Ten Shocking Bible Verses You Won’t Believe

I came across this video on YouTube this week. It is not only an attack on the Word but also on Yahuwah Elohim. This individual is not a student of the Scripture, has likely never read them in their entirety nor done any sort of indebt study on what it says, or anything else to educate and qualify himself as any type of expert. Yet, he goes on social media, spewing his ignorance and putting it on display for the whole world to see. The only problem with that is that there are millions of others out there that are quick to buy into this nonsense, rather than study and make their own informed conclusions, so that they have what they feel is a qualified excuse to deny Yahuwah and everything He created.

It is also evident that this individual likes to stroke his own ego. His tone of voice and sarcastic wit lends to the perception that he thinks he is just the smartest thing on two feet. Well we all know the saying about a fool and his folly.

As you may have already discerned I am a little bit angry about this report and any other that slams our great Creator Elohim. How do you react when you witness such nonsense? I am sure that many might feel I should not even waste my time in responding to this outrageous attack on our Creator; however, sometimes it just gets to me and I must react.

1- God Hates People

Ps. 7:10 - My defence is of Yahuwah, which saves the upright in heart.

11 - Yahuwah judges the righteous, and Yahuwah 4 For you are not an Elohim that has pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with you.

PS. 5:5 - The foolish shall not stand in your sight: you hate all workers of iniquity.

6 - You shalt destroy them that speak leasing: Yahuwah will abhor the bloody and deceitful man.

There is an element of truth to this claim. The “God” that this world worships (Satan the Devil) does hate people. He wants nothing more than to ensure that no man makes it into the Kingdom. Yahushua slipped through his fingers when He came among us as a mortal man. And, of course, there have been a number of others. It can truthfully be said that the vast majority have utterly failed in their quest for salvation, even though they may have believed otherwise.

The true Elohim loves His creation. It is the wickedness that He hates. It is the wickedness that makes the person wicked. While the wickedness remains, and that person does nothing to correct that state, he too is deemed wicked. Wickedness denies the individual the outcome for which he/she was created – to become an eternal living spirit being. Wickedness simply cannot exist side by side with good (i.e. Yahuwah’s Kingdom). It is Yahuwah’s desire that all make it into his Kingdom. But at the same time, He likely knew all along that that would never be the case.

And, why should Yahuwah love a person whose sole ambition in life is to deny Yahuwah and teach others by his/her example, causing those other people to lose out on their salvation, of course Yahuwah is going to hate that person. He/she is not only condemning themselves to eternal death but all who follow after them as well.

If any one of us had a son or daughter being led astray into wickedness (drugs, crime, prostitution), we would hate the person that put him/her on that road, plus we would hate what that child had become. However, we never stop loving the child themselves. It is the same way regarding Yahuwah. He is the Father of us all. He loves us all; although he does not love what we do.

So, the problem lies with wickedness, not with the man/woman. If they were not wicked, Yahuwah would not hate what they have become, and they would not be headed for eternal death. All those people need to do is correct their course and seek after righteousness and Yahuwah would be very pleased with them and forgive.

Ps. 11:22 - For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privately shoot at the upright in heart.

3 - If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?

The wicked not only resist the righteous, but actually seek to kill them. The best example of this was what the Jews did to Yahushua – Their Elohim and King. A prime example today is the Islamists in the Middle East today who are slaughtering hundreds of Christians. Of course, in the past, the Christians slew thousands of Muslims. And yet most Christians do not understand why they are being targeted today.

Verse 3 says it all - “If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?” The “foundation” is the truth first delivered to man though Adam and Eve, which they destroyed. Yet, the option was always available for a person to repent, seek after Elohim and gain salvation. Those who glory in their wickedness and make no effort to repent will die for all eternity and miss out on the greatest opportunity available to any person – eternal life. And, not only eternal life, but the opportunity to become fully Elohim, as our Eldest Brother did.

If any of our children goes through an unfortunate period of rebellion, we likely hate what that child has become, but as soon as they get help and free themselves of that problem, we forgive and embrace them as a prodigal son. It is the same with Yahuwah.

2- God holds the record for killing the most people!

(E.g. - Flood, Sodom and Gomorrah, first born of Egypt, 23,000 Israelites who complained)

1 Sam. 2:6 - Yahuwah kills, and makes alive: he brings down to the grave, and brings up.

7 – Yahuwah makes poor, and makes rich: he brings low, and lifts up.

