The York Feedback Form

Welcome!

Welcome to the York feedback form. Like any institution, York will always have room to improve and do better. This is a brand new initiative and the Student Council is very excited to hear your feedback! Here, you are able to fill out a google form with your comments on what York should do more of, suggestions for improvement, or general concerns about anything to do with the York School. 

This form is completely anonymous; however, if you wish to receive credit please sign your full name. Any submissions that have derogatory language, or are considered bullying will not be taken into consideration. This form is for well-thought out and constructive comments only, so please take the time to proofread and really think about your submission before you send it in. The issues that commonly come up will take priority so it is recommended to have your peers fill out a submission form regarding the same problem. Of course, we cannot ensure action will be taken on your submission, but we can guarantee it will be read and considered.
