Obedience and Faith

Obedience and Faith

Few in the mainstream Christian churches seem to understand the connection between obedience and faith. The reality is that the two are joined together like Siamese twins and cannot nor must not be separated. These two ingredients are both essential to salvation.

Faith and belief is the same thing. If one has faith in Yahushua, should it not be natural to attempt to take on his characteristics and mimic his behavior? Does faith in and the following of the Messiah not preclude that this is one’s duty?

Our main duty is to become of one mind with the Messiah and thereby with the Father, also. This is what the Messiah, Yahushua, prayed for before his death, in John 17. He repeats it over and over again for emphasis, denoting that this single goal is of monumental importance. Many might feel that such a goal is impossible to attain. However, it is essential that we are at least striving to attain it, nevertheless. We attain this by getting into the minds of both Yahuwah and Yahushua and making their thoughts our thoughts through the study of His word.

This leads to making His nature our nature. His nature comprises rules (laws) of conduct that must never be crossed. Therefore, ones nature must incorporate the laws of Yahuwah as His own nature does and be totally incorruptible before entering the Kingdom. There must be no chance that the person might again become corruptible.

This leads us to the obedience aspect. Obedience to the law teaches us the nature of Yahuwah. We obey until it becomes our nature to do so, where even a fleeting thought of sin will not be tolerated. Sin includes a wide variety of topics from gossip to murder. We must be found striving to eliminate all of these sins out of our lives. We do that by practicing obedience.

I believe that the priestly laws and those pertaining to the temple have been temporarily suspended; however, they are prophesied to return under Yahushua during his millennial rule. They will continue up until the final rebellion when HaSatan is released to once again deceive the masses at the end of the millennial rule of Yahushua. After that the earth will be cleansed. All that is corruptible will have been destroyed. Only incorruption will remain. The only way we will be deemed incorruptible and not be destroyed is to have written the laws of Yahuwah on our minds and hearts to the degree that they become part of our very nature.

The following pictures the day when the Father will come down to dwell with His children at the end of the millennial rule of Yahushua.

Rev. 21:22 - And I saw no temple therein: for Yahuwah Elohim Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

23 - And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of Elohim did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.

The new creation will be one of perfection and the only ones who will see this vision come to life will be those who have been earnestly striving to attain perfection.

All seven letters to the seven churches (Rev. 2&3) stressed overcoming as the key to salvation and warned that if the Believer turned one way or another away from the path, they would suffer the fate of the wicked. Therefore, one is not “once saved, always saved", as the Christian authorities teach; but salvation is a process that begins at baptism and ends at the time of death. At the end of our lives it will be determined to what degree we overcame and if we were striving with all our being to overcome.

I believe that The Book of Malachi provides valuable insight into what I am talking about. I have reproduced the entire book here, but it is a short one. I will inject my comments as we go along.

Malachi 1

1 - The burden of the word of Yahuwah to Israel by Malachi.

2 - I have loved you, saith Yahuwah. Yet ye say, Wherein hast thou loved us? Was not Esau Jacob’s brother? saith Yahuwah: yet I loved Jacob,

3 - And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

4 - Whereas Edom saith, We are impoverished, but we will return and build the desolate places; thus saith Yahuwah of hosts, They shall build, but I will throw down; and they shall call them, The border of wickedness, and, The people against whom Yahuwah hath indignation forever.

5 - And your eyes shall see, and ye shall say, Yahuwah will be magnified from the border of Israel.

The people truly believed that they were “right with Elohim”. They simply could not comprehend what they were doing wrong. Sounds a lot like Christians today. They just don't get what they are doing wrong. Are they not doing all that their lying ministers tell them to?

6 - A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith Yahuwah of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?

