Hating Evil

Hating Evil

Hate is not an emotion that Yahuwah normally promotes – except when it comes to evil (any type). Yahuwah is the epitome of love. It constantly flows out of him and floods all that He created. Evil is premised first in hatred towards Yahuwah and secondly toward humans (and all of creation). Evil usually manifests itself when there is a total lack of “Good”. And the battle between good and evil has been going on for the last 6,000 years.

We all know how it began – in the Garden of Eden. Everything was going fine until HaSatan came on the scene. Then the “Evil One” convinced the first humans that it was Yahuwah who was the evil one and him the true Elohim. And man obeyed him, thus coronating him as the god that all humans where to obey and worship. And we have faithfully done his bidding. Yahuwah called a few great men to challenge HaSatan’s authority and most of them were murdered.

Previous to the flood, the evil that permeated the earth was so great that Yahuwah had to wipe out almost all life and start over. However, after the flood waters receded, evil was soon ‘rediscovered”. That evil was found in one of Noah’s sons, Ham, and spread around the globe and prospered via his family line. One amongst that family line was Nimrod. Nimrod was the founder of the Babylonian Mystery Religion, which honored a non-existent entity to worship in place of Yahuwah. That entity was known as Baal, but originally, he was called Bel of the Babylonians. His name came to have different add-ons referring to a certain characteristic or region of worship. One of those add-ons was Baal-gad. Gad is also written as “Gaud” in certain places alluding as to how it is to be pronounced. Eventually it was changed to “God” (in English).

The Name Yahuwah or Yahweh appeared over 7,000 times in the original Hebrew Scriptures. It was replaced with the title “the Lord”, using the excuse that Yahuwah’s name was too sacred to be pronounced. This completely negated the supremacy of Yahuwah and promoted the Evil One above and in place of Yahuwah. It also negated the command to proclaim his name to all the world. Even though the Jews contend that they are protecting the name, they are in truth placing it in the grave and promoting the rabbis in His place. And what do they call Him instead? The same names formerly used of Baal – the Lord Baal.

In the old days, a lot more importance was given to a name. A name actually meant something, like the name Yahushua means “Yahuwah is our salvation”. No one else is deserving of this name. The Messiah the Christian world worships, Jesus, is the Roman messiah. The data on him suggests that His name means “Double Zeus” or “in the image of Zeus”. He never existed in real life except in the vivid imaginations of men. No Israelite would have ever named their son such an abominable name. “Jesus” was a name that Emperor Constantine cooked up to champion the religion that he invented – Christianity, the clever counterfeit to the true faith.

Numbers 25:5 - So Moses said to Israel’s judges, “Each of you must put to death those of your people who have yoked themselves to the Baal of Peor.”

There were numerous different Baals. This particular one was supposedly to be found only in Peor. Other than his location, I can see no difference where he was worshipped. Moses was told by Yahuwah that all who worship Baal were to be put to death. Yet eventually all of northern Israel (and at times Judah also) fell back on their pre-exodus beliefs. (Keep in mind that this mystery religion is the base for all worldly religions).

The original Believers all worshipped the true Elohim of the Hebrews. They all followed Hebrew laws and customs. All Gentiles who came into the faith were also to followed the Hebrew laws and customs. However, as Christianity grew and outpaced the True Messianics, it became a Gentile religion and lost all of its Hebrew flavor. And since Constantine re-invented it from ancient Mithraism, the Gentile Christians loved it even more. They did not have to change a thing or identify with the hated Jews. At the root of their problem was the fact that they did not hate evil. They merely obeyed Yahuwah out of fear of punishment. And that has continued to be the case right up to the present time.

Jeramiah 32: 31 - For this city has aroused My wrath and fury from the day it was built until now. Therefore, I will remove it from My presence

32 - because of all the evil the children of Israel and of Judah have done to provoke Me to anger—they, their kings, their officials, their priests and prophets, the men of Judah, and the residents of Jerusalem.

33 - They have turned their backs to Me and not their faces. Though I taught them again and again they would not listen or respond to discipline.

34 - They have placed their abominations in the house that bears My Name, and so have defiled it.

35 - They have built the high places of Baal in the Valley of Hinnom to make their sons and daughters pass through the fire to Molech—something I never commanded them,

It certainly is difficult to believe that anyone could simply dismiss everything Yahuwah did for them and go whoring after Baal, but Judah was not long in following in their northern neighbors’ footsteps.

So strong was their hatred for Yahuwah that they did their best to “out-Baal” everyone else. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. Israel was intended to be the example of good in the world. Instead, they became an example of treachery and deceit. All the evil that befell the Israelites was of their own making and they have no one to blame but themselves – yet they always blamed Yahuwah anyway.

It is just like at modern-day funerals; there is always some fool bemoaning “If there is a god, why did he take (the person). Hello, everyone has to die sometime, and if the person was not personally devoted to Yahuwah, why would He intercede? I certainly wouldn’t. Why don’t they ask this question of the god they really worship, instead of blaming Yahuwah?

