Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

with all your items ready to go and mask uploaded,

open up a new image at 700px by 600px.

open frame1 from the scrapkit, copy/paste as a new layer.

slightly drag it up a little.

using your preset shapes tool, select rounded rectangle.

make a shape like below:

select symmetric shapes from the preset shapes flyout menu.

right click on the vector shape/layer and select edit mode.

click white for both foreground and background.

convert to raster layer.

if your layer isn't already below the frame1, drop it below the frame.

add a new raster layer below the rectangle layer.

select all.

open/copy/paste into selection paper 11.

select your rectangle layer, float/defloat/invert selection.

hit delete on your paper layer. select none, hide rectangle layer.

open up the necklace and copy/paste at 100% as a new layer.

paste it above the frame.

open/copy/paste your tube it above the necklace.

position it so the lower body looks like it goes through the necklace.

duplicate it and drop the copy below the necklace.

add a drop shadow to the copy only. hide it for now.

*i tried this several different ways and this was the easiest.*

using your freehand selection tool (point to point),

make a selection that looks something like below:

CLICK FOR LARGER PREVIEW

hit delete on the top tube layer. select none.

still on the top tube layer, float/defloat/invert selection.

hit delete on the necklace. select none and delete top tube.

unhide the bottom tube layer.

if you have any drop shadow visible on the necklace that

overlaps the tube, use your eraser tool to delete it.

that was the hard part. now its just a matter of arranging elements.

resize your elements as the following:

bow6 - 50%

bracelet - 50%

cat - 60%

feathers1 - 40%

flower4 - 30%

ribbon - 50%

ribbon4 - 60%

shoe - 50%

zipperheart - 40%

copy/paste = C/P

C/P feathers1 above the frame layer.

move to the left, duplicate and mirror.

add a drop shadow.

C/P ribbon4 above feathers1.

rotate to the left by 90.m

move to the left of the frame, duplicate and mirror.

add a drop shadow.

C/P the shoe above ribbon4.

move to the bottom left of the frame.

add a drop shadow and duplicate.

place them so they look like a pair.

C/P the ribbon above the shoes.

rotate it to the right by 45.

move to the right of the bottom frame and add drop shadow.

duplicate and mirror.

C/P bow6 above the ribbon.

move it to the upper left corner of the frame.

add a drop shadow, duplicate and mirror.

C/P flower4 above bow6.

move it so it sit ontop of bow6 on the left.

add a drop shadow, duplicate and mirror.

C/P the bracelet above flower4.

move it just off center on the bottom of the frame.

add a drop shadow, duplicate and mirror.

C/P the zipperheart above the necklace.

position in the center on the bottom of the frame,

in the middle of the bracelets.

add a drop shadow.

C/P the cat above the zipperheart.

make it black/white under photo effects.

add a drop shadow and position it to the right of the frame.

add a new raster layer on the very bottom and select all.

C/Paste into selection paper12.

apply the mask with these settings:

right click on the mask layer to merge mask group.

and thats it!

add any other text that you need and don't forget artist credits.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.

invert selection and crop to selection.

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
