Rising Sun

Located on Scholes Lane (which was once known as Webster Lane) next to the cricket ground. No longer a pub and became a private residence recently.

28 Jan 1892 - Property Auction - A number of public houses were auctioned at Bradford including the Rising Sun which is described as having 2 front rooms, back room, kitchen, filling bar, large chamber over the front rooms and three bedrooms. It also contained 1110 square yards with barn, mistal and piggeries now occupied by John Roberts.
