Introduction

This is a follow up to the previous article “The Passover Blood Moon, 2015” and its connection to the Shemitah. This passage sets out the blessings for keeping the Shemitah and the cursings for not keeping it. Of particular interest is the number of times Yahuwah warns His people to return to Him, before He brings destruction (cursings) on His nation.

America is clearly a nation that has been blessed by Yahuwah. However, they have already begun to experience some of the cursings for turning their backs on Yahuwah. But it is not only America that has been blessed and are now receiving the curses. The same can be said of almost every nation on earth.

Some say that America’s cursings began when abortion in that nation was legalized. The critics claim that this practice is similar to the practice of child sacrifice in ancient times. With that criticism I totally agree. On top of that, we now have laws and a great deal of social pressure to recognize and embrace homosexuality. Next, it will be fashionable for our politicians to have young “boy-toys” accompanying them everywhere they go – just as in Roman times.

Again I am not only speaking of America, but all industrialized nations. All have jumped on the bandwagon of artificially inflated economies and uncommon greed; and are about to fall from glory.

There is a way to stop this coming, unprecedented fall. That is to repent and turn back to Yahuwah. But with the momentum the world has taken in turning their back toward Yahuwah that is likely never to happen (at least) until the boom fully falls.

So, let’s now delve into what these blessings and curses entail and how they are going to affect us.

The Blessings

Lev. 26:1 - You shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall you set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am Yahuwah your Elohim.

Since America seems to have been the recipient of the greatest blessings, I will pick primarily on her. However, other nations have their idols as well (many of which I admit I am ignorant).

In America there is the Statue of Liberty (originally a portrayal of Isis, the Obelisk outside the White House (symbol of the goddess of fertility), America’s Stonehenge (replacing the 10 commandments with the 7 Noahide laws), and the great stone owl worshiped by the world’s elite at Bohemian Grove, CA (symbol of Molech worship). Combined with abortion and homosexual freedom, they all constitute abominations and symbolize the turning of one’s back on Yahuwah.

America has already received warnings in the form of Harbingers from Yahuwah. A harbinger is a warning from Yahuwah. Ignoring them will not make them go away. Following the events of 9-11, the nation returned amass to the churches and synagogues of America, but it only lasted for about 3 weeks and then life returned to “normal” again.

The warnings were not taken seriously. Instead America’s political leaders vowed to rebuild; and rebuild stronger and bigger than before. These were the exact same boasts the leaders of Israel declared when the Harbingers were delivered to them. The consequences of their actions were that they were taken into captivity by Assyria and as of yet have not repented nor returned to their homeland.

Approximately 300 years later, the southern nation of Judea was to suffer the same fate; giving us two models, one of repentance and one of repentance. This was to demonstrate that Yahuwah’s blessing for obedience are just as sure as His cursings for disobedience.

Can a nation like the United States stave off such cursings? Only if they repent as a nation and turn back to Yahuwah! As Nineveh did! But the chances of that happening are slim to none. America has passed the point of no return.

2 - You shall keep my Sabbaths, and reverence my sanctuary: I am Yahuwah.

Yes America came into their blessings in a very mighty way – but it was not because of their works. America’s blessings were a direct result of Yahuwah’s promises to Jacob and the blessings bestowed on his son’s. Every son received the blessings promised them sometime around the 18^th and 19^th centuries. However, the greatest blessings went to Great Britain and America (Ephraim and Manasseh respectively).

America has been hailed as the one place on earth that tolerates religious freedom. However, that right brings with it its own cursings. The Pilgrims may have been the first religious group to establish colonies in America, but they were certainly not the only ones; and they certainly were not modeled after ancient Israel. They did not keep either the weekly Sabbath or the annual ones.

And, of course, following close on the heels of the Pilgrims were the Roman Catholics, Protestants, Presbyterians, etc. The RC’s are the Great Whore and all the rest are her harlot daughters. None ever kept the laws and statutes of Yahuwah. None are worthy of blessings. All have sold out to and are controlled by the state. Yet, they all believe that it was because of their works that they received the blessings.

However, the state and the RCC have a particularly close relationship – especially via their satellite organization, Freemasonry. In fact, I believe the RCC, through the Jesuit Order, had much to do with the American Revolution and the eventual formation of America. The reason being; because of the numerous Illuminati symbols, of the one-eyed pyramid, decorating many of the original doctrines; and the known Freemasons who are found amongst the founding fathers.

