Is Homosexuality a Salvational Issue?

Many in today’s Mainstream Christian community would argue that homosexuality is a non-salvational issue. That is because they believe that Yahushua did away with the law of Yahuwah. Nothing could be further from the truth.
The spiritual purpose of the law is to assist us in developing the righteousness of Yahuwah within our own character. We cannot inherit or even approach incorruption (perfect righteous character) while remaining in a corruptible state. All that remains corruptible as the Father approaches will be burnt up and eternally destroyed. Incorruption simply cannot co-exist with corruption without destroying it.
Yahushua was the first to inherit incorruption. All who die (were martyred) in Yahuwah’s name and did not deny Him will see incorruption and be in the incorruptible state when they come up in the resurrection. Once they gain that state, it will no longer be possible to transgress the law because they will possess an incorruptible nature. Can any one of us really expect to inherit incorruption by any other means that HaMashiyack did? Wake up people! His was the example set before us. His is the example that we must be striving to perfectly emulate. While we may not attain perfection in this life, our relentless efforts to become perfect will be counted in our favor. Yahuwah judges the heart which reveals how dedicated we are.
Homosexuality is clearly defined in the Scriptures as sin. Sin is sin. What did Yahushua tell the blind man after healing him? He said “Go and sin no more.” “Sin no more” is the equivalent of saying “break the law no more”.
Matt. 5: 17 - Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
18 - For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.
19 - Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
20 - For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.
More than any other passage in the New Testament (NT) this exposes the central lie of Christianity (that the law was done away). Yahuwah commands us NOT TO THINK that the law or the Old Testament have been done away. It was like he was seeing hundreds of years into the future when Emperor Constantine would usurp the faith and replace it with his own one world religion, which was basically a melting pot of all the world’s religions. It was Emperor Constantine who did away with the law, not Yahushua. Since Emperor Constantine had absolutely no authority to change the laws of Yahuwah, His decrees are baseless and to be ignored.
Is homosexuality worse than any other sin? No! All and any sin that we continue in will lead us to eternal death. For while we cling to that sin, we are in effect saying that we hate Yahuwah and want nothing to do with following His instructions. Therefore, the problem with homosexuality is not that it is any worse than any other sin (for all are worthy of death), it is the attitude that homosexuals have about their particular sin that will disqualify them from ever gaining eternal life. They like to flaunt their sexual disorientation like it were some sort of Badge of Honour – parades, demanding the right to practice their sin and lobbying the government to implement laws protecting them and allowing them to indoctrinate our children (in today’s school system) and confuse them concerning their gender.
And yet I maintain that any sin that is not repented of and put far away from us will prevent us from entering the Kingdom of Yahuwah – even the sin of gossiping. We have to reach the state of righteousness where even the thought to sin does not exist. Therefore, we must push all thoughts to sin out of our mind as soon as they enter it. Practice makes perfect; and, although I have not reached this point yet, I firmly believe that by continuing to practise, that the thought to sin will no longer exist in me.
The Mainstream Christian belief, in the law being done away, has no Scriptural support whatsoever. Mainly they misconstrue Shaul’s words to support their flawed theory. At no time did Shaul ever teach anti-Torah. The NT was not even written at the time, and did not appear until almost 400 years later. Therefore, the OT was all that any of the apostles had to teach from. At no time did Yahushua or any of the apostles ever teach that the OT was done away with. Rather, they held the Torah up as the only source of truth and righteous instruction.
Whenever I encounter a die-hard Christian trying to convince me that we are no longer under the law, I always ask,”What do you mean by that? Are you talking about the Ten Commandments?” “Oh no, they exclaim” “Well, I reply, why then do you dishonor the Father by calling Him by the names of pagan deities and why do you ignore the Sabbath command?” Of course they turn around and condemn me of following a cult. Of course I do; I belong to the cult of Believers, who follow the Lamb wherever He leads.
As for homosexuality, it has been around since dawn of time. We have an excellent example of where it will lead in the story of Sodom and Gomorrah, where ALL the men, both young and old, came out to have their way (homo sexually) with the two strangers. Yahuwah had to directly intervene because this sin had become so rampant. When studying the history of all the major empires that have ruled on earth, all became sexually immoral near the end of their reign; and were defeated by a more moral society. Homosexuality is designed by nature (Yahuwah) to collapse upon its self. If all men were homosexual birth rates would plummet and the human population would disappear. Sounds like HaSatan’s dream come true.
