Let's get started!
Unzip and open all folders and place items (masks) into appropriate folders.
Press SHIFT + D and close the original template canvas.
Hide or delete the copyright layer.
Resize the canvas to 650px by 600px.
From the scrapkit, open papers 1, 7, 9, 10.
Now add a new raster layer above the WordArt Temp layer.
Duplicate it and place the other two above the circle and dots layers.
Your layer palette should look something like below:
Select the DOTS layer and SELECT ALL > FLOAT > DEFLOAT.
Now select paper 01 and COPY.
Go back to your working canvas and PASTE INTO SELECTION into the blank
layer above the DOTS layer.
SELECT NONE and hide/delete the dots layer.
Repeat the previous step for the CIRCLE & WORDART layers.
Paper 10 for the circle.
Paper 9 for the wordart.
Once you're done with all of that, select the dotted paper layer
duplicate.
Apply the Gaussian Blur at 5.
*OPTIONAL STEP: apply Linear Transmission with the following settings.
Now open the PAINT element from the scrapkit,
COPY & PASTE it above the circle layer.
*OPTIONAL STEP: duplicate the layer, apply gaussian blur
and linear transmission settings from the previous step.
Now copy and paste your tube into the center of the canvas.
If it works, open the WINGS element from the scrapkit
and paste it behind the tube.
Now open the SKULL element from the scrapkit and resize it by 20%.
Copy and paste it under the tube/wings layer,
depending if you added the wings or not.
Now, apply the MEISTER COPIES filter using the following settings:
Add a new raster layer under the skulls layer and SELECT ALL.
Open paper 7, COPY & PASTE INTO SELECTION on the new raster layer.
And SELECT NONE.
Now apply mask 161 to that layer with these settings:
Right click on the mask layer and MERGE > MERGE GROUP.
Move the wordart temp layer down so its centered on
the bottom portion of the tag.
now just add elements and drop shadows and you're done!
when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.
paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.
invert selection and crop to selection.
that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
Don't forget to add your copyright info!
