5 Apr 1891 - Census - Savile's Arms, Hunsworth. Innkeeper recorded as George Booth & family. He is also recorded as a farmer.
16 Feb 1895 - Newspaper Article - It was reported that a "strange dog" found it's way into the Savile Arms at Hunsworth and bit a young man. The dog was later killed by order of the police and was found to have suffered from rabies. The bite victim was sent to Paris for the "Pasteur treatment".
