1841 Census – Cleckheaton District (including Hunsworth, Oakenshaw, Scholes and Wyke) is split into 11 Enumeration Districts. 1-6 are for the Township of Cleckheaton, 7 & 8 for the Township of Hunsworth and 9-11 for the Township of Wyke.
Descriptions and addresses associated within Enumeration Districts for this area. All 11 Enumeration districts for this area have been fully transcribed and are represented by the appropriate buttons below. In total, there are 1461 households with 7592 individuals.

The area bounded by yellow relates to the Township of Wyke and contains 3 Enumeration Districts; The area bounded by blue is for the Township of Hunsworth (2 Enumeration Districts) and that in red of Cleckheaton (which includes Oakenshaw and Scholes and has 6 Enumeration Districts)
This entire area hardly changes through the years but the enumeration districts contained within certainly do, no doubt to accommodate the growing population.
