There is a huge battle brewing in the U.S. over a proposal to reverse the Roe vs. Wade bill. Roe vs. Wade was the controversial decision that legalized a woman’s right to murder their own child if the pregnancy was unwanted. Throughout this study, I will be referring to abortion as murder, because that is exactly what it is. The abortionist like to candy coat it and use gentler terms but at the root of it all, it remains murder.

Decision of the court in Roe v Wade

The Supreme Court of the United States decided that the Constitution allowed for women to have an abortion if they wanted to, without being restricted unnecessarily by the government. It held that the law enacted by the state to ban abortion, except in a case where the mother’s life was at risk, was unconstitutional.

The court stated that the right to abort her child was part of a woman’s right to privacy and was protected by the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution, as long as the abortion was within the first trimester of the pregnancy.

Fourteenth Amendment Explained

Section 1

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

Section 2

Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age, and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged, except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.

Section 3

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Section 4

The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

Section 5

The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

Obviously, section 1 is the target of this debate. Well, let’s give this hotbed a shake and see what falls out.

How does this statement in any way support the murder of children? Simple! It doesn’t! How does any law prohibiting abortion have anything to do with privileges and immunities of an impregnated woman?

According to Webster, abortion most definitely falls under the category of murder. The women seeking abortions claim that since the fetus is inside their bodies, they have the right to terminate (murder) the baby. I would argue that since the child has a separate body, heart, brain and soul, it is a separate being from the mother and therefore termination equals murder.

Now before I go on, I have to confess that I consented to an abortion once in regard to one of my daughters. In my defense, she was only 14 and was totally freaked out by the situation and was threatening to do whatever it took to get it out of her. Fearing that she was going to do herself injury, I finally consented. However, I have had to endure the guilt and shame ever since. Of course, I repented and asked for forgiveness. But I was the only one feeling that way. My wife and daughters all felt that I had done the “right” thing, never knowing the pain, anguish, and grief that I held inside. I have been waiting a very long time to get this off my chest, and it does feel good, but I still do not think I will ever be able to forgive myself.

To get on with the study, I am still unsure what prompted this sudden change of heart in the US. Was it due entirely on the views of conservative Christians? Probably not. Whatever the reason, I applaud the motion and pray that it passes.

This situation has gotten so bad that pro-abortionists are referring mockingly to their opponents as “Pro-Lifers”. That literally means that they are “for life” and against murder. What sort of mind would mock anyone for have such ideals? Does the term, “Satanic” pop into mind?

In ancient times, children were often sacrificed by pagan societies as a way of “pleasing the gods”. The only god that is pleased by such an act is the god of this world, HaSatan. The One True Elohim is NOT pleased one bit. All abortion is, is the revival of ancient child sacrifice. And I would bet that most of the women who have had the procedure would be horrified at the thought of such a thing as child sacrifice, but never associate what they have done with such brutality. The human mind is very good at covering up its sins. We may think we have done a reasonably good job of it, but Yahuwah knows all things and whatever we may be hiding will be brought out in the end before the Great Judge.

And, of course, the old adage, “give them an inch and they take a mile” clearly applies here. Now they are demanding 3rd term and live abortions. What next? Kill any kid that misbehaves or is no longer wanted. How about if they get failing grades in school, should we simply kill and get rid of them? Problem solved? And what is coming next? I predict that by the end of the age, we will be right back sacrificing our children to one or another pagan god.

In just browsing the news this morning, I gathered a few of the ridiculous claims I found in regard to this story. They read as follows;

1 – Enforced Childbirth is Slavery. (???).

2 – Would turn the U.S. into a dystopian society. *What dos that even mean?)

3 – Canada offers to provide abortions for American mothers. (And who is going to pay for it – Canadian tax-payers?) Ha, ha, Canadian clinics are filled to capacity.

4 – We Will used Hangers. (does that really even work?)

5 - Abortion supporters attack one another. (apparently, they cannot even get along/agree with each other).

6 – Pro-Abortionists attack Crisis Pregnancy Centers. (What? They are attacking pregnant women who want to keep their babies alive?)

Why don’t they outlaw having babies? Is that what it will eventually come to?

In ancient times they even had an abortion technique that would render a woman barren for life. I believe I read that in one of the Books of Enoch, but I could not find it this morning. However, since they seemed so determined to kill children in these sacrifices, I believe having such a birth control method certainly seems in character.