8 - He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are Yahuwah’s, and he has set the world upon them.

Actually, it is the god of this world that holds that record. However, With HaSatan, he not only kills the physical body, but any chance of acquiring the eternal, spiritual body.

This puts me in mind of the Christian preachers doing funeral services where they feel they can pray anyone into heaven, no matter what type of individual they were. Of course this is done to appease the surviving relatives (and secure a healthy fee).

The fact that not all are going to make it into the Kingdom is not Yahuwah’s fault, it is ours. If we all turned to and truly abided in him, there would be no question of our salvation being guaranteed.

This reminds me of the present day school system, where they keep dumbing down the curriculum to produce more graduates. Yahuwah does not work that way. He expects us to pull up our socks, roll up our sleeves and get to work. We have no union rep to run and whine to.

Yes, Yahuwah kills the wicked, but he also raises them back up again; and He will do so to give them one final chance to repent. The rest will be up to them. We must come to Yahuwah of our own free will, and we must be ready able and willing to do the work. We cannot lie around on our backsides and expect someone else to do the work for us. This is like so many “good” church going Christians today, who go through all the motions to appear righteous, and yet their righteousness is like filthy rags to Yahuwah.

Rom 11: 34 - For who has known the mind of Yahuwah? Or who has been his counselor?

35 - Or who has first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

36 - For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory forever. Amen. set the world upon them.

I have no idea why the narrator referenced theses verses, as I do not see any link in regards to killing people.

Quote from narrator – no Scriptural verse given; “The biblical teaching is that no one can die, unless God has decreed it”

Even an individual with the least amount of biblical knowledge knows that death came by way of Adam and Eve’s disobedience. Again, if they had of obeyed, there would be no such thing as death. Even though it was Yahuwah who wrote the rules, it was man who disobeyed and brought death upon himself. This was not what Yahuwah chose for man, but what man chose for himself.

As for the examples given by the narrator;

- The Flood came because there was not a righteous man to be found upon the earth, save Noah. The most grievous sin of all was the mating of Angels and mankind, which produced horrible giant offspring that terrorized the earth.

- Sodom and Gomorrah followed the same path as their pre-flood ancestors. Abraham begged Yahuwah to spare the cities if ten were found righteous. We know the rest of the story. Only Lot and his two daughters escaped! Again the citizens were duly warned by Lot of their coming doom, just as Noah did before his generation, but they refused to repent.

- It is the same story – Yahuwah warns the people of the coming disaster that is about to befall them, if they do not repent. They refuse to repent anyway. Therefore they brought the doom on themselves.

- There will be no place in the Kingdom for complainers. Complaining about the Law of Yahuwah is the first step towards disobeying the Word of Yahuwah. A little leaven spoils the whole lump. It was likely one or two men that started complaining and then it spread to 23,000. Yahuwah had to act to save the majority.

The bottom line remains the same turn towards Yahuwah and repent and you will be spared Yahuwah’s wrath!

3 - “God Himself Created Evil”

Hab. 1:12 - Are you not from everlasting, O Yahuwah my Elohim, mine Holy One? We shall not die. O Yahuwah, you have ordained them for judgment; and, O mighty Elohim, you have established them for correction.

13 - You are of purer eyes than to behold evil, and cannot look on iniquity: wherefore look you upon them that deal treacherously, and hold your tongue when the wicked devours the man that is more righteous than he?

14 - And make men as the fishes of the sea, as the creeping things, that have no ruler over them?

This claim is true, since Yahuwah obviously created everything. However, Yahuwah also created free choice – which gave man the freedom to choose good over evil. It is like a multiple choice test, where only one of the answers is correct. The teacher created the wrong answers to test the student. Yahuwah tests us in like manner.

Yahuwah would not have given us this option if t were impossible to achieve. And yet, so few have so chosen. Is that Yahuwah’s fault? Again, no, it is ours. We need to own up to our mistakes, learn from them and repent. However, most chose, as this narrator has, to blame Yahuwah instead.

