This is a study into the person of King Nimrod. Nimrod is the first documented king in human post-flood history. However, Nimrod was much more than a mere king, as this study will show. And he did have competition with Noah and Shem. Noah would have been recognized by Yahuwah as the King and High Priest of the entire earth. After his death, Shem held this most honorable position.
The Scriptures actually do not give us a lot of information on Nimrod, but other books, like the Book of Jasher, gives a lot more. In this study we will we delving into all the information I can find on the subject. Below is what the scriptures give us on Nimrod.
Gen. 10:8 - And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
Gen. 10:9 - He was a mighty hunter before Yahuwah: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before Yahuwah.
1Ch. 1:10 - And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be mighty upon the earth.
Mic. 5:6 - And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof: thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he comes into our land, and when he treaded within our borders.

How long did Nimrod live?
King Nimrod lived for 215 years. Nimrod, whose name means Rebel, lived during the 21st and 22nd centuries B.C., Before Christ.
(Not bad – 215 years. I have heard other estimates of over 400 years. I wonder if those with shorter life spans (I imagine they got shorter with each generation) looked up to him thinking he was immortal? I also wonder how long he would have lived if he had not been murdered?)
Who was the son of Nimrod?
Amraphel in Hebrew is: אמרפל `Amrâphel (am-raw-fel’) Strongs #569. Nimrod was the most loved son of all the sons of Cush since Nimrod was Cush's son in his old age. Moreover, Nimrod was the youngest son of all the sons of Cush.
(Ahh, the last born; always the trouble makers. Lol. Just kidding! But this does not answer the question. “Who was the son of Nimrod?” It only talks about Nimrod. The only son of Nimrod that I am aware of is Tammuz. Who is this Amraphel?)

Some say Amraphel was his real name, and he was called Nimrod, "the chief rebel," as leader of the tower-builders, "who led the world unto rebellion" ( ) against heaven's Ruler; others again say Nimrod was his real name, and he was called Amraphel as the one who "commanded them to cast Abraham into the fire" ( ) ('Er. 53a and Targ. (The only point of contention I have is that I always understood Nimrod to have been the first king of Babylon (since he created it), not the 6th as the main article notes;)

(Clearly, it makes sense that it was Nimrod who created the kingdom of Babylonia (Babel) and the four major cities of that kingdom, that Nimrod would have been the first king.)
When was Nimrod born?
Nimrod, who was born on December 25th, the High Sabbath of Babylon, was the founder of Babylon and the city of Nineveh. In the history of mankind, Nimrod stands unequalled for his symbolism of evil and Satanic practices.
(Hmm, December 25th; funny that Jesus would be said to be born on the same day! I present a list of pagan messiahs throughout history below. Being a “High Sabbath” means that it was an annual, not a weekly Sabbath. It is also the highest holiday of all. Can you see how the two have been super imposed? Can you see when the holiday of Christmas began and how? Can you see how the image of Jesus was super imposed over that of Nimrod? Yes, the Babylonian Mystery Religion is still alive and well through the counterfeit Christian religion, along with just about every other religion. The confusing of the languages led to each group having a different name for their god, but they still worshipped the same god. Nimrod became deified after his death and his presumed son, Tammuz, came to be worshipped as the messiah – Son of God)

I only have two comments on this list.
1 – Jesus is a completely fictional character, so he was never born at all. Yahushua (the only true Messiah) was really born in the fall of 6 bc. Not 3. His parents were on their way to Jerusalem to keep the fall feasts when Yahushua was born. So he could not have been born any later than late September, early October. How tall was Nimrod?
There is no published record about Nimrod's height. The giants in the Bible were roughly 18 feet tall.
YouTube has some very interesting documentary videos on gigantic remains found by archeologists. One claims to have found a man and woman in the same tomb and both measured 36 feet tall. The video shows a 6 ft. man standing next to the head of one and they are both the same size
The problem of giants on the earth does not seem to have ended with the flood. The only plausible explanation I can offer is that since the pre-flood fallen angels mated with the women of earth and produced the giants, the son’s of Noah may well have had the genes from them that came out in their offspring. Some believe that the earth was not completely submerged and that the giants travelled to other parts of the world; and indeed, skeletal remains have been found all over the earth, even in North and South Americas.
Then there is Dr. Dino’s theory; that before the flood, there was more oxygen in the atmosphere, and; therefore, both humans and non-humans grew taller (i.e. dinosaurs) and lived longer. Interesting indeed! The thing he points out about dinosaurs is that reptiles continue growing for as long as they are alive. Foot prints were also found in the western hemisphere that were about 2 ft. in length and six feet from one another. To have a six foot stride means that the person who made the prints was 12 feet tall. And such prints were found under different layers of sedimentary rock.
I remember reading or hearing something elsewhere about Nimrod being of great stature, so he may well have been a giant.

Nimrod is basically viewed as the physical manifestation of Satan. And who is it that this world worships – Satan. Assembling all of the facts together paints a perfect picture that truly reveals the counterfeit Christian Religion for what it is. The dead spirit of Nimrod is worshipped by mostly all Christians every Christmas via the Christmas tree standing in their houses. That is where the spirit of Nimrod was said to have gone – into the ever living tree.
It was Nimrod, not Yahushua who was born on December 25th. Yahushua was born in September while his parents were travelling to keep the fall feasts in Jerusalem. These feasts always begin in late September or early October. It never falls in December.
