Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

with all the files ready, let's get started!

open my template and delete my copyright info layer.

add a new raster layer above the background layer and select all.

open paper2 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer and select none.

apply the mask at default settings.

right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.

now add a new raster layer above the Circle template layer.

on the Circle template layer, select all/float/defloat.

open paper7 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none and hide the Circle template layer.

now duplicate the paper7 circle.

apply a cutout with the following settings:

V - 0

H - 0

O - 100%

B - 100.00

shadow color - #000000

fill interior - unchecked

now change the blend mode of paper7 circle to soft light.

merge down one layer so the cutout and paper7 circle are one layer.

now open element13 from the kit and copy at 100%.

paste as a new layer above the paper7 circle.

now add a new raster layer above the Double Circles2 template layer.

on the Double Circles2, select all/float/defloat.

open paper3 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none and hide the Double Circles2 template layer.

duplicate the Double Circles2/paper3 layer.

apply the cutout with the same settings as before.

merge down one layer to merge the cutout with the paper3 layer.

repeat the step with Double Circles1 and paper1.

now open the tube and copy.

paste as a new layer on top.

leave it centered.

add a drop shadow of your choice.

go back down to the Circle template layer and select all/float/defloat.

invert your selection and hit delete on the tube layer.

select none.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged. 

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag. 

invert selection and crop to selection. 

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