Gen. 2:9 - And out of the ground made Yahuwah Elohim to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Again, man was given a choice. There were two trees of special importance. Adam and Eve were only forbidden from eating of the second tree – of the knowledge of good and evil. If they had of first eaten of the tree of life, which they were totally free to eat from without consequence, they instead freely chose to eat of the second which they were already warned would bring death. If they had chosen the tree of life, they would have instantly gained eternal life and would still be with us today.

Did Yahuwah not give them ample warning and instruction? Yes He did! Did Eve have the choice of denying the serpent and following after Elohim? Yes she did? Did Adam have the choice to resist the temptations placed before him by Eve? Yes, he did? Then, whose fault was it that man brought evil upon himself? Man’s!

Isa. 45:7 - I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I Yahuwah do all these things.

8 - Drop down, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I Yahuwah have created it.

This freedom of choice is essential to salvation. We need to get the will to sin out of our systems now. Through Yahushua we have been given a second chance to eat from the tree of life. However, we must persevere until we die (the first death), to be fully absorbed into the tree of life. There must be no chance that anyone, after gaining the Kingdom, would ever turn aside from the righteous path and return to practicing evil. Therefore, we need to completely conquer evil now, in this life time.

4 - “Jesus Broke the Sabbath”

Lev. 16:31 - It shall be a Sabbath of rest unto you, and you shall afflict your souls, by a statute forever.

Ex. 31:14 - You shall keep the Sabbath therefore; for it is holy unto you: every one that defiles it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

John 5: 15 - The man departed, and told the Jews that it was Yahushua, which had made him whole.

16 - And therefore did the Jews persecute Yahushua, and sought to slay him, because he had done these things on the Sabbath day.

17 - But Yahushua answered them, My Father works hitherto, and I work.

18 - Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the Sabbath, but said also that Elohim was his Father, making himself equal with Elohim.

19 - Then answered Yahushua and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees the Father do: for what things soever he does, these also does the Son likewise.

I am sure everyone is chomping at the bit with the answer to this one. But, of course, the narrator ignores the answers that Yahushua gave his accusers. They are as follows:

Matt. 12: 1 - At that time Yahushua went on the Sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were hungry, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.

2 - But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, your disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the Sabbath day.

3 - But he said unto them, Have you not read what David did, when he was an hungry, and they that were with him;

4 - How he entered into the house of Elohim, and did eat the showbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?

5 - Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the Sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are blameless?

There is no law against eating on the Sabbath day – only against cooking. Since they were not cooking the corn, but eating it raw off the stalk, they were not violating the Sabbath. The Pharisees were making up their own laws.

6 - But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple.

Naturally, the one that built the temple is greater than the temple – just as the one that established the creation is greater than the creation. What the Pharisees failed to comprehend (as do most Christians) is that Yahushua was the Elohim of the Old Testament.

John 1: 1 - In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with Elohim, and the Word was Elohim.

2 - The same was in the beginning with Elohim.

Yahushua was with the Father at the beginning of creation. He was equal to the Father in all ways except one. He was not yet the firstborn of the new (final stage of) creation. Following His death and resurrection, he was fully equal to the Father.

3 - All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made.

It was Yahushua who created the universe and all life in it. He trained under the Father for an untold number of years to qualify for this monumental task. He created the sun and the moon (night and daylight) as well as the Sabbath day. Therefore, he is indeed greater than the creation and the Sabbath. Even so, none of the things they accused him of were actually in violation of the law. Therefore, the narrator is again caught in his ignorance.

4 - In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5 - And the light shone in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

Darkness has a great deal of trouble comprehending light. Remember, the universe was already in darkness before Yahuwah created light. Therefore, the light is not something that occurs naturally, but is a direct effect of the presence of Yahuwah. Just as the darkness fails to comprehend the light, so the wicked cannot comprehend the righteous. To them, we are all a bunch of nut bars, chasing a fools dream. They are going to be in a real shock when brought up in the resurrection.

And in the same vein:

Mk. 2: 27 - And he said unto them, The Sabbath was made for man, and not man for the Sabbath:

28 - Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the Sabbath.

Both the Father and the Son already have eternal life. Humans need to yet acquire it. So, naturally, the laws that help one to acquire the state of eternal life would only apply to the creation. What purpose would the law serve to one who already has eternal life? Yahushua is not only the lord/master of the Sabbath, but of eternal life also. The law is part of His very nature. He defeated evil so that all of mankind could have a chance at eternal life. He takes no satisfaction in seeing any of his creation lose out on salvation.