The two biggest lies perpetrated by the Christian religion pertain to both the birth and the death of the Messiah. These stories are based on Nimrod, not Yahushua. Even though the New Testament is readily available and argues strenuously against their traditions, the Christian faith continues to elevate their traditions above the truth. Concerning his death, he was in the tomb for a full 3 days and three nights. He went into the tomb at sunset on a Wednesday, and rose from the dead at sunset following the Sabbath. The “Good Friday/Easter Sunday story is pure nonsense and comes straight out of pagan theology.
Nimrod was merely the first of many Antichrists who have been raised up by HaSatan to deceive and lead the world away from Yahuwah and towards himself. His plan has worked. Every manmade religion on earth (in reality) worships the god of this earth, Satan. Of course, this fact leads Satan to believe that he is winning. It will be a joyous day for mankind when Yahuwah turns him to dust.
Nimrod was so corrupt; he married his own mother, Semiramis. Perhaps that is why he was childless. It was not until after Nimrod’s death that Semiramis became illegitimately pregnant with Tammuz, who she claimed to have conceived through Nimrod via divine conception. As we get more into this study it should become apparent that the counterfeit messiahs being discussed all follow the exact same pattern.
It seems apparent that Satan’s plan was to create as many counterfeits as possible (supposedly 16 in all) to deceive the people into worshipping anyone other than Yahuwah. And, his plan has worked. All worldly religions are Satan worshipping cults.
The only religion on the face of the earth that was created by the One True Elohim is the Hebrew religion (when practiced in its original form). The present day Jewish religion only vaguely resembles the original Hebrew. And it was the Jews and the Romans who conspired together to form what is today’s Christian religion. Yahushua had intended for His followers to continue in the Hebrew faith, which He created for them. There was never any intention for these two religions to be separated from one another. The true followers of Yahushua could be found following the Hebrew faith right up to Constantine’s creation of the Christian faith and beyond. However, once Constantine’s counterfeit Christian religion became the state religion of Rome, it began to severely persecute True Believers almost into non-existence.

How many Christian denominations are there?
There are about 41,000 different Christian denominations in five major 'families' of churches/communion. The percentages in brackets indicate the percent of the Christian population affiliated with each 'family' or group of denominations:
1. The Catholic Church [50%]
2. Historic Protestant and Anglican churches [18%]
3. The Eastern Churches (Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, Church of the East) [12%]
4. Pentecostal churches [12%]
5. Evangelical (non-Pentecostal) [8%]
These later two categories include a number of "non-denominational" or independent congregations. All five, however, have a various number of 'sects' within them.
Why would one religion have so many different denominations? The answer can be found in their doctrines and customs. Those involved in strict adherence to the word of Scriptures observe only the customs and traditions found there. All these different Christian denominations dragged their former pagan customs and traditions with them – refusing to abandon them. They really didn’t care which god they worshipped as long as they could keep their traditions.
A person’s traditions can greatly cause one to interpret the Scriptures in line with those traditions. Let’s face it, people do not like to be told they are wrong; and will even defend whatever false beliefs they have to the death. If only they were so dedicated to Yahuwah! The Greeks and Romans especially would defend their pagan gods to the death. And they are too proud to admit being wrong.
When I first began to study the Scriptures, I was doing so as an atheist, seeking evidence of its contradictions to support my atheist beliefs of the time. In the same manner, different Christian denominations seek verification of their doctrinal beliefs, not the truth. Fortunately for me, Yahuwah turned my mind around midway into my study and I ended up a firm believer. Since that day, I have dedicated my life to finding all truth and weeding out and destroying all falsities. It has been an exhausting but very rewarding venture and I have never grown tired of it.
When the Tower of Babel incident occurred, Yahuwah thwarted the building of the tower by confusing the language. It makes one wonder what the original was. I wonder if it could have been Hebrew in its purest form. Naturally, the names of their gods changed also – but their traditions did not. So via their traditions, they continued to worship the same elohim – Nimrod/HaSatan, only under different names. And since the world retains the same traditions today, they too are worshipping the same deity. This is why Yahushua condemned putting one’s traditions before Scripture.
Acts 16:20 - And brought them to the magistrates, saying, These men, being Jews, do exceedingly trouble our city,
21 - And teach customs, which are not lawful for us to receive, neither to observe, being Romans.
It was their customs that separated True Believers from the Jews. The Jews had delivered many of their own customs that were foreign to the Scriptures. Yahushua was merely trying to restore the original Hebrew customs to the faith. Yet, the Jews were so far removed from the original that they were really two separate religions – Jewish and Hebrew. The exact same thing occurred between Christians and True Believers. They were separated primarily by their customs. True Believers continued in the Hebrew customs, while the Gentile Christian converts continued to observe their former pagan customs and traditions which varied from nation to nation.
I do not believe that Nimrod had any idea that the religious system he developed would have such far reaching consequences. What was it about this individual that caused the world to worship him? Really, it had nothing to do with the individual, but rather, what he represented. Mankind has been in a state of rebellion against Yahuwah since the Garden of Eden. Absolutely nothing has changed since that time. That rebellion is close to reaching its conclusion. However, it is going to get much worse before the end.
As part of this rebellion, man established his own customs and traditions that were diametrically opposite to Yahuwah’s. How many customs and traditions have survived Nimrod up to this very day? The biggest one is child sacrifice – today known as abortion. Then they merely cast the children into a roaring fire. Today they actually dissect the child’s body while still in the womb and surgically extract the bits and pieces; the result is the same – one less potential child of Elohim. It is definitely a practice that Yahuwah hates.
The following are some other Babylonian traditions you may recognise.
1 - Christmas (formally known as the Saturnalia).
2 – Easter (formerly known as Ishtar).