And then, there are other factors to consider as well. The following article tells of scientific studies that show that STDs plague the homosexual community.
Naturally, the homosexual community tries to shut up any descent and attacks the authors of such studies. They even elicit changes to the common law of the land to force acceptance of their life-style choice. Of course, the politicians, eager to gain votes, cater to their demands. Canada’s own Prime Minister can be found at their gay marches/parades, openly supporting their agenda.
How many other sins are so openly championed as a “right’ of all humanity? Are we now free to steal from our neighbours, kill another human being, etc., etc. None of these sins are being promoted as basic human rights (except with abortion). So, it is not the fact that this sin is any worse than any other when it comes to salvation; it is the attitude attached to it that will be the cause of their loss of salvation. There is no repentance or willingness to put this sin out of their lives. Instead, they promote it as a basic human right.
The key to salvation is repentance, belief in Yahushua and a change of character – from unrighteous to righteous. Obedience to Yahuwah’s commandments helps us to develop the righteousness of Yahuwah in our own nature. Anything that is unrighteous and corruptible will be destroyed at Yahuwah’s coming. Nothing that is unrighteous or corruptible will make it into Yahuwah’s Kingdom. That is the bottom line. There is no way around it.
The biggest hurdle for homosexuals was in getting it reclassified – from a mental disorder to a life style choice. When this decision was made (forget the year), there were approximately 2500 psychiatrists in the US. They were supposed to all attend the conference in California to make a decision on the matter. Only about 10% of them showed up and were faced with hoards of angry, violent protesters threatening them with violence and even death. The majority of those voted for the reclassification and admitted afterword that they only did so out of fear for their lives. The majority of the 2500 retained the belief that it was still a mental disorder. Since this decision was made, the LGBT movement has mushroomed out of control and beyond all common sense.
Naturally, all the government endorsed religions (ones that sign on for tax-exempt status) are quick to fall in line behind all government legislation acknowledging homosexual rights fearing that said tax exemption will be withdrawn. Therefore, it can truthfully be said that the purpose of any government sponsored religion is for the control of the people, their minds and their beliefs. Yes, homosexuals are welcomed with open arms in the Mainstream Christian world and are even becoming ministers of congregations. How do they justify their actions? They change the Scriptures bringing even more condemnation upon themselves.
The ancient King Nimrod of Babylon was the inventor of this political tool. The religion that he concocted is today known as Mystery Babylon or the Babylonian Mystery Religion. Nimrod was a power-hungry individual who was adamant about replacing Noah and establishing his own following. He could never do that as long as the citizens were yet worshipping Yahuwah and endorsing Noah as Yahuwah’s chief apostle. Nimrod was already esteemed as a mighty warrior and hunter and was looked up to as the protector of human kind on earth. It was not a huge step for Nimrod to persuade his followers to abandon the Way of Yahuwah and pursue the way of the Adversary, since that has been the way of man since the original sin. Mankind still believes that he is already god and that the future of his survival lies in science, not religion. The truth; however, is that science itself is merely an antinomian religion that worships the creation in place of the Creator.
Lawlessness is the natural result of sin. The more sin that is accepted as normal/natural behaviour leads only to more lawlessness. I firmly believe that the acceptance of homosexuality will eventually lead to the “normalization” of pedophilia Many of today’s news stories confirm this belief. . Where does it end? It doesn’t! It just keeps getting worse and worse until Yahuwah has to intercede. And, intercede He will!
The following verses condemning homosexuality are found in both the Old and New Testaments, proving that there has been no change in the law concerning this matter.
Lev. 18:22 - “Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.
We are to think of our bodies as the Temple. Just as the Israelites were forbidden entrance to the temple on account of unrepented sin, so will we be denied entrance into the Kingdom.
Lev. 20:13 - “ ‘If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads.
Such may not suffer the consequences of their sin during this life-time; however, they will receive their just punishment following the resurrection.