Following the expulsion of the Jesuits from Europe in the late 1700’S, they journeyed to Britain and America. They were seeking a nation to become their military champion. With already established nations, they had a problem forcing the governments of those nations to conform to the RCC’s wishes. With America; however, they had a brand new government, which they were largely a part of and that they could mold into a rightful champion of the Vatican.

And so America grew into the most blessed nation on Earth, not because they were ever obedient to Yahuwah, but because Yahuwah promised the tribe of Manasseh that they would become the greatest nation on earth. Yahuwah’s promises are as sure as man’s disobedient nature; and curses were sure to follow.

If America followed Israel in her blessings, she is sure to follow in her cursings as well. There is absolutely no scriptural evidence to suggest the contrary. The same goes for all the nations of the Earth, especially those descended from ancient Israel. They have all received their blessings. They are about to receive their cursings as well.

3 - If you walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them;

A reader asked me a short while ago what the difference was between a law and a statute. My answer was that the laws are considered the greater laws and the statutes were minor laws. A greater law would be the law against murder. A lesser law would be the one concerning making a vow. The greater often invokes a penalty of death. The lesser often does not.

This statement makes it abundantly clear that the blessings were contingent upon obedience to all of Yahuwah’s statutes and commandments. Therefore, the opposite is true of the cursings. Since neither America nor any of the other nations descended from Israel have qualified for the blessings, they automatically qualify for the cursings. It is now time for those cursings to be manifested.

4 - Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.

5 - And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach unto the sowing time: and you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

6 - And I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land.

7 - And you shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.

8 - And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword.

9 - For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you.

10 - And you shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.

11 - And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you.

12 - And I will walk among you, and will be your Elohim, and you shall be my people.

13 - I am Yahuwah your Elohim, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that you should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.

When ancient Israel obeyed Yahuwah, they enjoyed all of the above blessings. In America’s case, Yahuwah gave them an example of the blessings regardless of their obedience (or lack thereof) to encourage them to obey him. Instead, they have decreased steadily in their faith and never were considered obedient. Now the cursings are about to befall them and they are still totally clueless as to the cause of it all.

The abundance of the children of Israel is about to be taken away. The cursings for disobedience are about to come upon them. It will take either an economic, natural or military disaster to wipe away all the blessing they have enjoyed over the past several centuries.

The Cursings

14 - But if you will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;

15 - And if you shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that you will not do all my commandments, but that you break my covenant:

16 - I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

First Yahuwah gives the reasons for the cursings – disobedience, lawlessness and breaking the covenant. Then He goes into the kinds of cursings they can expect. Some of the wording may sound strange to us in modern times, so I will interpret them for you.

Consumption

noun

the act of consuming, as by use, decay, or destruction.

the amount consumed:

the high consumption of gasoline.

Economics. the using up of goods and services having an exchangeable value.

Pathology.

a. Older Use. tuberculosis of the lungs.

b. progressive wasting of the body.

Ague

noun

Pathology. a malarial fever characterized by regularly returning paroxysms, marked by successive cold, hot, and sweating fits.

a fit of fever or shivering or shaking chills, accompanied by malaise,pains in the bones and joints, etc.; chill.

In other words, Yahuwah will send different kinds of diseases and ailments to plague the people. Of course terror is the topic of the day in our time. Everyone is on the lookout for jihadists and suspicious of anyone of Asian origin and carrying any packages that might contain a bomb. In some cases we have almost as much fear of our own governments as the jihadists. Yahuwah does indeed work in mysterious ways. And, there is always the possibility that Yahuwah will employ a number of different plagues to send us at the same time.

17 - And I will set my face against you, and you shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and you shall flee when none pursue you.

How many of us have ever experienced true terror? I must admit that I never have. I have had a few automobile accidents where I thought I might die, but was spared. One truly was a miraculous escape from death. But I have never suffered the kind of fear that stems from a foreign invasion or where I feared someone was going to take my life. In fact, such a scenario has never crossed my mind.

I have had only one experience with depression – after I lost my home and all my belongings to a house fire and had to start all over again from scratch. However, I got over that quickly (without the use of drugs).