3 – Halloween (originally a day honouring dead souls)
4 – Valentine’s Day (St. Valentine is synonymous with Nimrod)
5 – May Day
6 – Sunday as weekly Sabbath (Northern Israel also adopted Sunday as their day of worship)
7 – Homosexuality. Although not mentioned specifically, such was a longstanding practice among all the great empires.
8 – Baptism
9 – Worship of idols.
10 – Emperor/Pope worship.
I am sure you might think of others to add to the list, but these serve to prove my point. Certainly the resemblance to modern-day Christianity jumps right out at you. It all began with Nimrod (the first post-flood Antichrist) followed by Constantine (the second post-flood Antichrist) and will culminate under a third and final end-time antichrist, yet to be revealed.
What better way to deceive someone than with a clever counterfeit that closely resembles the truth? The world was expecting a king/god and a messiah; however, rather than waiting on the real one, they made their own to fit prophesy. And thus, all world ruling emperors were worshipped as gods. Man needs to see what he believes in. Believing in an invisible god simply is beyond their comprehension. What they do not realize is that even to view His glory would be too great for any who have not yet overcome corruption and that they would likely fall dead before Him. And even when the real Messiah appeared and walked amongst them, they did not recognize him because their traditions blinded them to the truth.
What does the Bible say about Truth and Tradition and Abominable Customs?
Lev. 18:29: - For whosoever shall commit any of these abominations, even the souls that commit them shall be cut off from among their people.
30 - Therefore shall you keep mine ordinance, that you commit not any one of these abominable customs, which were committed before you, and that you defile not yourselves therein: I am Yahuwah your Elohim
Deut. 12:2 - You shall utterly destroy all the places, wherein the nations which you shall possess served their gods, upon the high mountains, and upon the hills, and under every green tree:
3 - And ye shall overthrow their altars, and break their pillars, and burn their groves with fire; and ye shall hew down the graven images of their gods, and destroy the names of them out of that place.
4 - You shall not do so unto Yahuwah your Elohim.
Of course, we live in a world ruled over by HaSatan; so, obviously, if we were to obey Yahuwah’s directive to destroy all that is pagan, we would undoubtedly be cast into prison. And, believe me, I have given much thought to doing so with the 11 pagan temples that can be found in my town. Where does Yahuwah’s command to obey the laws of the land end and obedience to Yahuwah’s commands begin?
Deut. 12:8 - You shall not do after all the things that we do here this day, every man whatsoever is right in his own eyes.
Man has been given the opportunity to do whatever seems right in his own eyes. Thus we have so many different religions, all claiming exclusive rights to all truth; and yet, all are different. Finding the truth is like finding a needle in the haystack. That is why I do not look to any church teachings as far as finding truth goes, but only to the One True Teacher and the Book of Scriptures as my only sources of truth.
Deut. 12:29 - When Yahuwah Your Elohim shall cut off the nations from before you, whether you go to possess them, and you succeed them, and dwell in their land;
30 - Take heed to yourself that you be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before you; and that you enquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? Even so will I do likewise
In pagan circles it is a common belief that different gods were over different pagan nations. And, if conquered, the conquering nation would worship these gods also. Such was the example of Northern Israel. Such was the example of Christianity. In fact, examples of this practice can be found all throughout human history.
Deut. 13:1 - If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and gives you a sign or a wonder,
2 - And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spoke unto you, saying, Let us go after other gods, which you have not known, and let us serve them;
3 - You shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for Yahuwah your Elohim proved you, to know whether you love Yahuwah your Elohim with all your heart and with all your soul.
4 - You shall walk after Yahuwah your Elohim, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and you shall serve him, and cleave unto him.
5 - And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he has spoken to turn you away from Yahuwah your Elohim, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust you out of the way which Yahuwah your Elohim commanded you to walk in. So shalt you put the evil away from the midst of you.
The Christian world is filled with such false prophets who preach to them every Sunday (day of sun worship). So does every other man-made religion of their appointed days. HaSatan is the author of confusion. He loves it when we blindly accept and follow any of his devoted ministers. All are working towards the same goal – usurping the power and authority of the One True Elohim and diverting all worship away from Yahuwah and directing it towards the god of this world, HaSatan.
Deut. 18: 9 - When you are come into the land which Yahuwah your Elohim gives you, you shalt not learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
10 - There shall not be found among you any one that makes his son or his daughter to pass through the fire (no different from abortion), or that uses divination (witchcraft), or an observer of times (astronomy), or an enchanter, or a witch,
11 - Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
12 - For all that do these things are an abomination unto Yahuwah: and because of these abominations Yahuwah your Elohim does drive them out from before you.
13 - You shall be perfect with Yahuwah your Elohim.
14 - For these nations, which you shall possess, hearkened unto observers of times, and unto diviners: but as for you, Yahuwah your Elohim has not suffered you so to do.
Lately I have been following certain series on Netflix set in olden days. I was interested in how closely these series followed actual history and would compare the two afterward. Interesting they did loosely follow what history had recorded. How true that is, is anyone’s guess. However, one concept of those times was the great degree of ignorance and superstition that permeated those societies. Witchcraft and sorcery were commonly punished by death; however, the greatest demonic cult of all time (The RCC) was the one branding these poor innocents of witchcraft. It was like the pot calling the kettle black. And the methods of conversion were especially heinous. How they ever fathomed that they were following Yahushua’s example, I will never know. But, somehow, they justified their actions in their own minds and did what seemed righteous in their own eyes.