Rom. 1:21 - Because that, when they knew Elohim, they glorified him not as Elohim, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 - Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23 - And changed the glory of the incorruptible Elohim into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24 - Wherefore Elohim also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25 - Who changed the truth of Elohim into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
Sin begins with honoring the creation in place of the Creator. The very first man freely chose to worship HaSatan (a created spirit being) in place of the Creator. Mankind has followed this same self-destructive pattern ever since.
Romans 1:26 - Because of this, Elohim gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones.
Women were made to complete a man and join with him in matrimony and become one, as with Elohim. This is the natural order. Anything contrary to the natural order is unnatural. There is no compromising with Yahuwah. His word is law. We can in no way gain salvation while living lives that are contrary to the law in any way. Holding on to any sinful behaviour disqualifies us from salvation. We must put away ALL sin, not pick and chose or wink at ones we consider minor infractions. We are to be taking on the righteous, incorruptible nature of Yahuwah, not the corruptible nature of HaSatan. We will reap what we sow. If we sow corruptible seeds, we will reap corruption. If we sow incorruptible seeds, we will reap incorruption. We cannot plant an apple seed and expect to produce a pear tree. And yet, this is the exact mindset of Mainstream Christianity.
27 - In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 - Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of Elohim, so Elohim gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done.
I am sure everyone has heard the expression, “If you don’t use it, you will lose it”. We have all been given the knowledge of Elohim. If we deny that knowledge, we will lose it. If we deny Yahuwah, He will give us up to our carnality and we will eventually suffer the natural consequence of sin, which is death. An unruly child likes to push his luck to see how much he can get away with. It must not be so with us.
1 Cor. 6: 9 - Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of Elohim? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men
10 - nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of Elohim.
How much plainer can Elohim make His point? How stupid can men be to think otherwise? There is no salvation for the unrepentant sinner, no matter what the sin. And, to openly flaunt the Laws of Yahuwah is to glorify one’s sin and proclaim one’s hatred towards Yahuwah and His laws.
11- And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Master, Yahushua HaMashiyack and by the Spirit of our Elohim.
Yahushua came to take away our sins and nail them to the cross. However, this does not mean that He made the Law null and void, as Mainstream Christianity teaches. It means that He nailed the consequence for sin (death) to the cross. But this does not come automatically simply by declaring faith in the Messiah. One has to change one’s nature. One has to become one with Yahuwah – just as Yahushua prayed for in John 17. And, also:
(James 2:20 - But will you know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
James 2:26 - For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.)
Works (the practice of lawful behaviour) must accompany faith. We must take on the righteous character of Yahuwah to gain salvation. We take on His righteous nature by obedience to His Laws. We cannot gain salvation by any other means. Those who think they can avert justice by denying the Law and persecuting those who keep the Law are sorely deceived and unlikely to ever see salvation.
1 Cor. 6:17 - But whoever is united with the Master is one with him in spirit.
Being one with the Master means that we have taken on His nature. That is how Yahushua became one with the Father. That is how we become one with both the Father and the Son. This oneness will elude us if we are not walking in the very same footsteps as Yahushua. Let him who is without sin cast the first stone.
18 - Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.
19 - Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from Elohim? You are not your own;
20 - You were bought at a price. Therefore honor Elohim with your bodies.
Here we have the difference between sexual sin and any other sin explained. And, it would certainly seem that Yahuwah does consider this form of sin different and perhaps worse than other sins. We are to treat our bodies like temples. Sinning after professing faith in Yahushua is like sacrificing swine on the altar of the Temple. It defiles the body, just as the sacrifice of swine defiled the altar. In the day of judgement, we must present a temple that has been swept clean and reflects the light of Yahuwah.
1 Tim.1:8 - We know that the law is good if one uses it properly.
9 - We also know that the law is made not for the righteous but for lawbreakers and rebels, the ungodly and sinful, the unholy and irreligious, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,
10 - for the sexually immoral, for those practicing homosexuality, for slave traders and liars and perjurers-and for whatever else is contrary to the sound doctrine
11 - that conforms to the gospel concerning the glory of the blessed Elohim, which he entrusted to me.
