Friday, December 20, 2013: Traveling to Termina

Post date: Dec 20, 2013 8:49:25 PM

Beardo was being very vague about what he wanted. What kind of furniture?

Brewster suggested I work part-time at his café after I got my cup of coffee. Sure, why not? I'll have to try this out tomorrow.

In my game of Bingo, I now have two rows with four spots filled.

And I built the Snowmam, who wants me to bring her five snowflakes. Well, I caught three today from the snowfall, so I'll have to see if I can catch any more before she melts.

The bulletin board said tomorrow was the winter solstice - the longest night in Liontown! The Nooklings were busy expanding their shop, but at the club I got a new emotion (I forgot what it's called)... but it makes me twirl around and do a cool pose!

After all of that 'daily' stuff in town, I decided to head to the Dream Suite and explore two towns I found online. The first one was called Termina, and it was based on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time! (NOT Majora's Mask.) I really felt that, while exploring this town, it was really well done. I first got to dress up as Link, of course. Their town tree is HUGE!

The first human character house I came across was Saria's. It was very reminiscent of the Forest Temple from that game.

This is so cool - it's almost exactly like the boss room when you fight Phantom Ganon!

I spied Ruto walking around outside her house.

Her house was pretty nice.

I also saw Sheik, who was called Hylia for some reason. I really loved her upstairs room - it had stained glass windows of the three spiritual stones that you get in the beginning of the game, and the Master Sword was reminiscent of the Temple of Time room where you travel through time.

This is probably one of my favorite towns I've ever visited because of its really cool Zelda-esque feel! This dream feature is really cool because in City Folk and Wild World, when people made themed towns, all they could do was post videos; now, you can post codes and people can actually explore these themed (or not) towns at their leisure. So cool! :) Anyways, the other town I visited was Palette. For those of you who know Chuggaconroy on YouTube, he's in the middle of his New Leaf Let's Play right now (he'll be ending it on New Years Eve). So I headed off to his town as well. I guess I didn't take many pictures...

I also met Pietro, a really cool dude. He's basically a clown. :)

And that pretty much wrapped up my adventures via the Dream Suite, and today's play session in the game. See you tomorrow! It's going to be another exciting day! :)