Josh. 23: 7 - That you come not among these nations, these that remain among you; neither make mention of the name of their gods, nor cause to swear by them, neither serve them, nor bow yourselves unto them:
Every name in the English (and other) bibles have been changed. Where the OT scriptures admonish us to declare Yahuwah’s name to the nations, the Christian faith (along with all the others) have changed the names to their pagan counterfeits. Names such as “God”, “the Lord”, “Iesous/Jesus”, “Christ” are all of pagan origin. The Father’s true name is, always has been, and always will be, Yahuwah. The son’s name is and always has been, Yahushua; and He only now has a new name which no man knows. We will not learn that name until we enter the Kingdom. It is not fitting that anyone not of the Kingdom knows it. If one is worshipping under a pagan name, one is worshipping falsely and their prayers are falling on deaf ears. It is as simple as that! There is only one Name under heaven by which we can be saved; and if we are not worshipping that individual under his real name, we are quite simply wasting our time and our lives.
Ps. 16: 4 - Their sorrows shall be multiplied that hasten after another god: their drink offerings of blood will I not offer, nor take up their names into my lips
Names obviously mean a lot to the One True Elohim. He wants His name to be the only one on the lips of men. He hates when the name of another (false/pagan) deity is substituted for His. He hates those who perpetrate such an act; and He hates those who follow these false teachers rather than seek Him out. Therefore, if one desires to be hated of Yahuwah, all they have to do is join and follow any man-made religions abounding on the Earth today.
Isa. 66:1 - Thus says Yahuwah, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that you build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
2 - For all those things has mine hand made, and all those things have been, says Yahuwah: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembles at my word.
3 - He that kills an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrifices a lamb, as if he cut off a dog’s neck; he that offers an oblation, as if he offered swine’s blood; he that burns incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delights in their abominations.
4 - I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spoke, they did not hear: but they did evil before my eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not
Have you ever tried to imagine yourself in Yahuwah’s place? How disappointed He must be with His creation. Mankind has always had a very unique destiny – that of eventual birth into the Elohim family. The very first man and woman, set the pattern for all the rest to follow. That pattern rejected the Creator Elohim for one of the creation – HaSatan. Man has continued this pattern throughout history as it pertains to emperor/ pope worship. So have all the man-made religions. All worship the creation over the Creator. Man has made his choice and will suffer the consequences.
Jer. 10:2 - Thus says Yahuwah, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.
3 - For the customs of the people are vain: for one cuts a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of the workman, with the axe.
4 - They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not.
5 - They are upright as the palm tree, but speak not: they must needs be borne, because they cannot go. Be not afraid of them; for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.
These verses are directly aimed at the Babylonian Mystery Religion. It was the original that all the rest of man-made, pagan religions follow. The names of the players may have changed, but the plays remain the same. All worship the same deity – HaSatan. All will be destroyed at Yahushua’s coming. Come out of her, my people – before it is too late.
Jer. 16: 19 - O Yahuwah, my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto you from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and things wherein there is no profit.
20 - Shall a man make gods unto himself, and they are no gods?
21 - Therefore, behold, I will this once cause them to know, I will cause them to know mine hand and my might; and they shall know that my name is Yahuwah.
It is almost like Yahuwah withholds the knowledge of His name from those He does not wish to know it. They are not worthy of such an honour. It is available to only those who Yahuwah considers His. In a similar fashion, Yahushua’s new name will only be revealed to those worthy to receive it – once they enter the Kingdom.
There is no excuse for any man not to know the name of Yahuwah. It has been declared amongst the nations since the oldest of times. And yet, it is the most hidden of all names. Even amongst the different sacred name groups there is division over the pronunciation of the names and doctrines. There is only one true way, and that way is outlined for us in the Scriptures. If the Scriptures are our only guide, how could there be such division? Tradition! Tradition always stands before truth!
Col. 2: 8 - Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after HaMashiyack.
If any man “spoils” us, it is no one’s fault but our own. There is only one method of discovering if we are deceived or not, and that is by reading every word of the scriptures for ourselves. If we simply take another’s word for what the scriptures say, we will be more likely seduced by deception. Many of us were born into deception. My parents, one RC and one Protestant, were very well meaning, but themselves deceived. And I was taught the deception almost from birth. At around the age of 12, I began asking questions and doubting what I had been taught; although I certainly did not know the truth at that time. Instead I pursued the godless philosophy of atheism (itself a religion by any other name). At the time, I firmly believed in the writings and research of Erich von Däniken which pointed to mankind’s interaction with space aliens whom they believed to be gods. It was not until I read the Scriptures in their entirety ON MY OWN that I knew something was very wrong with what I had been taught. As I said before, I began this project as an atheist determined to prove I was right and ended up proving I was wrong and became a firm believer.
This was certainly not by my own wisdom that I came to this conclusion, for I have no wisdom. I am just a dumb, retired, ex-renovation contractor. It was Yahuwah’s voice that I kept hearing in my head leading me to the truth He wanted me to know at the time. He definitely guided me. Since then I have had similar incidents while doing my Sabbath studies.
I do have several associates that urge me constantly to join them in congregation on the Sabbath. Last summer I decided to honour their request and did join them for one Sabbath. I almost immediately regretted the choice. They were a group from my former church, the Worldwide Church of God. I was with that group for 10 years. And, of course, this group continued to follow the teachings of the founder of that church, Herbert W. Armstrong. Although I believe that Armstrong started off with the best of intentions, I no longer believe in many of the doctrines that he taught. Therefore, I told the leader of that group that I would be no longer interested in joining them on the Sabbath. That I believed my own Sabbath studies were much more fruitful than meeting with them and hearing the same old dreary sermons over and over again. Of course, that did not go over too well.
Being born of the spirit involves a growing experience. We are coming out of a world that worships HaSatan and entering one that worships Yahuwah alone. There is much to learn and we do not come by such truth and knowledge immediately or automatically upon baptism. Baptism is merely the beginning of our journey. From that point on, we must study the Scriptures extensively to discover all truth.