7 - But if you had known what this means, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, you would not have condemned the guiltless.

8 - For the Son of man is the Master even of the Sabbath day.

The people had no problem condemning the guiltless, but had a real problem showing mercy. Therefore, they will be likewise judged.

10 - And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the Sabbath days? that they might accuse him.

11 - And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the Sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out?

12 - How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the Sabbath days.

Being the legal beagles they are; the Jews just could not help adding their own little twists to the Law. In most cases, these additions clarified the Law. In others, it created a yoke too great to carry. This latter case is what they were attempting here.

5 - “Women Can’t Talk in Church”

1 Cor. 14:34 - Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also says the law.

(This narrator cannot even get his Scriptures right. He had this verse in 2 Timothy, instead of first. Perhaps he assumed that no one would take the time to look them up.)

1 Tim. 2:11 - Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

12 - But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

13 - For Adam was first formed, then Eve.

14 - And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

11. learn--not "teach" ( 1 Timothy 2:12 , 1 Corinthians 14:34 ). She should not even put questions in the public assembly ( 1 Corinthians 14:35 ).

with all subjection--not "usurping authority" ( 1 Timothy 2:12 ). She might teach, but not in public ( Acts 18:26 ). Paul probably wrote this Epistle from Corinth, where the precept ( 1 Corinthians 14:34 ) was in force.

12. usurp authority--"to lord it over the man" [ALFORD], literally, "to be an autocrat."

13. For--reason of the precept; the original order of creation.

Adam . . . first--before Eve, who was created for him ( 1 Corinthians 11:8 1 Corinthians 11:9 ).

14. Adam was not deceived--as Eve was deceived by the serpent; but was persuaded by his wife. Genesis 3:17 , "hearkened unto . . . voice of . . . wife." But in Genesis 3:13 , Eve says, "The serpent beguiled me." Being more easily deceived, she more easily deceives [BENGEL], ( 2 Corinthians 11:3 ). Last in being, she was first in sin--indeed, she alone was deceived. The subtle serpent knew that she was "the weaker vessel" ( 1 Peter 3:7 ). He therefore tempted her, not Adam. She yielded to the temptations of sense and the deceits of Satan; he, to conjugal love. Hence, in the order of God's judicial sentence, the serpent, the prime offender, stands first; the woman, who was deceived, next; and the man, persuaded by his wife, last ( Genesis 3:14-19 ). In Romans 5:12 , Adam is represented as the first transgressor; but there no reference is made to Eve, and Adam is regarded as the head of the sinning race. Hence, as here, 1 Timothy 2:11 , in Genesis 3:16 , woman's "subjection" is represented as the consequence of her being deceived.

being deceived--The oldest manuscripts read the compound Greek verb for the simple, "Having been seduced by deceit": implying how completely Satan succeeded in deceiving her.

was in the transgression--Greek, "came to be in the transgression": became involved in the existing state of transgression, literally, "the going beyond a command"; breach of a positive precept ( Romans 4:15 ).

This is not meant to diminish a woman’s role in the church or her intelligence and capabilities. It all dates back to the Garden of Eden, when Eve allowed herself to be deceived by the serpent and demonstrated that she had an Achilles heel when it came to being easily deceived. This does not apply to all women, of course. A good number of women have historically risen above their expected station in life to do wonderful works and I applaud them mightily.

On the flip side, though, I have seen plenty of examples of women putting all their blind trust in a man who turns out to be playing her the whole time. It is quite common for a man to win a woman over with just 3 words, “I love you”. Once they get what they want, they are gone. Of course this should be counted as a shameful act on the man’s part; however, instead, men seem to take glory in their conquest and brag about it to all their friends. And, I have seen this happen to some pretty smart women.

In my former church (the Worldwide Church of God) there were no female ministers. However, there were some deaconesses. I only ever heard one give a sermonette. I can’t remember what she talked about, but it certainly was not any less memorable than some given by male members. I do remember thinking that she did a fairly good job. I do not know if this was some kind of trial run devised by that church or what, but no other woman came forward afterwards to speak. I did get the impression that none of the other women were interested in public speaking. But then neither were most of the men.