The way of man is to worship what his 5 senses tell him is real. It is very difficult for him to worship what he cannot see, touch or hear. He will worship the creation rather than the Creator. He will deify important characters that have come along, before worshiping Yahuwah. He will idolize the rich, powerful and famous before worshiping Yahuwah. He will worship almost anything in place of Yahuwah. This does not show honour to Yahuwah or His name. It does show a lack of fear of Yahuwah; a fear of losing out on salvation and a lack of fear of falling short of the glory awaiting us.

7 - Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of Yahuwah is contemptible.

8 - And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith Yahuwah of hosts.

Polluted bread is symbolic of a polluted spirit. Neither one is acceptable before Yahuwah. If we come before him with a polluted spirit, unwilling to purify ourselves, we stand in the very same shoes as these individuals Malachi is addressing here. These animal sacrifices are symbolic of us. They died in our stead until Yahushua came along and became the ultimate perfect sacrifice for us all.

It is our nature to demote Yahuwah to a human level; as a competitor that we must overcome. Instead, we should be consumed with giving ourselves over to Him to attain His nature and become one with Him. We still believe HaSatan’s lie that we are already elohim and that the instant we die we become immortalized without ever giving ourselves over to the One who created us.

9 - And now, I pray you, beseech Elohim that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith Yahuwah of hosts.

10 - Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith Yahuwah of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.

Our offering is our souls. In past times we gave our soul over to HaSatan freely. Then Yahuwah opened our eyes and healed our blindness. What then? Is it ok to profess our devotion to him while practicing wickedness? Will he accept our offering (our souls) without us even attempting to overcome the lawlessness of our past? Not according to what is written here!

11 - For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith Yahuwah of hosts.

12 - But ye have profaned it, in that ye say, The table of Yahuwah is polluted; and the fruit thereof, even his meat, is contemptible.

13 - Ye said also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith Yahuwah of hosts; and ye brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye brought an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith Yahuwah.

14 - But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto the Lord a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith Yahuwah of hosts, and my name is dreadful among the heathen.

The Gentiles will eventually be brought to the truth and Yahuwah’s name will be glorified throughout the earth; but that time is a way off at this moment. Nothing contemptible will be accepted and nothing corruptible tolerated. We are expected to take on the perfection that was Yahushua.

Hebrews 1:9 - Thou hast loved righteousness (lawfulness), and hated iniquity (unlawfulness); therefore Elohim, even thy Elohim, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows (others of the creation - angels).

Yahushua did not come to earth born of a woman to run around willy nilly, doing as he pleased. He came to do the will of his Father. He acted out of obedience to The Father’s every word and set the example we are all to follow. His was an example of strict obedience to every word and the law of Yahuwah. Such must be our example also. This is how we demonstrate our faith.

Malachi 2

1 - And now, O ye priests, this commandment is for you.

2 - If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith Yahuwah of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.

3 - Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.

4 - And ye shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith Yahuwah of hosts.

5 - My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name.

6 - The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.

7 - For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, and they should seek the law at his mouth: for he is the messenger of Yahuwah of hosts.

We are all to practicing for our future roles in the Kingdom as kings and priests at this very moment. No king comes to power without much advance training. That is the purpose of this physical life; to train us for our future advancement (rebirth) into the new creation. We must be busy filling ourselves with the knowledge and wisdom of Yahuwah. That only comes by becoming one with Yahuwah and Yahushua in mind and spirit. True wisdom is the gift of Elohim to those who ask it (Job 28:12). The fear of Yahuwah is the beginning of wisdom (PS. 111:10; Prov. 1:7 & 9:10). When we fear someone, we usually do what they tell us to do out of fear of punishment. If we do not fear that person, we rebel against that person and do as we please. It is much the same situation between mankind and Yahuwah. Man does not fear Yahuwah; therefore, he rebels against Him and does what he pleases.

Fear of Yahuwah brings us into obedience to him. We begin to obey His laws and He pours out His blessing upon us. These might not be physical blessings of gold and silver but spiritual blessing like the wisdom and knowledge of Yahuwah. What greater riches are there?