This testimony by the apostle, Shaul, was given a good number of years following the sacrifice of Yahushua. From the wording it would seem that the Old Testament Laws were still in effect. So when exactly did Yahushua do away with the Law (as Mainstream Christianity maintains)? History proves that the Mosaic Law was still in effect amongst the believing congregations’ right up until the advent of Emperor Constantine. It was he, not the Messiah, who changed the laws and the times.
(Dan. 7:25 - He will speak against the Most High and oppress his holy people and try to change the set times and the laws. The holy people will be delivered into his hands for a time, times and half a time.)
In following the decrees of Constantine over Yahuwah’s Christianity made Constantine the god that they worship and Christianity the church of the apostasy. What does apostasy mean – “a total desertion of or departure from one's religion, principles, party, cause, etc.”
Jude 1:5 - Though you already know all this, I want to remind you that the Master at one time delivered his people out of Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe.
6 - And the angels who did not keep their positions of authority but abandoned their proper dwelling—these he has kept in darkness, bound with everlasting chains for judgment on the great Day.
7 - In a similar way, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding towns gave themselves up to sexual immorality and perversion. They serve as an example of those who suffer the punishment of eternal fire.
8 - In the very same way, on the strength of their dreams these ungodly people pollute their own bodies, reject authority and heap abuse on celestial beings.
Sodom and Gomorrah are excellent examples of the punishment awaiting those who serve sin. The entire town, men of all ages, came out to have unnatural sex with the two angels. Fire and brimstone rained down on them from Yahuwah. A similar punishment awaits all who remain corruptible at Yahushua’s coming. The Lake of Fire will be a spiritual fire that will engulf the earth and destroy all that remains corruptible. We do not want to be counted amongst them. We want to be given the white robes, washed clean and made suitable for eternal life. We achieve this state through dedicated obedience to every word that proceeds from the mouth of Yahuwah.
Conclusion
So, is homosexuality a salvational issue? You had better believe it is! All and any unrepented sin will disqualify a person from achieving salvation. Even sin that is minimized and often winked at (such as gossip) will work against us in regards to salvation. Sin represents disobedience towards Elohim. It is detrimental to developing the righteous nature of Yahuwah in us. Anyone who thinks changing, taking away from or adding to the word of Yahuwah in anyway changes things, they are delusional.
The Law, like Yahuwah, is the same yesterday, today and in the future. When Yahushua returns, His Kingdom will be based on obedience to His Father. And, the world will enjoy 1,000 years of peace. Science keeps promoting the concept that only through science, can man attain lasting peace; but so far all they have brought us is war and destruction.
While I don’t condone the homosexual life-style, I do not hate homosexuals. If I were to hate homosexuals, I would have to hate all sinners. Yahushua often preached to the lowliest of citizens who were worst of the sinners. He did not go to them because he hated them, but because He loved them and deeply desired that they change their ways so that they might see salvation. Some repented, some did not. As long as our laws champion sin, there will be no repentance. No repentance equals no salvation. It is as simple as that.
Every time we point the finger at a sinner, there are always 3 fingers pointing back at us. We are all sinners in one way or another. Part of the salvational process is weeding out all sin. It takes time and dedication. When we sin, we deny (reject) Elohim. If we deny Elohim, He will deny us in the last day.
All will stand before the Creator, Yahuwah, in the last day to be judged. Those who live on past this day will be those who fall down on their knees in repentance and beg for mercy. However, I am sure there will be some who think they can pull the wool over Yahuwah’s eyes and attempt to defend their actions. These will only be promoted to the lake of fire and eternal death.
There is a new one world religion waiting for us on the horizon. It will not only include all the pagan religious ideology of today but all of the societal leanings as well. It will denounce the Laws of Yahuwah as primal and irrelevant, while promoting the laws of the Antichrist.
This has already begun with the promotion of the 7 Noahide Laws over the Ten Commandments. Yahuwah is not pleased and will bring His punishment on mankind soon. We must never tire of waiting on Him. We must never tire of living lives of obedience to Him. We will be tormented and tortured for our obedience to Yahuwah and disobedience towards the One World Religion. We must not allow any sin to stand between ourselves and salvation. We must reflect Yahushua in every thought, word and action. Else we too will be in danger of losing out on salvation. Sin is sin, and all are worthy of death.