As I said, this rule goes back to the Garden of Eden and the deception of Eve. This was the only test that Yahuwah placed before the couple, and Eve failed. Unfortunately, her failure affected all women from that time to this very day. Women are seen as the weaker sex and are in many cases horribly treated and abused. If Eve had not made that fatal mistake, it would be a much different world for women today.

6 - “God caused people to Cannibalize on one another”.

Jer. 19:7 - And I will make void the counsel of Judah and Jerusalem in this place; and I will cause them to fall by the sword before their enemies, and by the hands of them that seek their lives: and their carcases will I give to be meat for the fowls of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

8 - And I will make this city desolate, and an hissing; every one that passes thereby shall be astonished and hiss because of all the plagues thereof.

9 - And I will cause them to eat the flesh of their sons and the flesh of their daughters, and they shall eat every one the flesh of his friend in the siege and straightness, wherewith their enemies, and they that seek their lives, shall straiten them.

I am sure many readers by now are scratching their heads thinking, “What a horse’s behind this guy is!” And I whole heartedly agree.

It was NOT Yahuwah’s desire to see this conclusion else He would not have warned the people of what was coming. He did so because it was His desire that they repent and turn back to Him and avoid the natural consequence of their actions. It is like Einstein’s Law of Relativity – for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Punishment is the natural consequence of sin (disobedience) against Yahuwah.

The action, in this case, was that Israel disregarded the laws of Yahuwah and suffered the consequence – invasion and conquest. Sometimes a heavily fortified city was able to hold out for several years; but eventually the food ran out and they would cannibalize on one another. However, all of that could have been avoided if they had obeyed their Elohim.

The Laws of Yahuwah were written into the very creation. They cannot be discarded or ignored without resulting in a natural (negative) conclusion. All man has to do to avoid such negative results is to bring himself into obedience to the Law. Obedience to the Law is also crucial to salvation, as it helps us change our nature and become like Elohim. Yes, belief is the first step. But that in no way negates the command to obey the Law. In fact, belief should encourage one to even more adamantly desire to please Yahuwah and obey His every word/law.

This, of course brings us to all of those “good” Christians who proclaim that the Law was done away with. This has been the battle cry of the ungodly for the last 6,000 years. Even the flood did not drown it out, as it resurfaced very quickly afterword. If the Law was written into the Creation from the very beginning, then it cannot be done away with without causing the entire creation to collapse. It is like taking the engine out of a car and still expecting it to run. In their ignorance, these antinomian pretenders actually believe that the car will run much better without the engine.

Another way to look at this is to look to ancient times, when a human king made a decree. It was assumed that the king was infallible; therefore, any decree he gave was considered irrefutable afterwards. That means that once a law is decreed, it cannot be taken away or changed. It is the same with Yahuwah. One good example of this is when Judah was taken into captivity in Babylon.

Est.3:8 - And Haman said unto king Ahasuerus, There is a certain people scattered abroad and dispersed among the people in all the provinces of thy kingdom; and their laws are diverse from all people; neither keep they the king’s laws: therefore it is not for the king’s profit to suffer them.

9 - If it please the king, let it be written that they may be destroyed: and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver to the hands of those that have the charge of the business, to bring it into the king’s treasuries.

10 - And the king took his ring from his hand, and gave it unto Haman the son of Hammedatha the Agagite, the Jews’ enemy.

11 - And the king said unto Haman, The silver is given to you, the people also, to do with them as it seems good to you.

Once this order was decreed, it could not be rescinded. Like the Law of Yahuwah, it was to be eternal (or as long as that particular empire endured).

Ester 8:8 - Write you also for the Jews, as it pleases you, in the king’s name, and seal it with the king’s ring: for the writing which is written in the king’s name, and sealed with the king’s ring, may no man reverse.

9 - Then were the king’s scribes called at that time in the third month, that is, the month Sivan, on the three and twentieth day thereof; and it was written according to all that Mordecai commanded unto the Jews, and to the lieutenants, and the deputies and rulers of the provinces which are from India unto Ethiopia, an hundred twenty and seven provinces, unto every province according to the writing thereof, and unto every people after their language, and to the Jews according to their writing, and according to their language.

