Monday, September 7, 2020: Crafting Stations

Before I went to sleep last night, I decided to play a little Animal Crossing - so easy to just on my Switch in bed! Avery's line here was spoken just like a true college student. :P

Seeing my crafting table outside my house I never use, I decided to dot some around the island, so anyone could use them if they need. I thought putting one by the "I" (for Iyerland!) would be a good idea for those entering the island.

I had a smaller crafting table that looked more like a furniture item than just a tree stump in my pocket I was using like a Minecraft crafting table. I wanted to put it in this spot but the larger stumps didn't fit, so at least for now I'm going to keep it here.

I continued playing early this morning for a little while. Label was visiting, asking for a fairy tale look, so that became today's outfit I guess!

I put on the sunglasses she gave me to really put the whole outfit together. Lol - butterfly included!

I think Fauna has redecorated since whenever I last visited her home! She was continuing the trend of weight training too.

Merengue was asking for a new catchphrase. This is something I did when I was recently replaying New Leaf and Wild World, where I would make it something like "relax" I did here, so I'd remember to take some time to relax in my real life.

Lyman was of course getting his morning jog in by the beach.

I keep forgetting to shake trees to try and collect acorns and pine cones, so I did some of that as well. I got rid of some of my more summery items in my backyard, and I'm hoping to replace it with some of this stuff once I can make it. I guess this is similar to seeing autumn/Halloween decorations outside people's homes in these two months.

I got a recipe for an orange rug, which I made and put in my home for now. I have memories seeing Tangy's home in the original Animal Crossing with all of her citrus furniture and look, so I might consider remaking something like that with all the fruit furniture that's here. I will get to work on my house eventually!

Randomly in the recycling, I found a golden casket (and shot down a piece of gold later!), which I thought would fit in next to the museum.

Merengue was impressed by my royal shirt, which I guess I've been deemed worthy of by Label, and Fauna asked me about Phil's home - he just moved in! I guess they must be fast friends.

I ended my early-morning session fishing in that "I" pond.
