is in the eye of the beholder.

My view of reality is any individual or group that bears the title, “Church of God” is still worshipping Baal (Gad or Gaud). Yahuwah, the only true Elohim, charged His followers to proclaim His name before all the nations. “God” is not His name. Neither is it “the LORD”. In proclaiming the name of another in place of Yahuwah, is blaspheme; and in the Day of Judgement, Yahuwah is going to say to these individuals, “I never knew you.”

Just because our names were written in the Book of Life since before the Earth was founded, does NOT mean that our names cannot be replaced. Therefore, we must be ever diligent in proclaiming His true name before the nations. If not, we could be replaced by someone more diligent.

Laodiceans

Rev. 3:15 - I know thy works, that you are neither cold nor hot: I would you were cold or hot.

16 - So then because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew you out of my mouth.

17 - Because you say, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and know not that you are wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

18 - I counsel you to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that you may be rich; and white raiment, that you may be clothed, and that the shame of your nakedness do not appear; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.

Absolutely no one claims to be part of the Laodicean Church. Yet, the majority of the population is indeed part of this church. However, there is hope even among such. The “gold tried in the fire” is the Word of Elohim. The Word of Elohim opens one’s eyes to spiritual truth. It is not a onetime only thing, but involves a lifetime of study and work. No, salvation will not come to the lazy and slothful. There is much work involved. And, only those who work out their salvation with fear and trembling will ever see such salvation.

Conclusion

Even though the actual Day of Judgement is still over one thousand years in the future, we only have till the end of our physical lives to “get it right”. If you currently are a member of one of the mainstream Christian religions, your first duty before Yahuwah is to be certain that the religion you follow teaches what the Scriptures actually teach. Does it honour the Creator, or a third century Roman Emperor?

What about the Sacred Names for the Father and the Son? How important is it to use them exclusively. According to the Scriptures, Elohim commands His people to declare His name before all the nations. Failure to do so, equates to disobedience and disrespect towards our heavenly Father. Calling Him by every (pagan) name beside His true name, is insulting to the Creator Elohim. The name “God” is of pagan origin (Baal-Gad or Gaud). “Lord” is also of pagan origin (also associated with Baal worship). Iesous is a Greek counterfeit of the Messiah’s true name. “Jesus” is only 600 years old and could not possibly have been His name. Rather it comes straight from the Greek counterfeit. The Messiah’s name was Yahushua, which literally means, “Yahuwah is my salvation”. If translated directly into English, It should have been “Joshua”. Iesous or Jesus means praise Zeus. If praying to one of the pagan names, who do you suppose will answer? Certainly NOT Yahuwah!

Let me put it to you this way; if you are walking down the street, and someone starts calling out for Charlie and your name is Joe, will you respond or ignore him and keep on walking? Likely, you will choose option two. Well, Yahuwah chooses option two as well.

We all have a duty before Elohim to pursue all truth in our worship of Elohim. We have an uncompromising example before us in Yahushua. There is no difference between Yahushua (NT) and Yahuwah (OT), since the Son came forth and did all things in the name of the Father. They are one and the same person, technically speaking. It was He that created all things, under direction from His Father. It was He who revealed the Law of Yahuwah to us. His Law was/is perfect. Adherence to His Law is what changes our nature and leads us into eternity. There was absolutely no need to change or do away with the Law. By doing and teaching so, we revert right back to the Garden of Eden and make the exact same mistake that Adam and Eve made. In doing so, we, in reality, deny the Creator and establish HaSatan as the elohim we worship. In obeying Emperor Constantine over Yahuwah, we make Constantine the god we worship.

Yahuwah declares that there is no other Elohim besides Him. The Christian fraudsters claim the Elohim is three persons rolled up into one godhead. Who are we to believe? (Ex20:3, 1 Sam. 2:2, 2 Sam. 7:22, Isa. 45:21, Hos. 13:4).

What is happening today (and for the past 2,000 years) is barely any different than what happened in ancient Israel some 2800 years ago. When the Northern nation of Israel separated from Judah to the South, Jeroboam feared his subjects would eventually return to Judea to worship in the Temple there. He felt this was a threat to his sovereignty. Therefore, he borrowed from his pagan neighbours and created a religion of his own. By obeying Jeroboam instead of Yahuwah, these ancient Israelites made Jeroboam the elohim (Emperor) they worshipped. Approximately 1100 years later, Emperor Constantine did pretty much the exact same thing – created a counterfeit and demanded all his subject worship as he commanded. In doing so, the people made Constantine the god that they worshipped. And, they continue to worship this 3rd century Roman Emperor to this very day.

Rev. 12:9 - And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceives the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

13 - And he does great wonders, so that he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,

14 - And deceives them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

The whole world is indeed deceived. Whether one is a Christian, Jew, Muslim or Buddhist, all are deceived. The only way to become undeceived is to believe no man, but search and prove all things yourself. A person who is deceived, generally does not know he is deceived, else he would not be deceived. And we will not know we are deceived until we prove (or disprove) our current beliefs, by comparing them to the Word of Yahuwah.

The counterfeiters love to take one verse (out of context) and run with it. Any true truth-seeker will examine all the verses in the Scriptures dealing with any one subject and seek harmony amongst them. If they do not harmonize and verify our understanding, the onus is on us to examine the true meaning until they do harmonize. By two or more witnesses, the truth shall be determined. The more the better! One scripture must not and, indeed, cannot contradict another. If it seems so, we must examine our own understanding. If one’s quest is to discover all truth and nothing but the truth, this is the means by which one does so.

And so, I offer this challenge to all reading this article to take up the gauntlet of truth and run with it. Join me in my efforts to uncover all truth and please share your studies with me. I am under no delusion that I already have all truth, or that I am the only living being that possesses any truth. I have learned much from other truth seekers along the way and hope to continue doing so.

May Yahuwah help prepare us for eternity and honour our quest to reveal all truth to us.

In Yahuwah’s name