Even in some Christian circles, abortion has been accepted and embraced. They may think they are getting rid of the evidence of their sin, but they are only deceiving themselves and a day of judgement definitely awaits them. It will be interesting to hear the excuses they come up with when standing in the Judgement.

Of course, abortion begins with the sin of having sex out of wedlock or extra marital sex. The evidence of a fetus is pretty difficult to refute. So, they simply sneak away quietly and secretively to have the procedure performed. In some circumstances the mother often secretly takes the daughter to an abortion clinic without the father’s knowledge. Along with the act of murder, this adds up to three sins that are committed here (extra-marital sex, deceiving one’s spouse/lying and murder). That would make one 3 times guilty.

Children occupy a very special place in Yahuwah’s heart. I am sure He sheds many tears for them that are in any way harmed. He is like a very proud grandparent. It breaks His heart when anything tragic happens to any one of them. And it especially irks me to hear anyone blaming Elohim over the death of a child. First of all such statements usually come from people I know that have no interest in any church or religion. All Yahuwah has ever asked of us is belief and obedience. However, man freely chose the Adversary as the god they wished to worship. Such being the case, they cleanse their conscience by blaming Yahuwah for everything that is wrong with their lives, instead of blaming themselves. This seems to be the natural response for man, blame anyone or anything else for our mistakes but ourselves. However, that act does not nor cannot cover up the truth. The truth will always eventually come out.

Deut. 6:6 - These words I am commanding you today are to be upon your hearts.

7 - And you shall teach them diligently to your children and speak of them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.

8 - Tie them as reminders on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.

9 - Write them on the doorposts of your houses and on your gates.

Of course, this is speaking of the Ten Commandments. They were rejected by men along with Yahuwah, Himself. Yet, if we wish to be on Yahuwah’s “good” side, we are commanded to teach them to our children anyway. If nothing else, it will make good, law-abiding citizens of them. They teach us to respect Elohim and each other. So, this is where we are to begin with each new life – teaching them righteousness.

The following is a curse placed upon the unrighteous:

Psalms 109:8 - May his days be few;

may another take his position.

9 - May his children be fatherless

and his wife a widow.

10 - May his children wander as beggars,

seeking sustenance far from their ruined homes.

11 - May the creditor seize all he owns,

and strangers plunder the fruits of his labor.

12 - May there be no one to extend kindness to him,

and no one to favor his fatherless children.

13 - May his descendants be cut off;

may their name be blotted out from the next generation.

14 - May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before Yahuwah,

and the sin of his mother never be blotted out.

15 - May their sins always remain before Yahuwah,

that He may cut off their memory from the earth.

The unrighteous give no heed to the commandments of Yahuwah. They do not teach them to their children, then wonder why they are so unruly and rebellious. No one likes such a child.

There is no sin that escapes Yahuwah, nor will they ever be forgotten, unless we repent of them. And, that is not to say, “forgive me Father” and then go right back to the sin. We must do away with sin altogether and never allow it to come back. This is the greatest stumbling block to our becoming fully elohim.

Ps. 78:2 - I will open my mouth in parables.

I will utter things hidden from the beginning,

3 - that we have heard and known

and our fathers have relayed to us.

4 - We will not hide them from their children,

but will declare to the next generation

the praises of Yahuwah and His might,

and the wonders He has performed.

I believe this is speaking of Yahushua. He spoke in parables because not everyone was ready to receive Him. Only those who were ready understood Him.

If we have not taught our children the ten commandments, we are the problem. If we have and they disobey anyway. It is entirely on them. You have done your part. We are commanded to teach them to our children. If we do not, we become responsible for their behavior. We are not to leave the disciplining of our children to the teachers. This is our job and our responsibility before Elohim. (I saw a joke on FB this week where it said basically, if you want to know the gender of a child, ask their teacher). The very ones trying to takeover parental authority are already in charge of our kids and corrupting their minds. I find that rather scary. Our children are being kidnapped before our eyes and are in need of rescuing.

Psalms 128:1 - Blessed are all who fear Yahuwah,

who walk in His ways!

2 - For when you eat the fruit of your labor,

blessings and prosperity will be yours.

3 - Your wife will be like a fruitful vine

flourishing within your house,

your sons like olive shoots

sitting around your table.

4 - In this way indeed shall blessing come

to the man who fears Yahuwah.

Family is very important to Yahuwah. He is a Father who loves and wants the very best for His children. He expects us to want the very same for each other. It is the most important responsibility we have, next to securing our own salvation (and is intrinsically linked to our salvation).