I believe the type of fear talked about here is the irrational type, where the source of the fear is less of a cause for real fear than the degree of fear experienced. It is like someone who is hearing voices and seeing hallucinations that are not real.

However, the fear can be real, also. When ISIS entered Iraq, most of the people and Iraqi troops simply dropped their weapons and ran, even though they outnumbered the enemy by thousands. This is the prime method of defence – to flee.

18 - And if you will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.

19 - And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass:

20 - And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits.

Such a condition is pretty much happening in California right now. They have been suffering through 4 years of drought and may even have to import water this year. Australia has suffered through a drought even longer. Yet, this has failed to ignite any spiritual revival and return to Yahuwah. What is next? If men, they will act like beasts.

21 - And if you walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.

22 - I will also send wild beasts among you, which shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your high ways shall be desolate.

The term “wild beasts” may refer to men or an invading foreign army. Or it might be actual beasts. Yahuwah uses both to bring about His punishment.

23 - And if you will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk contrary unto me;

24 - Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times for your sins.

25 - And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of my covenant: and when you are gathered together within your cities, I will send the pestilence among you; and you shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.

26 - And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and you shall eat, and not be satisfied.

This is definitely talking of a foreign invasion. Along with war comes starvation, pestilence and disease. In the end all the inhabitants will be carried off into slavery into a foreign land.

27 - And if you will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me;

28 - Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.

29 - And you shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall you eat.

30 - And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.

31 - And I will make your cities waste, and bring your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours.

32 - And I will bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.

33 - And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.

When Israel was under siege by Assyria, they did, indeed, eat their sons and daughters. Their land was totally laid waste, including their high places, their idols, cities and sanctuaries. They were removed from their land and scattered among the heathen. If anyone thinks that Yahuwah could not do such works again, even with a nation like the US or any of the other nations descended from Israel, they are sadly mistaken. Yahuwah is the same today, as he was yesterday and will be tomorrow. His power and greatness has not diminished at all. He has the power to destroy all life on earth today, just as he did in Noah’s time.

34 - Then shall the land enjoy her Sabbaths, as long as it lies desolate, and you be in your enemies’ land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her Sabbaths.

35 - As long as it lies desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your Sabbaths, when you dwelt upon it.

Everything in the universe operates under a set of rules or laws that were built into the creation. It was man’s job to have dominion over all the earth and everything in it. When man does not do his job, nature suffers. When nature suffers, Yahuwah must intervene to set everything back in order. Those that were responsible for the disruption must be removed for correction to be made.

Of course, this punishment was brought upon them for much more than not allowing the land to enjoy its Sabbath rest. Sin is like a seed, that once planted, has the potential of growing into a forest. One sin leads to another and so on and so on until all the laws of Yahuwah are tossed to the wayside and ignored altogether. Such is what is happening in all of the nations descended from Israel. They are repeating the very same mistake as their ancient counterparts.

Yahuwah kept His promise to all of these nations; and they have enjoyed enormous blessings and freedom. Yet, they have thrown Yahuwah’s promises back in his face and said, it is because of our strength that we have these things. For this act of defiance, they will suffer all the cursings mentioned above.

36 - And upon them that are left alive of you I will send faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursues.

37 - And they shall fall one upon another, as it were before a sword, when none pursues: and you shall have no power to stand before your enemies.

38 - And you shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.

We will become a people paralyzed by fear – afraid of our own shadow. We will weep and faint at the mere sound of a leaf falling. We will take the term, “paranoia” to a whole new level.

39 - And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.

40 - If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;

41 - And that I also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity:

All Yahuwah ever wanted in the first place was for our uncircumcised hearts to be humbled. We could have saved a lot of time and trouble if we had made this choice while in the blessings stage; but better late than never. Since we were not willing to humble our uncircumcised hearts then, we will in the future. Yahuwah will have His way, one way or another. Whether we want to do things the easy way or the hard way is entirely our choice.

42 - Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land.

43 - The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her Sabbaths, while she lies desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.

44 - And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for I am Yahuwah their Elohim.

45 - But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their Elohim: I am Yahuwah.

Even after all this Yahuwah does not forget his covenant that He made with Jacob, Isaac and Abraham. He keeps His end of that covenant no matter what. That way no one can claim that it was Yahuwah that broke the covenant. No one can claim that Yahuwah did not do everything possible to deliver on His promises. Even when all seems lost, the people of Yahuwah still have an opportunity for absolution and to return to their land.