Obedience to the word/laws of Yahuwah demonstrates that we fear Him. When we demonstrate such fear, He opens our minds to His wisdom, His thoughts and His knowledge. We know that while the world is able to take away our carnal lives, they can do nothing to take away our spiritual future unless we allow them to. To overcome the world, we must be ready to hold onto our faith unto death. To be fully armed, we must be fully invested with the wisdom and knowledge of Yahuwah.

8 - But ye are departed out of the way; ye have caused many to stumble at the law; ye have corrupted the covenant of Levi, saith Yahuwah of hosts.

All these attributes of the corrupted Levitical priesthood can also be attached to the leaders of mainstream Christianity. They teach the people a different way, apart from the Way of Yahuwah, teach that the law is done away with and against the laws of the temple. These do not fear Yahuwah. They are in a state of rebellion against the Most High. They are an unbearable stench before Yahuwah, like the smell of rotting flesh. They are already dead.

9 - Therefore have I also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as ye have not kept my ways, but have been partial in the law.

We become contemptible when we abandon the Way of Yahuwah to pursue any other way that we find more pleasing. This is not about pleasing ourselves – it is about pleasing Yahuwah. These priests did not walk in the Way and kept only the laws that they wanted to. Yahuwah was not pleased with them, nor is He please with Christianity. Liberty from Yahuwah is consenting to death.

10 - Have we not all one father? hath not one Elohim created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

11 - Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of Yahuwah which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange god.

12 - Yahuwah will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto Yahuwah of hosts.

13 - And this have ye done again, covering the altar of Yahuwah with tears, with weeping, and with crying out, insomuch that he regardeth not the offering any more, or receiveth it with good will at your hand.

The abandonment of the Way is treachery against Yahuwah. The covenant is the Way of Yahuwah and is contingent upon obedience to His voice – not the voices of men. Malachi points out their sins profaning the name of Yahuwah and intermarriage with their pagan neighbours. We profane Yahuwah when we profess his name with our lips but run after other ways with everything that we do. We intermarry when we bring foreign practices and customs into the mix.

WE ARE THE OFFERING! We are not to offer anything that is blemished or defective. We must offer the absolute best that we can be – just like the ancient Israelites had to offer the best from their herds. Otherwise Yahuwah will not regard our offering or receive it from our hand.

14 - Yet ye say, Wherefore? Because Yahuwah hath been witness between thee and the wife of thy youth, against whom thou hast dealt treacherously: yet is she thy companion, and the wife of thy covenant.

The wife of our youth is the covenant that was delivered to us of Yahuwah. We have all, at some point in our lives, dealt treacherously against the covenant. Fortunately most reading this have been called out of this treachery. We have realized our treachery and are striving to bring ourselves back into the covenant and under obedience to Yahuwah. We have the fear of Yahuwah.

Yet, these Jews made a great pretense of being obedient to Yahuwah while, at the same time, pursuing other gods. Christians claim to follow the word of Yahuwah but do not consider the law (or parts of it) part of that word. They have done the same thing as the evil priesthood Malachi is discussing. They have picked and chose which laws they will obey and which they will not.

15 - And did not he make one? Yet had he the residue of the spirit. And wherefore one? That he might seek a godly seed. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let none deal treacherously against the wife of his youth.

Yahuwah made only one covenant with man. We are still under that covenant. The purpose of that one covenant was to produce godly (righteous) seed. The end time harvest is nigh at hand and only the best of sacrifices will be acceptable to Yahuwah. Let us all present ourselves for offerings worthy of salvation.

16 - For Yahuwah, the Elohim of Israel, saith that he hateth putting away: for one covereth violence with his garment, saith Yahuwah of hosts: therefore take heed to your spirit, that ye deal not treacherously.

17 - Ye have wearied Yahuwah with your words. Yet ye say, Wherein have we wearied him? When ye say, Every one that doeth evil is good in the sight of Yahuwah, and he delighteth in them; or, Where is the Elohim of judgment?