What does the Brit Chadashah/New Testament say about God's Holy Days?
Acts 2:1, Acts 12:3, Acts 18:21, Acts 20:6, Acts 20:16, 1 Corinthians 5:7-8, 1 Corinthians 16:8
Acts 2: 1 - And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
Acts 12:3 - And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)
Acts 18: 21 - But bade them farewell, saying, I must by all means keep this feast that comes in Jerusalem: but I will return again unto you, if Elohim will. And he sailed from Ephesus.
Acts 20:6 - And we sailed away from Philippi after the days of unleavened bread, and came unto them to Troas in five days; where we abode seven days.
Acts 20:16 - For Paul had determined to sail by Ephesus, because he would not spend the time in Asia: for he hasted, if it were possible for him, to be at Jerusalem the day of Pentecost.
1 Cor. 5:7 - Purge out therefore the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, as you are unleavened. For even the Mashiyack our Passover is sacrificed for us:
8 - Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

We have clear and indisputable evidence in the Scriptures that the 1st century assembly kept both the weekly and annual Hebrew Sabbaths. So how did modern day Christianity come away with a Sunday weekly Sabbath and Christmas and Easter for substitute high days? Answer = Emperor Constantine. It was He who changed the laws and the times, just as the Scriptures speak of the antichrist. He made the empirical decree in 324 AD that no Roman citizen was to practice the customs and traditions of the Jews. A few years later, he made an additional decree that no Roman citizen was permitted to keep the weekly or annual Sabbaths of the Jews. This makes the religion which Constantine championed for his empire the religion of the antichrist. That religion was traditional RCC Christianity as we know it today. And, in spite of the various changes that church has gone through over the centuries, Christianity remains the religion of the antichrist in that they are still under obedience to Constantine. Even the Reformation did nothing to change that fact. They merely wrestled control away from the RCC but did not change at all as far as obedience to Constantine’s commands over Yahuwah’s. Ergo, they are still worshiping Constantine.
Comparing Nimrod to Constantine
How does Nimrod compare to Constantine? If Nimrod was the Old Testament Antichrist, then Constantine was the Antichrist of the New Testament. They each followed almost the exact same pattern in usurping the minds of men and leading them in the opposite direction away from Yahuwah. They were each HaSatan’s chief apostles. Each harassed and killed the true followers of Yahuwah. Each brought about damnable heresies and converted by force of arms rather than by the changing of their subject’s hearts. The one advantage that Constantine had over Nimrod was that the Messiah had already come. He simply formed his counterfeit to resemble the real thing.
Nimrod was the son of Cush, who was the son of Ham. Ham’s descendants were all cursed by Yahuwah, yet they refused to serve their brothers and instead made war against them. Nimrod was not always an enemy of Yahuwah. It was the great power that the people divested upon him that corrupted and made him evil. He, of course, played on mankind’s natural enmity towards Yahuwah to lead them astray. They were only too eager to follow. The entire world turned against Yahuwah except Noah and his descendants through Shem. Abraham was one of those descendants, whom Nimrod tried to kill a number of times.
Similarly, Constantine too, hunted and killed the true servants of Yahuwah of his day. When Constantine’s Christianity was elevated to the official state religion of Rome, they hunted and persecuted all True Believers almost to non-existence. The end time Antichrist will do the exact same thing.
Nimrod incorporated his own brand of worship, as did Constantine. They each established Sunday as their official weekly Sabbath and replaced Yahuwah’s annual holy days with the same pagan ones.
We will soon have a new coming antichrist to deal with. He will follow the exact same pattern as Nimrod and Constantine, in changing the laws and times once more. This coming antichrist will once more attempt to unify all the world’s false religions into one. There are already several churches which have sprung up bearing the official future name of this new religion – ‘Christlam” (a merging of Christian and Muslim). One can be sure that many of the Muslim doctrines will be incorporated into this antichrist religion. It will be forced upon the world by threat of death. It will persecute the true servants of Yahuwah almost to extinction. It will have its own Sabbaths and its own laws and traditions. Look at all the new laws being passed lately that promote the rights of Muslims over the natural citizenry. The merger is in the works at this very moment.
Does the world care? Not really! Like each of these examples from the past, mankind will follow any path that is diametrically opposed to Yahuwah. People would rather switch than be persecuted and killed. We have almost 6000 years of human experience to verify that fact. In fact, if we were to do our own survey, we would likely find that most people are totally unaware of the spiritual war we find ourselves in; and when we try to explain it to them, they think we are the ones who are delusional. But, that is the way of the world my friends.
All the global emperors throughout history all shared the same traits. All desired to be worshipped as gods. All believed they were gods. All were worshipped following their deaths as gods. All were vain and tyrannical and believed their word to have equal weight as Yahuwah’s words. What else did they have in common? THEY ALL DIED. And, even though some were said to have been resurrected following their deaths, eye witness accounts can only be confirmed of Yahushua, the True Messiah. All the others were counterfeits whose intent was to deceive mankind. Old King Solomon was correct in his statement:
Eccl. 14:3 - What profit has a man of all his labour which he takes under the sun?
4 - One generation passes away, and another generation comes: but the earth abides forever.
5 - The sun also rises, and the sun goes down, and hastens to his place where he arose.
6 - The wind goes toward the south, and turns about unto the north; it whirls about continually, and the wind returns again according to his circuits.
7 - All the rivers run into the sea; yet the sea is not full; unto the place from whence the rivers come, there they return again.
8 - All things are full of labour; man cannot utter it: the eye is not satisfied with seeing, nor the ear filled with hearing.