10 - And he wrote in the king Ahasuerus’ name, and sealed it with the king’s ring, and sent letters by posts on horseback, and riders on mules, camels, and young dromedaries:

11 - Wherein the king granted the Jews which were in every city to gather themselves together, and to stand for their life, to destroy, to slay, and to cause to perish, all the power of the people and province that would assault them, both little ones and women, and to take the spoil of them for a prey,

12 - Upon one day in all the provinces of king Ahasuerus, namely, upon the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month Adar.

13 - The copy of the writing for a commandment to be given in every province was published unto all people, and that the Jews should be ready against that day to avenge themselves on their enemies.

Since the king could not rescind the previous order, he introduced a counter order allowing the Jews to defend themselves against any that came against them.

Well, Yahuwah is much greater than any human king, yet the world thinks nothing of transgressing His laws. However, when their punishment comes, they have the gall to blame the Creator Yahuwah rather than accept blame for their own transgression.

This is exactly what the narrator is doing blaming Yahuwah for the transgressions of those who loved to sin and refused to repent. They received the natural consequence of their disobedience.

7 - “God Commands Parents to Stone a rebellious Son”

Deut. 21:18 - If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them:

19 - Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place;

20 - And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard.

21 - And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shall you put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear.

A son’s disobedience to his parents can be likened to disobedience towards Yahuwah. Death is regarded as the most extreme kind of punishment. There is no coming back from it, and no more chance to repent. I would imagine that this did not happen automatically following one isolated incident. The son would likely have to demonstrate a repetitive pattern of incorrigible behaviour, with no hope of rehabilitation.

When a man demonstrates this sort of rebellion against Yahuwah Elohim, and does not make any attempt to repent and correct his behaviour, his punishment is eternal death. Such a man cannot be allowed into the coming Kingdom. The nature of the Kingdom will simply not allow it. The consuming fire that will come upon the earth preceding the coming of the Father will not only burn up everything physical that remains, but will remain burning to ensure that nothing that is not spiritual can infiltrate it. The result will be a pure earth, a pure people and a pure leadership for all of eternity. Rebelliousness will be a thing of the past.

Wickedness simply will not be tolerated in the Kingdom. The sooner we realize that fact, the sooner we will turn away from evil and towards Yahuwah. Yet the Christian preachers still same to think we can “come the way you are”. That is simply not so. Such a train of thought leads one away instead of toward Yahuwah.

We have also heard that a little leaven leavens a whole lump. What would happen if the camp of Israel had of allowed such behaviour to go unpunished? They would have had numerous other cases of rebellion erupting. Just look at the way children are behaving today since spanking has been banned. Such behaviour needs to be nipped in the bud before it gets out of hand. And, if the fear of death is not enough to turn a rebellious son around, then there is no hope for that person.

8 - “God Keeps People From Salvation”

1 Tim. 2:3 - For this is good and acceptable in the sight of Elohim our Saviour;

4 - Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

John 12:37 - But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:

38 - That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spoke, Master, who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of Yahuwah been revealed?

39 – Therefore, they could not believe, because that Esaias said again,

40 - He has blinded their eyes, and hardened their heart; that they should not see with their eyes, nor understand with their heart, and be converted, and I should heal them.

Matt. 11:21 - Woe unto you, Chorazin! woe unto you, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works, which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes.

22 - But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon at the day of judgment, than for you.

23 - And you, Capernaum, which are exalted unto heaven, shall be brought down to hell: for if the mighty works, which have been done in you, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day.

24 - But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for you.

We were given the gift of free choice for a reason – to prepare us to learn to make right choices and become Elohim. We take on Yahuwah’s nature by bringing ourselves freely (as opposed to forcibly) into obedience to His Law. When His Law becomes fully ingrained into our nature, even the thought to sin will no longer exist. The only ones that Yahuwah will withhold salvation from are those who refuse to repent and obey Yahuwah; as these verses plainly reveal. The narrator of this video is obvious devoid of any spiritual understanding and is like the incorrigible son mentioned in the last point. Such, by their own actions (or lack thereof), themselves block any path to salvation that they might have.

Nineveh was a prime example of this. They were warned of the impending doom that they faced, repented and turned to Yahuwah. They were saved from that impending doom. The same route to salvation is open to all who repent and turn back to Yahuwah.