Some people hate everything and everyone. Why? Just because it makes them feel better about themselves. If they could only see themselves through Yahuwah’s eyes.

As far as the Gentiles go, it has been a constant historical reality of worshipping Baal. But occasionally, Judah attempted to revive the worship of Yahuwah.

2 Kings 11:18 - All the people of the land went to the temple of Baal and tore it down. They smashed the altars and idols to pieces and killed Mattan the priest of Baal in front of the altars. Then Jehoiada the priest posted guards at the temple of Yahuwah

.

But eventually the inhabitants of Judah got too carried away and Yahuwah was forced to carry them away, into captivity. Northern Israel never returned to the promised land, but Judah did. Again, they began with great energy and enthusiasm, and for a time Yahuwah blessed them. However, they again strayed and had to be shown the displeasure of Yahuwah, via various invasions and occupations.

Finally, Yahuwah sent His own Son, His only child, and they hated Yahuwah so much that they killed his Son. And to this day, they continue to mock Him. What a sad day it is going to be for them when before the Judgement Seat.

Matt. 27:24 - When Pilate saw that he was accomplishing nothing, but that instead a riot was breaking out, he took water and washed his hands before the crowd. “I am innocent of this man’s blood,” he said. “You bear the responsibility.”

25 - All the people answered, “His blood be on us and on our children!”

Wow! The Jews hated Yahuwah and His Son so much that they called a curse on themselves, which I believe they remain under to this day. And yet, all of the 12 tribes will be saved during the tribulation. That would include Judah. Does this mean that there is a remnant of Judah that have repented and turned to Yahushua? I would imagine so. Even in Yahushua’s day, not all the Jews demanded his death.

Today, the Gentile Christians look down on the Jews for rejecting and murdering the Messiah. However, are they any better? They rejected and murdered the Jewish Messiah by replacing Him with the Roman Messiah (Jesus). They rejected and murdered the Father also by replacing the Elohim of Israel with “the Lord” (who is Baal, the god of the Gentiles).

It would seem that man is disobedient by nature, but if that were true, he would have an excuse. Rather, it was by disobedience (via Adam and Eve) that he acquired this nature, which is not the nature of Yahuwah but of HaSatan. I truly do not believe that any other nation, tribe or people would have faired any better than the Israelites did. They all hate Yahuwah.

Yahuwah created us with free will, so that we would (hopefully) chose Him. But instead, we chose His Adversary. And we have paid a very dear price for that decision – 6,000 years of war, heartbreak and absolute misery. What fools we are!

To hate evil, one has to hate just about everything in and of this world. We didn’t like Yahuwah’s laws, so we made up our own. We don’t need to worry about dying, science has all the answers and will soon have us living for eternity (ya, right). In a short time, we’d all be looking more like robots than humans. And the only ones happy with this development will be HaSatan and his demons.

It is ridiculous to think that we are going to enjoy any of the blessing of Yahuwah, while worshipping His Adversary. And yet, around 2 billion Christians around the world think they are worshipping the “god” of Israel when they are really worshipping Baal. The name, Baal, of course in interchangeable with the name, HaSatan. Originally, he was addressed as “Lord Baal”, but to hide this truth, they changed it to “the Lord”.

Prov. 6:16 - There are six things that Yahuwah hates, seven that are detestable to Him:

17 - haughty eyes,

a lying tongue,

hands that shed innocent blood,

18 - a heart that devises wicked schemes,

feet that run swiftly to evil,

19 - a false witness who gives false testimony,

and one who stirs up discord among brothers.

I am sure we can think of a few other things to add to this list. However, this is a good place to start. We do not want to be one of the things Yahuwah hates to apply to us. That would never get us into the Kingdom. Yet HaSatan has so deceived everyone, they cannot recognize their own evil and think they are going to the kingdom regardless.

Rev. 20:5 - The rest of the dead did not come back to life until the thousand years were complete. This is the first resurrection.

6 - Blessed and holy are those who share in the first resurrection! The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of Elohim and of the Messiah and will reign with Him for a thousand years.

Of course, the opposite of hating evil is loving righteousness. There is nothing at all wrong with loving righteousness. In fact, Yahuwah encourages it. So far, man has been dealing with evil for 6,000 years and still hasn’t overcome it. In fact, it has only gotten much worse. And one would think that after 1,000 years of being ruled over directly by Yahushua, things will have changed. However, at that time, Satan and his demons will have been released once more to test mankind and (once again) man will fail the test. They will at that time surround Jerusalem and attempt to defeat Yahushua and the saints. They will fail.

Evil simply will not exist in Yahuwah’s Kingdom. In fact, Yahuwah cannot dwell with us until all evil is beaten and destroyed. Why? Because Yahuwah cannot exist in the same space as evil and sin without destroying everything in it. It is because of that fact that He must send the cleansing fire first, which will burn up anything (and anyone) that remains corruptible.