9 - The thing that has been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.
10 - Is there anything whereof it may be said, See, this is new? It has been already of old time, which was before us.
11 - There is no remembrance of former things; neither shall there be any remembrance of things that are to come with those that shall come after.
Nothing much has changed since man first set foot on Earth. They keep repeating the same errors as in the past. Of course we all know the definition of insanity – doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Therefore, it can be said that mankind is and always has been spiritually insane. There is indeed nothing new under the sun – except technology to wipe all life off the planet. Of course, that has been Satan’s plan all along. HaSatan is definitely seeing the fruits of his labours ready for harvest. He definitely sees himself as the victor of this war. However, he is sadly mistaken, and lost the war before it even started.
Yahushua’s victory over death is the one thing that none of the other pagan messiahs could duplicate, despite what their legends claim. There were over 500 witnesses to Yahushua’s resurrection and ascension to heaven. Not one of the counterfeiters can lay hold to this claim or even produce a single witness.
1Jo 2:18 - Little children, it is the last time: and as you have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
The reason for John believing he was in the last days because of the many antichrists already making the circuit. He knew the prophecies concerning an end-time antichrist but obviously did not have full understanding. Anyone who teaches contrary to the teachings of Yahushua is antichrist. There are indeed many antichrists. However, there will be one specific one that fulfills all the end-time prophesies; and he has not made his appearance yet. In fact, he may not be coming for another 2 hundred years or more if one bases their calculations of the Hebrew calendar. Since the mainstream Christian community teaches against the law in accordance with the decrees of Constantine, they must think Yahushua was a liar, because He taught;
Matt. 5:17 - Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 - For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 - Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
Mainstream Christians are simply a walking contradiction. They believe they are saved from the instant they are baptized. That is simply not so. Baptism is merely the starting line. You have to be baptized to qualify for the race. Afterward it is all about how we deal with our spiritual warfare. We are not saved until the end of our lives; and that all depends how hard we worked to take on all righteousness and make ourselves over into the image of Yahushua. That is the most important thing of all. We must not only take on righteousness as an outer cloak as the hypocrites do, we must literally become righteousness. There must never again be a chance of falling off the wagon. There will simply be no chance that such will ever enter the kingdom. We may be able to hide our real selves from other humans, but Yahuwah knows our every thought, hears our every word and sees our every action. If there remains ANY corruption in the person, the mere presence of Yahuwah would lead to his or her demise. In the end, the earth is going to be cleansed/purified by spiritual fire from heaven. Nothing that remains corruptible will survive. That means that if the Father sees any possibility that we will at anytime in the future become corrupted, we will be destroyed forever in the fire. We will never realize the purpose for which we were created.
What Nimrod did was lead people in the opposite direction from which they were intended. He was a great warrior and hunter. He was honoured by pretty much all the earth as a hero and a saviour. Following his death, the people began to worship him as a god. He hunted down and killed the true servants and prophets of Yahuwah (just as Constantine did and as the end-time antichrist will do). It is always the same story over and over again. Only the names of the actors have changed. So, if you want to know what the end-time tribulation is going to be like, simply study the history of all the most famous emperors and then multiply the horror x 10 or more.
It all started with Nimrod, the first post-flood antichrist. When Yahuwah scattered the nations, he more or less cast them into spiritual blindness and they were spread all over the earth. That is the world we have to deal with, but not become a part of.
1Ti 1:9 - Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
The law is not made for the righteous man? Why? Because, he is lawful by nature, meaning that by nature he is obedient to the law. If only the righteous are to make it into the Kingdom, how on earth can the lying Christian leaders teach the law is done away with? Do these people even read the Scriptures? These leaders are really disciples of Nimrod. After all, Christianity is merely a dressed up carbon copy of Nimrod’s religion – Mystery Babylon. Nimrod certainly did violate all the laws of Yahuwah. In fact, legend says that Nimrod fired arrows at the sky from the infamous Tower of Babylon, hoping to kill Elohim. Supposedly, some angels sent blood soaked arrows back, deceiving Nimrod (and all of his followers, I imagine) into actually believing that he had killed Elohim. It makes you wonder how such a stupid man ever ended up being an emperor, great king and high priest of Babylon. Since Nimrod rebelled against Yahuwah, he can rightly be called a “lawless one”. The same goes for pretty much all the known Emperors. However, the lawless one that Timothy was talking about was one that was coming in the future, and that person was Constantine, also a lawless one.
2 Thessalonians 2:1 - 1Concerning the coming of our Master Yahushua HaMashiyack and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters,
2 - not to become easily unsettled or alarmed by the teaching allegedly from us-whether by a prophecy or by word of mouth or by letter-asserting that the day of Yahuwah has already come.
Timothy is declaring here that there were already false teachers claiming to have been sent by the apostles but were not. And what was it they were proclaiming? That the day of Yahushua had already come! Well, anyone who reads the prophesies concerning the Day of Yahushua should automatically see that it certainly has not come yet.
3 - Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.
Here it is talking of the end-time lawless one and rebellion. I believe the rebellion is when the antichrist enslaves the entire world under his religious system. Under that system, all that is of Yahuwah will be sought out and destroyed. Except for the 144,000, pretty much all of Yahuwah’s servants will end up suffering through the Tribulation. But if that is the test that will confirm that we are ready for the kingdom. Yahuwah grant us the strength to endure.
4 - He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called Elohim or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in Elohim’s temple, proclaiming himself to be Elohim.
When Constantine made his decree baring any Roman citizen (basically any non-Jew) from keeping the laws, statutes and customs of the Jews, he spiritually declared that he was elohim and all of his subjects and through obedience to him, made him their elohim, Christianity, in their obedience to the very same decrees, make Constantine their elohim to this very day.