Once again, the narrator of this video is blaming the behaviour of man on Yahuwah, when all they had to do was to repent and follow after Yahuwah to turn this curse away from them.

9 - “God Predestined Everyone for Heaven or Hell Before Their Birth.”

2 Tim. 1:9 - Who has saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Messiah Yahushua before the world began,

10 - But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Yahushua HaMashiyack, who has abolished death, and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

Rom. 9:15 - For he says to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.

16 - So then it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of Elohim that shows mercy.

17 - For the scripture says unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised you up, that I might show my power in you, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

18 – Therefore, has he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he harden

Prior to our birth, we were all destined for death (hell). We have to return to Yahuwah through His Son Yahushua before we can qualify for heaven and eternal life. We have to remember that Yahuwah looks upon the heart, which can be deceitful above all things. He looks for those who are pure of heart and have freely chosen to seek Him out and bring themselves unto obedience to Him. Yahuwah knows our hearts better than even we ourselves know it.

The narrator also seems ignorant concerning the resurrection to judgement. All will have one last chance to repent at that point. Only time will tell what the result of that trial will be! It will all depend on the individual.

Surely Yahuwah does know the end from the beginning. Therefore I do not doubt that He does indeed know who is going to qualify and who is not. However, I do believe that all have the same opportunity for salvation.

10 - “If You Don’t Hate Your Family You Cannot Follow Christ”

Luke 14:23 - And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.

24 - For I say unto you, that none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper.

25 - And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,

26 - If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

27 - And whosoever does not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

28 - For which of you, intending to build a tower, sits not down first, and count the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

29 - Lest haply, after he has laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,

30 - Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

Yahuwah needs to come first in our lives. All of our relationships can be positively influenced by our relationship with Yahuwah. When we learn to love one another (and especially our families) with the same agape love that the Father directs at us, it opens up a whole new world in these other relationships too.

Hate is the exact opposite of love. With Yahuwah there are only two choices, either we love Him or we hate Him. Disobedience demonstrates hatred towards Him. Obedience demonstrates love. There are also varying degrees of hatred. One can say that he hates eating liver, or that he hates the look of that sweater. That is a mild form of hatred. A man can hate another man for running off with his wife. That is a more intense sort of hatred. What the biblical author was referring to here was a softer form of hatred.

An example of this might be likened to when Yahushua’s own mother and brothers tried to get him to lay back, blend in and not draw too much attention to himself. Yahushua could not give in to their will but had to do the will of the Father. It is the same in our relationship with the Father. Many of us have loved ones who are not on the same page as us, spiritually speaking. They may not like us spending our Sabbaths worshipping Yahuwah. They likely want us to spend our time with them, engaged in frivolous social activities, than in devoting this one day a week to Yahuwah alone.

While this may be considered a form of hatred, it is not of the intense sort that this narrator is alluding to.

Conclusion

Like I said at the beginning, I was not sure if I was wasting my time answering such foolish accusations; however, when Yahushua was on trial, He faced such baseless and ridiculous accusations, and we can expect the same thing when we are being tried for our beliefs. We would be wise to arm ourselves (through study) now, before that day comes, so that we are ready to give answer.

The narrator of this video obviously did not try to answer his own questions before putting this video on public media. If he had, he might have avoided making such an a.s.s. out of himself. However, I am sure he is not alone in his ignorance.

However, I must admit that I was very much like this individual before Yahuwah called me. When I started to read the Scriptures, I did so because someone had challenged my beliefs (in Von Daniken-ism). Naturally, I read it merely to seek out material to support my beliefs. I began an indebt study of the Scriptures from beginning to end. Somewhere near the middle of the book I began to actually hear Yahuwah talk to me (in my mind) and my whole attitude turned completely around.

It was certainly not by my own wisdom that I brought myself before Yahuwah, for I am not the least bit wise. Anyone that knows me can attest to that. But then Yahuwah does not call the wise, proud and haughty of this world, for they already have their reward. None of us “deserve” salvation by any act of our own. We are all worthy only of death. It is only by Yahuwah’s mercy that we have this opportunity for salvation. And that all depends to what extent we write His laws on our minds and hearts and take on His nature – of agape love towards all. Therefore, instead of hating such individuals for their ignorance, let us pray that Yahuwah reveals Himself to them and that He turns their lives around.