Rev. 20:7 - When the thousand years are complete, Satan will be released from his prison,

8 - and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to assemble them for battle. Their number is like the sand of the seashore.

9 - And they marched across the broad expanse of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. But fire came down from heaven and consumed them.

The use of the terms Gog and Magog here, I believe, probably represents an attitude rather than a nationality as it was the same people who surrounded Jerusalem the previous time.

HaSatan will once again we released to test mankind, and unfortunately there will be a very great multitude that falls for Satan’s lies once more. They, of course, fail the test and are destroyed by fire from heaven.

10 - And the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, into which the beast and the false prophet had already been thrown. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

Finally, the end of HaSatan’s rule. The Earth and the human race are returned to Yahuwah. All hatred will no longer exist. The Hippy dream of peace and love will be realized.

One might wonder (as I do) about the difference renderings of Satan’s demise. Here it says he will be tormented forever and ever. One would presume if he were to be tormented he must remain alive. Then when we compare this passage to what it says in Ezekiel 28, we see a totally different prediction.

18 - By the multitude of your iniquities

and the dishonesty of your trading

you have profaned your sanctuaries.

So I made fire come from within you,

and it consumed you.

I reduced you to ashes on the ground

in the eyes of all who saw you.

19 - All the nations who know you

are appalled over you.

You have come to a horrible end

and will be no more.’ ”

This passage seems to indicate that HaSatan will be brought to the state of death and will be no more forever – dead. I tend to believe this passage because I know that Yahuwah is a merciful Elohim and do not believe He would torment anyone for all eternity. Why would he do that when He could simply terminate Satan’s life and be done with him. After all, how are we supposed to forget the past (in the Kingdom) if we have this creature still hanging around?

And what a pity party we are going to have following this event. HaSatan, the being who could have had it all, but could not wait on Yahuwah to give it to him. Sounds just like mankind, doesn’t it?

There is only one last act left.

11 - Then I saw a great white throne and the One seated on it. Earth and heaven fled from His presence, and no place was found for them.

12 - And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne.

And there were open books, and one of them was the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their deeds, as recorded in the books.

13 - The sea gave up its dead, and Death and Hades gave up their dead, and each one was judged according to his deeds.

14 - Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death—the lake of fire.

15 - And if anyone was found whose name was not written in the Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

Verse 11 dispels the Trinity theory quite nicely. It pictures a great white throne with ONE being sitting on it, not three. No other thrones are in the picture. One is the Creator and everything else is part of the creation. And the creation is not and never will be greater than the Creator. But that fact does not stop man from trying.

How can we be sure if our names are written in the Book of Life? We can’t. We will not know until the day of judgement. Just picture it – hearing your name being called out which was written in the book at the very beginning of time. Yes, Yahuwah knew way back then that YOU were going to make the cut. How wonderful is that going to be?

Conclusion

Generally speaking, irrational hatred should be resisted at all times. However, hating evil and sin are allowed, as Yahuwah hates them too. One day hatred and sin will be eradicated, but until then it is a necessary evil. However, hating Yahuwah is not cool.

When we love Yahuwah, he loves us back. He is very hurt when we hate Him but holds out hope that we will change. We know that feeling when our kids get angry with us and utter the words, “I hate you” – it hurts. And he is delighted when we turn back to Him (as we are with our kids). We cannot truly know Yahuwah if we are wasting precious time hating Him. If we hate the Creator, we must hate the creation also, which may be the reason we are so busy trying to destroy it. The nuclear time clock is about to strike midnight and man is about to complete HaSatan’s work (almost).

I imagine when HaSatan is released from his prison he will employ the same tactics as previously, sowing deception and doubt. Slowly it builds and festers until it overflows, and that is when all h, e, double hockey sticks breaks loose.

Rev. 22:1 - Then the angel showed me a river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of Elohim and of the Lamb

2 - down the middle of the main street of the city. On either side of the river stood a tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit and yielding a fresh crop for each month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations.

3 - No longer will there be any curse. The throne of Elohim and of the Lamb will be within the city, and His servants will worship Him.

4 - They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads.

5 - There will be no more night in the city, and they will have no need for the light of a lamp or of the sun. For Yahuwah Elohim will shine on them, and they will reign forever and ever.

What is pictured here is what Yahuwah intended all along – if only man had not sinned. Yet in the 6,000 years man has been around, and attempting to do things his way, hating Yahuwah, hating his own purpose for living, he has not progressed any further than he did in the beginning. He is just as stubborn and stupid as he was back then.

The curse spoken about here is the curse of death. Death will no longer exist. We will live on for all eternity. And what will we do with all that time on our hands? We will do what we should have been doing in the first place – learn to become Elohim.

Yahuwah Bless