Sometimes we become weary when dealing with our children. We try to teach the way that they must follow if they desire a happy and fruitful life. Peer pressure often seems to override the teachings of parents. This is the same as going whoring after other gods. Many parents grow weary and give up, leaving their children to find out for themselves the hard way. When we abandon the teachings and wisdom of Yahuwah we seek death. The Way of Yahuwah is the way of life.

We often grow weary of waiting on Yahuwah to fulfill His promises and bring His Kingdom to fruition. The ways of this world have sucked us back into its clenches and swallowed us up. Our faith is watered down. Our fear is diminished.

Malachi 3

1 - Behold, I will send my messenger, and he shall prepare the way before me: and Yahuwah, whom ye seek, shall suddenly come to his temple, even the messenger of the covenant, whom ye delight in: behold, he shall come, saith Yahuwah of hosts.

2 - But who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner’s fire, and like fullers’ soap:

3 - And he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto Yahuwah an offering in righteousness.

Yahushua did come and will come again. He came the first time to prepare us for the Kingdom. He came to show us the Way. He came to redeem us back to the Father. He came to pay the penalty of our sins and “marry” a new bride, using the same covenant. When we remarry in the physical sense, the contract does not change, only the players. It is the same way with Yahuwah. He remarried a people who would bring themselves under His covenant and be faithful and obedient to Him. If we deviate from the contract, we will find ourselves in the same boat as the corrupt priesthood that Malachi is addressing.

When Yahuwah comes again, he will be coming to harvest the best of the crop. These will be they who were obedient and faithful unto death. That is, we never grew weary of waiting on Yahuwah and served him our entire lives (from the point of conversion). We must die with His name on our lips and His Way in our hearts.

4 - Then shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto Yahuwah, as in the days of old, and as in former years.

5 - And I will come near to you to judgment; and I will be a swift witness against the sorcerers, and against the adulterers, and against false swearers, and against those that oppress the hireling in his wages, the widow, and the fatherless, and that turn aside the stranger from his right, and fear not me, saith Yahuwah of hosts.

6 - For I am Yahuwah, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

We must return to the faith first delivered to us – that first love that turned us away from the evil we were doing and turned our hearts toward Yahuwah. Too many people are getting too entwined in petty doctrinal disputes and are missing the big picture. Just because we realize the truth about one small part of the faith does not mean we are totally cleansed. We must keep on looking into ALL the ways in which we are yet deceived, and never take our focus off the grand purpose for our existence. We must never grow weary of waiting on Yahuwah to fulfill His promises. We must never become complacent, thinking we “have it made in the shade” and can relax and simply wait on Yahuwah to do all the work.

Yahuwah desires that we return to the days of old, when Israel served Yahuwah with all sincerity and truth and enjoyed the bountiful benefits of such servitude. Yahuwah does not change – neither does His edicts. Like with any Earthly king, once He gives a commandment, that order stands for as long as the king lives. Since Yahuwah lives eternally, His commandments never change. The only time that they will is when the physical creation is replaced by the new creation and the law is no longer necessary because it will be so ingrained in the nature of those who make it, that the thought to sin will never enter their mind. All will be of one mind and heart as the Father. Nothing that remains corruptible will have a place in the new creation.

7 - Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith Yahuwah of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?

8 - Will a man rob Elohim? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.

9 - Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

10 - Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith Yahuwah of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

11 - And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith Yahuwah of hosts. 12 - And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith Yahuwah of hosts.

Today, we have no visible Temple or priesthood. The Levitical priesthood has been replaced with the eternal priesthood, fashioned after the Order of Melchizedek. Where do we bring our tithes and offerings?

The spiritual intent of these passages is that our offering is our lives and our tithes are our souls. We are to give over our lives totally to Yahuwah and do what He desires of us to do.