The people of Judah did repent while in captivity and Yahuwah honoured His promises by bringing them back into the land. But, within several generations they were back on the same erroneous path again. By the time Yahushua come on the scene, the priesthood and the Temple had once more been defiled. Again the people were cast out of their homeland and scattered amongst the heathen. This time their exile would last almost 2,000 years. Finally, in 1948 their returned to their homeland, but not without some difficulties.

Even after 2,000 years, Yahuwah was not lax in His promises. He remembered His people, even if they still rejected Him. They have yet another chance to make good. So far, this has not happened.

Soon the nation of Israel will be visited by two end time witnesses as a final warning. They will be ignored and hated and will be killed after 3 ½ years. Their bodies will lie in the street for 3 days and three nights and will be resurrected at the end of the 3^rd day. This is basically a repeat (and a reminder) of what they did to Yahushua when He came amongst them. Once again, the citizens of Jerusalem will be forced to flee and the Temple will be destroyed. (Of course, the Temple must be rebuilt first). While in exile, the people of Yahuwah will have one last chance to repent before the Messiah returns to rule the Earth.

One would think that after all of this man would have finally learned his lesson, but not so. At the end of the millennial rule of Yahushua, Satan will once again be released and allowed to tempt mankind. The result will be exactly the same. The vast majority of the people will rebel against Yahuwah and be destroyed. The nature of man is definitely a difficult thing to kill.

Conclusion

Yahuwah’s promises in regards to blessings for obedience are as sure as His cursings for disobedience. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. This fact was built into the creation and cannot be changed in any way, despite man’s efforts to change it. There is absolutely no way around them. But man, in his arrogance, believes himself to be god, and feels he can change the world by his own power.

Man is soon to be humbled like no other generation that has ever walked the earth. He is about to learn the hard way that Yahuwah has the absolute power and that we are like mere ants in this universe – insignificant and useless without the power of Yahuwah on our side.

Yahuwah’s will, will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Yahuwah reigns supreme and mankind exists only because He wills them to. When mankind realizes this fact and humbles himself before the real Master of this universe, only then will he have a chance of reaching his true potential.

Until then he will continue to try to swim against the current and resist the Creators will. Until then He will suffer the cursings that stem from disobedience and turn his back on the blessings that he could be enjoying instead. He will continue to beat his head against the wall and bemoan all his bad luck, when all the while he could be enjoying all of the blessings of Yahuwah.

He will, of course, blame and curse Yahuwah – for that is the contrary way of mankind; but the answer and the release from the cursings lies entirely in mans hands. He needs only to do one simple thing to gain the blessings – obey Yahuwah. But that simple truth has evaded mankind since the Garden of Eden and there is no sign of change coming on the horizon apart from Yahuwah’s intervention.

This has been no easy course for Man; but neither has it been easy for Yahuwah. Like any caring parent, He wishes only the best for His creation (children). It breaks His heart when His children disobey and go in a way that is harmful to them. We feel the same way when our children turn into criminals or drug addicts. Just as they throw away the precious gift given them, so do we throw away the precious gift given us when we disobey Yahuwah and deny His Way.

For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Obedience = blessings! Disobedience = cursings. These are the only two, black and white reactions to our acts. There are no grey areas. There is no compromising.

The blessings have been spelt out for us, as have the cursings. We are without excuse – save for pure stupidity. When we will learn is anyone’s guess.

Meanwhile, there is something we can do individually. That, of course, is to obey Yahuwah in all His commandments and strive to change our nature so we are naturally obedient.

We can do nothing about what is to befall our nation. Like in ancient days, we will be made to suffer right along with the guilty; but our lives might still be spared. Yet, I do not want to make it sounds like all will survive. There will be martyrs – plenty of them. We must not look to survival as a sign that we are approved of by Yahuwah. Martyrdom is the final and absolute test of our faith and belief. Those who pass this test will have a very special and honoured place in the coming kingdom. Like I have mentioned before, the place of safety for many will be on the other side of the grass. Once in the throes of death nothing in this world can ever hurt us again.

Blessings or cursings, the choice is ours. What choice are we going to make?