5 - Don't you remember that when I was with you I used to tell you these things?
6 - And now you know what is holding him back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time.
7 - For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.
What is this “secret power of lawlessness? It is the power that leads one to believing they are worshipping the One True Elohim when we are really worshipping a false image. It has been going on throughout all of history. Anyone who is devout concerning the religion they belong to, honestly believe those teachings; and to attempt to convert them is just a waste of time. They are spiritually blind.
8 - And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Master, Yahushua, will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.
9 - The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie,
10 - and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved.
The connection between Nimrod and the multiple of antichrists that followed him is unmistakeable; and yet, the whole world remains deceived and convinced of the grand lie and actually believe that each of their religions are the right ones. Why? Because of Adam and Eve! They made the choice for all of their children that followed, rejecting the Creator Elohim in favour of the lie. They believed HaSatan’s lie that we are already gods, and that we do not have to wait on Yahuwah to achieve that end. So, naturally, if one believes they are already elohim, what need is there to work out one’s salvation with fear and trembling? Mankind simply does not fear Yahuwah, and that is where salvation should begin – with the fear of Yahuwah. Yahuwah gave us life and he has the power to take it all away. We certainly should fear Him. All that do not are fools.
The last verse (above) says it all. We perish because we have not any love of the truth. WE LOVE THE LIE! If someone offers us the possibility of eternal life apart from following the truth of Yahuwah, we are quick to grab onto the lie. If anyone through faulty interpretation of the Scriptures tries to introduce new doctrine that is contrary to Yahuwah’s words, many tend to follow. I don’t know if it is some sort of desire for hidden knowledge (I know something you don’t know) or what, but it is very distracting if you feel the need to check it out before forming an opinion. The two things in this world I hate the most is lying and stealing. Why? Because formerly I was both a liar and a thief (amongst other things); therefore when I was first converted, I started off by hating my former self. When we can see the truth about ourselves, it is easier to enact change in our lives.
Conclusion
Everyone comes by their faith in different ways. Usually it is life’s circumstances that are the deciding factors. Most are born into whatever religion they affiliate themselves. Most never question their beliefs or seek out alternatives. This is exactly what HaSatan hopes we will do. However, I am assuming that most people reading my articles have already been delivered out of the lie. That is most likely because we are zealous for the truth and are not afraid to make necessary changes to our beliefs to bring ourselves in line with Yahuwah’s teachings. We may not be on the same page on every topic, but we are in a learning and growing process; whereas, most religious people never step out of the box that they find themselves in. There is no growth amongst any religion on earth because their limits are set by their doctrines and customs, which they value above the truth.
Originally there were only 5 books in the Scriptures – Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy. These are the books that are said to have been written by the finger of Elohim. These books plainly spell out the laws of Yahuwah; and, He has actually placed his signature on each, as the Bible codes reveal. The Tetragrammaton can be found in the beginning of each of the first four books and at the end of the fifth. None of the other books have this signature; however, according to the Bible codes are flush with secret messages. Much like the Hebrew language itself, words and letters and even vowel points have different meanings and secret messages can be found embedded in them. A mere reading of these books will not reveal these codes. One must seek them out using a variety of different sources. It is a long and tedious task – not one for the lazy and slothful. Yahuwah is the same as he was before and will always be the same. His commandments stand forever. Obedience to His commands is what helps us to take on the righteous character of Yahuwah that leads to eternal life.
One could read over the passages in the Scriptures concerning Nimrod and never clue into what his true character was. The Book of Jasher, on the other hand, is rich with information. And, since Yahushua Himself quoted from that book on more than one occasion, we can assume that to be His endorsement of the book. Nimrod was a king and high priest, but he was definitely not a servant of Yahuwah. He was the polar opposite of Noah, the true King and High Priest of Earth. Nimrod was HaSatan’s king and high priest. He quickly drew the masses away from following Noah, because his message was similar to Adam and Eve’s that they were already gods and had no need, fear or desire for Yahuwah.
I mean, who would not want to already be elohim at this time? I certainly wish I was. However, the true Believer must be patient and wait on Yahuwah for our salvation. We must go through and pass the refining process. The true Believer understands the journey we must go through to gain salvation. A true Believer never tires of studying the word to find any and all truth. A true Believer tests the words of anyone preaching a different gospel to determine if there is any truth in their words. A true Believer would never compromise the truth for tradition.
The picture of the final judgement is one that we should have ever before us, as a constant reminder of the seriousness of seeking out all truth. What do we envision the Judge saying to us in that day? There will basically be only two judgements;
1 – I have tested and proven you to be lazy and slothful and a despiser of the truth. Into the fire with you!
2 – Well done you faithful servant. Welcome to the Kingdom and eternal life.
Of course we all assume that we will be granted the second option. However, assuming something does not always make it so. We want to be sure of our salvation; and we had better be about searching and proving all things till the very end of our days to guarantee one’s salvation.
Of course the final and ultimate test is going to be the trial by fire. Any whose hearts remain hostile to Yahuwah are going to be destroyed. There cannot be even an inkling of possibility that we EVER be corrupted again. However, before that trial, some of us will face another when the end-time Antichrist subjects us to torture and death for not converting to his brand of religion.
Let’s not forget that even the word “religion” comes from pagan sources. It actually means “Legions of Raw”. Raw was one of the chief deities of the Egyptians. He was a prototype of Nimrod. Such religions represent the elohim of this world – HaSatan. The one true church cannot be found in any church building of any worldly religion known to man. It can only be found in the hearts of those individuals who have separated themselves from this satanic world to follow the One True Elohim.