Following the breakup of my former church (the Worldwide Church of God) there were many ministries that started up, with each demanding tithes from their membership. What they were doing was a fraud and totally against the Law of Yahuwah. The commandment plainly stated that these tithes were to be paid to the Levitical priesthood – and no one else. All others who claim the right to receive tithes are liars and frauds.

We are now under the Order of Melchizedek through HaMashiyack. There is no temple. There is no Levitical priesthood. There is only one who is legally worthy of receiving tithes and that is Yahushua. He does not need physical tithes. He desires spiritual tithes only. The sole purpose of our spiritual tithes is to feed the rest of the world the spiritual manna of Yahuwah. In return, Yahuwah will take care of all our immediate needs.

13 - Your words have been stout against me, saith Yahuwah. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee?

14 - Ye have said, It is vain to serve Elohim: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before Yahuwah of hosts?

15 - And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt Elohim are even delivered.

Such is a huge problem amongst the corporate churches. The leaders of such churches do not want you reading and interpreting scriptures for yourself. They want you to believe their interpretations exclusively. The Jews have done the same thing with their Talmud. This practice is the equivalent of obeying a man before Yahuwah. Yahushua opened the door of accessibility to the Father when he successfully completed his mission here on Earth. We have no need of any other man to interpret Scripture for us. We can go straight to the Father (through His written word) and hear what He has to say to us (through our consciences). We need to clear our minds of all the disinformation we have learned from the corporate churches and develop a one-on-one relationship with the Father, allowing Him to instruct us personally. Before studying, ask Yahuwah to open our minds to all truth and reveal to us what our personal spiritual gift is and how he desires us to use it in His service.

What ancient Israel did was give lip service only to Yahuwah and then turn to their pagan neighbours and borrow their doctrines and customs. They do the same thing within corporate churches. They follow a set pattern invented by men and hope to attain salvation through them rather than Yahushua.

We must look to Yahushua alone to guide us through the salvation process. He is the only one who has worked through the salvation process and fully attained the purpose for which he was created. His was the only example by which we may attain salvation. His example modeled a life of total belief in and obedience to the Creator, his Father. Our lives must mimic his, if we are to see salvation.

16 - Then they that feared Yahuwah spake often one to another: and Yahuwah hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared Yahuwah, and that thought upon his name.

17 - And they shall be mine, saith Yahuwah of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him.

18 - Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth Elohim and him that serveth him not.

Once again, the fear of Yahuwah is the beginning of wisdom. Out of fear, we bring ourselves under His rule, as our only King, and unto obedience to His every word (including His laws). He will then honour us by writing our names in the book of remembrance (life). He will recognize us as His. He will spare us from eternal death and grant us full citizenship in the world to come. Then we will realize the completion of the creation process that we were born into. Rather than serve some form of corporate church or any man, we must serve Yahuwah and Him alone.

Malachi 4

1 - For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith Yahuwah of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

Malachi is talking of the purifying spiritual fire that is to come at the end of the millennial rule of Yahushua. This is not a physical fire like we are familiar with. This is “righteous fire” and it will burn up all that is unrighteous – everything that is corruptible. There is only one way to escape this fire – make sure you are found to be righteous and incorruptible.

This is what the Christian faith is missing. They feel that as long as they profess their belief in “Christ” they need do no more and that they will be automatically promoted to eternal life in heaven the instant they die. Well, I have news for them; faith without works is dead and so are they if they don’t realize the truth.

Of all the various religions on the earth, none seem to take their faith less seriously than mainstream Christianity. That is because the founder of that faith, Emperor Constantine, was intending to water down the faith and merge it with his preference – Mithraism. They did away with the laws of Elohim and adopted the laws of Constantine (Mithraism). Therefore, in reality, they worship Constantine and Mithras in place of Yahuwah. Yet they think they are worshiping Yahuwah and Yahushua. They have separated obedience from faith and are trying to make a go of it on faith alone. There is ample evidence in the Scriptures that this simply does not work.