Mark 10:13 - Now people were bringing the little children to Yahushua for Him to place His hands on them, and the disciples rebuked those who brought them.

14 - But when Yahushua saw this, He was indignant and told them, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of Elohim belongs to such as these.

15 - Truly I tell you, anyone who does not receive the kingdom of Elohim like a little child will never enter it.”

16 - And He took the children in His arms, placed His hands on them, and blessed them.

Children were not often treated or revered as Yahuwah would have wished them to be. Most are seen as annoyances and are classed in some societies as low as women and cattle. If the world is going to change, we must begin with the children. That is where the future lies.

It was precisely because of that day’s societal attitude towards children that the Disciples responded the way they did. One tends to view societal norms as examples of righteousness, but they are not always. And they certainly do not always follow the ways of Elohim. But that is what is considered normal these days. We know all about that, don’t we?

Up until recently, religious beliefs held a very dominant position in society – even if pagan in nature. Today, a new religion known as Atheism is dominant. This is a religion that worships no external elohim save man, himself. And that has been man’s problem all along – he thinks he is already god and that this life we are presently experiencing is as good as it gets. What a pathetic outlook that is. And I don’t imagine their attitudes toward children are anything to be proud of either.

Yahushua even tells us here that we must become as little children to enter the Kingdom. Is that not basically what we do when we are baptized? We begin our life anew with the promise of salvation before us. We have regained our prior innocence. All charges against us have been dropped. We are no longer under the sentence of death. Now, let us ensure that our children do not have to go through what we did in order to get here.

Rev. 12:13 - And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.

14 - But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle to fly from the presence of the serpent to her place in the wilderness, where she was nourished for a time, and times, and half a time.

15 - Then from the mouth of the serpent spewed water like a river to overtake the woman and sweep her away in the torrent.

16 - But the earth helped the woman and opened its mouth to swallow up the river that had poured from the dragon’s mouth.

17 - And the dragon was enraged at the woman and went to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of Elohim and hold to the testimony of Yahushua.

In verse 13, the male child represents not only Yahushua but also His followers. That is who His church gave birth to. Whatever the Serpent has planned for the woman, it is going to come about swiftly. Picture a dam breaking and the speed and power of the water as it breaks free. And it will only pursue the children of Yahuwah from the 12 tribes of Israel and any gentiles who keep the commandments of Yahuwah and the testimony of Yahushua. (It makes one wonder how the Christian ministers explain this verse in the context of their “no law” policy.) And I am very curious as to how the earth is going to open and swallow all of the dragon’s army. Will it be like the parting of the Red Sea?

I am sure that there are more verses that describe how Yahuwah cherishes His children and how human parents should also cherish theirs. We cannot find a better parent than Yahuwah. At times His type of love may sound like tough love, but then, there are times when that is the kind of love that is needed. If one of us saw that one of our kids were about to fall off a cliff, we would do anything possible to save them. Yahuwah is no different, regarding the spiritual cliff we face.

Conclusion

The Roe vs. Wade decision opened up a real pandora’s box. It never should have passed in the first place. Protestant Christianity was predominant at the time. The proper way to get rid of an unwanted child was to give them up for adoption. The only abortion clinics available at the time were butcher shops and a good number of women died from the procedure.

So, what is the answer? Obedience! If the women were chaste and obedient to Yahuwah, the problem would not exist. However, there is also the question of rape. Rape is also known today as “date rape” (which is how I was conceived). Rape is rape and it carries the death penalty according to Yahuwah’s Law. However, rape is not the main cause of unwed pregnancies. It is unbridled teen-aged sex. Premarital sex is almost as common as tying one’s shoes. Virgins are considered freaks. Even a transvestite is considered cool – but not a virgin. Society has really flipped.

We all know the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. They were two cities in which immoral and unnatural sex ran rampant. Anything went and all aged groups were involved. They were examples of what a society becomes when they completely disregard the Laws of Yahuwah.

Yahuwah waited until the inhabitants were totally comfortable with their excesses before He lowered the boom on them. In a single day, all five cities that occupied the plain were completely wiped out. Everything that was corruptible was put to the flame. Remind you of anything? There are a lot of parallels to be drawn out of this story.

Today, society has become much like Sodom and Gomorrah. The question is, “How long is Yahuwah going to stand for it?” Judging from the fact that the Mark of the Beast has already manifested itself, I’d say it may be sooner than any of us think. So be prepared.