I have come to the conclusion that apart from true followers, that all of mankind is mentally retarded. And so, we should treat them with kindness and sympathy as we would any retarded child. It is not our place to judge them. After all, we were once one of them (retarded too).
When with my former church, I witnessed numerous occasions where certain members held much distain for anyone outside that church. The church leadership even encouraged this attitude, since it was a closed door church. I feel it is difficult to convert anyone to the truth while sporting a “holier than thou” attitude. I am certainly not one who likes to be talked down to. None of us know for sure if we have made it until the final testing and no one alive at this moment have yet faced that test.
I often wonder what percentage of true Believers will break under the end-time Tribulation and convert to escape torture and death. I hear so many people confidently proclaim they are ready for the Kingdom. And of course, I am also concerned about the final testing myself. Am I ready? I don’t know, but I like to think so. Will I have the courage to stand before the elohim of this world, HaSatan, and proclaim him to be a liar and withstand the torment that declaration will bring? I will not know until that day and neither will anyone else.
I hear many people (both true Believers and Christians) declaring their belief that they are going to escape the Tribulation because they will be in the place of safety. However, The Scriptures plainly tell us who will be going there and how many – 144,000, 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes – Israelites all. What else will the qualifying factors be?
Rev. 14: 2 - And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps:
3 - And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth.
4 - These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goes. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto Elohim and to the Lamb.
5 - And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of Elohim
How many of us can truly lay claim to all of these attributes? At what point can we be assured of our salvation? We simply do not know. All can do is our best to qualify and see what happens. Those who do not make it to the Place of Safety must not give up, for many are going to come through the Tribulation with their “robes” washed clean. They must be made to understand that Yahuwah sees that the possibility of corruption remains in them. The final testing is actually a blessing for these individuals. It will encourage them to dig deeper and figure out where they are yet lacking and pray for the courage and strength to endure to the end.
We have 16 pagan saviours to contend with including the person of “Jesus Christ”. The whole world worships one or another. All are false. All are antichrist. All were born at the same time of year. All died at the same time of year. The purpose of all was to lead us away from Yahuwah and towards the god of this world – Ha-Satan. What Nimrod began, the end-time antichrist will finish; and for a short time, it will seem as if HaSatan has won out. But his victory over the saints will only be one battle. It will not mean that he has won the war.
The power over life and death is perhaps the one power that HaSatan does not possess. Yahuwah alone can create life. And even though He placed us under the power of death for our betrayal, He also possesses the power of resurrection from the dead for His true servants. I believe that this was perhaps the only power He withheld from the angels. Why? Because even they are not yet a completed creation! They too have to face an end-time trial. They too have to qualify for salvation and eternal life. Yahuwah simply could not grant them power over life and death, else even He would not be able to destroy them if they become corrupt; which one third of them did. Angels were also granted the power of free choice, and one third freely chose to rebel against Yahuwah. Their destruction is assured.
All of these saviours were born on December 25th (Christmas). To attempt to tie the true Messiah to theirs, they created the lie that Yahushua (their Jesus) was born on this same date. They did the same with his death. Instead of celebrating the Passover, they keep Easter (the time that all of their pagan messiahs died). I have no doubt that the end-time antichrist will also either be born on December 25th or begin his ministry on that date.
All True Believers know that the Hebrew holidays/holy days are the only ones instituted by Yahuwah. We also know that they mark specific events that reveal Yahuwah’s plan for His creation. The Christian religion teaches that all of Yahuwah’s Holy Days were done away with but Constantine’s were elevated in their place. I believe I have more than proved that this teaching is a lot of poppycock. These holidays are those of the antichrist and there must be no compromising with them in any way, shape or form. I have four worldly daughters who would love nothing more than have me sitting down to Christmas dinner with them. I have not in 36 years and never will.
We need to be ever mindful of this worldly counterfeit so that we may avoid any pitfalls. There is no shortage of deception out there. This is not like some vacuum cleaner salesman who knows he is lying, but it is a case where the deceiver actually believes the deception himself, making him self-deceived and even more dangerous.
These pitfalls can easily trap us if we are not careful. I have witnessed some who I fellowshipped with who were headed in the right direction, suddenly do an about face and go off in some other direction, or back to their former beliefs. I never saw it coming in any of the cases. One went right back to Roman Catholicism. Another joined the Vineyard Church. Out of my friendship for this person, I did attend one service there. It really creeped me out! There were people shouting undiscernible things out at random (their version of speaking in tongues) and convulsing on the floor like a bunch of lunatics. I wanted more than anything to flee, but instead prayed to Yahuwah to reveal and protect me from the lies. And He did answer that prayer.
I later wrote that friend and told him what I thought of the Vineyard church. Needless to say he is no longer my friend. Interestingly, this person was once an elder in my former church (WCG), and was the one who led to my seeing the fault with that church and leaving it. I still remember that last sermon he gave while in that church. It was entitled “To be a Daniel”, and I found it to be very inspiring. You can imagine my shock when I attended the following week’s Sabbath services to find out that he had been “disfellowshipped”, or so we were told (really he quite on his own accord). I sought him out soon after I left and we fellowshipped for several years, before he did his about face. It is funny how things end up. If not for my tenacity at searching and proving all things, I may have blindly followed this friend into yet another deception.
The Way of Yahuwah can be a most glorious journey if we keep our focus on searching out all truth and remain true to our faith throughout all tribulation. It is as far from Nimrod’s system as east is from west. We need to be well equipped with the truth to make it through to the finish line. My prayers and hopes are with all true Believers that they are victorious over death.