Yahushua foretold that there would be a great falling away from the faith. This is exactly what he meant. This is about as great a falling away that anyone could imagine. Yet die-hard Christians wholeheartedly believe what other men have told them instead of going straight to the Scriptures, to the “horse’s mouth”, and finding out for themselves.

No man has all the truth – even me. So I am telling you to forget what any other man has told you about what the Scriptures say and study the Word of Yahuwah for yourselves. First pray for Yahuwah to open your mind to all truth. Then set back and allow Him to do just that. Don’t argue or refer back to the writings of men to see if Yahuwah is telling you the truth. Be assured; He is. Since no man has all truth, all men are liars – even me. I only know what I know; I don’t know what I don’t know. I can only tell you as much of the truth that I do know and even then I have no way of knowing if I still have it right until I verify it numerous times. It all takes time and a lot of hard searching. Only One is true. Therefore, we have only one source from which to discover all truth. Looking anywhere else is a total waste of time.

If we do not get this right, we will end up fuel for this refining fire.

2 - But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.

3 - And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith Yahuwah of hosts.

The phrase that I emphasized in verse 2 may be a translator’s attempt to inject his own understanding here, as the phrase is referring to the Son, not the sun. If simply a comparison, why is the word sun capitalized? I would have to check the Hebrew to be sure, which I do not have at my disposal. However, in doing this, the translator has revealed the true nature of Christianity – sun worship.

There are many such injections in the Christian translations – more so in the New Testament. Having one’s eyes opened to the truth makes them easier to pick out.

That aside, this verse is clearly saying that only those who fear the name of Yahuwah will receive healing (the receipt of Yahuwah’s spirit), go forth and grow in spirit into the image of Yahushua and teach others the Way of Yahuwah.

4 - Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

“Remember the Law of Moses”. That says it all for those who claim the law is done away. Remember the Law of Moses with the statutes and judgments. That is how we are going to be judged. If you ask any Christian if they believe in a future judgment they will say yes; but if there is no law, there is no measure by which to be judged. Do they even listen to themselves when they speak? They make no sense.

They have it all backwards. They believe that they gain eternal life the moment they die. Then they are resurrected some time later on and stand in the judgment. Well, my question is, “Why would Yahuwah first reward you with eternal life, then resurrect you to judgment? Doesn't it make more sense to be resurrected to judgment first and then receive the reward of righteousness?

These laws were intended for all of Israel. Who was it Yahushua told his disciples to take the gospel to – the Lost Sheep of Israel. By the time of this writing, the lost sheep (Descendants of Northern Israel) were well scattered amongst the Gentiles. Therefore, a provision was made for the Gentiles as well (those who sought out Yahuwah). We have no way of knowing, saving getting a DNA test, if we are descended from Israel. It was prophesied that they would be numerous as grains of sand of the sea. Therefore, it is quite possible that most of the Gentile world has a genetic link to Israel. Therefore, the Law of Moses still applies to them.

5 - Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of Yahuwah:

6 - And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse.

Just as John the Baptist was a type of Elijah preceding the first coming of the Messiah, another will come before the second coming. He may be one of the two end time witnesses or separate. Yahuwah always announces His intentions beforehand.

Conclusion

Yahuwah does not change. Yahuwah does not make mistakes. He knows the end from the beginning. Everything He does has a purpose. Every royal command given has been well thought out and needs no repealing.

The Christian counterfeit religion has thrown out the word of Yahuwah and via their own interpretations have come up with an entirely different gospel, which Yahushua warned us about. The Great Falling Away began with the formation of the Christian church as the official state religion of Rome – the Great Whore riding the Beast. The Reformists certainly broke some of the power of Rome, but did little to reconcile themselves to Yahuwah. They were never a part of the true body of Yahushua in the first place. They are; therefore, merely a counterfeit that separated from a counterfeit - a counterfeit OF a counterfeit.. Therefore, mainstream Christianity stands totally separate from the true body of Messiah.

For 300 years the early Believers followed the laws, customs and traditions of the Hebrew faith. Then along came Emperor Constantine with his solution to the problem of numerous different religions within his realm. That solution was to combine them all together with some flavoring from each – including the Hebrew. It is a fraud – a forgery.

By obeying the commandments of Emperor Constantine (not to Judaise or keep the Sabbath) over those of Yahuwah, the people chose Constantine as their god, in place of Yahuwah. The practice of Emperor Worship has continued right along to this very day. The present day Roman Emperor is Adolfo Nicolas, the Jesuit Superior General (also known as the Black Pope). He is in charge of the military/political wing of the Vatican. The White Pope represents the Great Whore riding the back of the Beast. All the other Christian denominations that came out of her (directly or indirectly) are her harlot daughters.

The master deceiver has indeed deceived the entire world. Black is white and white is black. Dedicated truth seekers are striving tirelessly to uncover all truth while the rest of the world buries its head in the sand. We are such easy marks for the deceiver.

In many cases, when someone realizes they have been deceived, they don’t know where to start searching for the truth. In this case it is easy. The Scriptures are the source for all truth. If read with a genuine longing for truth and humility, Yahuwah will reveal what you are looking for.

Another obstacle to truth is the human trait of taking one verse out of context and running with it. All truth must be harmonized throughout the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, for them to be legitimized. Any verse that does not harmonize has either been altered or misinterpreted. One can study various topics by choosing key words to search out via a good concordance and studying each verse for harmonization.

One of the biggest points of confusion comes from the writings of Shaul (Paul). People have indeed twisted his words to their own understanding and champion him as the deliverer of religious “freedom” (freedom from the law). However, if so, his words would be grossly at odds with the Master’s own words (Matt. 5:17). If Shaul’s words were different from the Messiah’s, it would make him an anti-Christ; and the Christian religion has definitely made an anti-Christ out of their “Jesus”.

In Shaul’s own defense before the Roman and Jewish authorities, Paul declared that he had done nothing against the laws of the Jews, the Temple or Rome. In making this declaration he was challenging the Jewish authorities to prove that he had done anything contrary to their laws and traditions or taught other men to do so; but they could not prove anything. No proof equals no crime. Shaul neither broke the law himself nor taught others to do so. Therefore, his writings have to be read and interpreted under a different light – the truth. It is only then that his writings make sense and harmonize with the rest of Scripture.

Faith without works is dead. Works equals obedience. Therefore faith without the works of obedience is dead. The Christian faith has been sold a bill of goods. They are promoters of a false gospel. They are not to be believed or followed. They are “dead men walking”. The only reward awaiting them is death.

It is not to be so among us, brethren. We are to seek out truth from the only true source of truth, the Scriptures, and teach the truth alone. We teach best by example. Therefore our example must reflect the Word of Yahuwah at all times. Our lives must be a reflection of the life of Yahushua, obedient to the Father at all times. It was by obedience that Yahushua was promoted above his fellows and became the firstborn of the new creation. If we wish to follow in his footsteps into the Kingdom, we must become obedient unto every word that proceeds from the mouth of Yahuwah. If we do not, we are merely urinating in the wind. Our hopes are false and so is the reward.

Only the righteous and incorruptible will inherit eternal life. Both need a measuring stick to determine eligibility. That measuring stick is the Law of Yahuwah. Without it there can be no judgment and no progression into the new creation. Corruption cannot inherit incorruption (which is the state of the new creation); it is as simple as that.

So, brothers and sisters, let us strive with all earnestness to become incorruptible and righteous by taking up the mantle of HaMashiyack and charging into the battle with the armour of truth and righteousness and reveal the glory of Yahuwah to the entire world and glorify Yahuwah’s righteous name.

Yahuwah Bless
