Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

open up my template. hide or delete my copyright layer.

hide both small rectangle/gradient layers.

open paper09, resize by 80%.

copy/paste (C/P) it above the large rectangle layer.

use your magic wand to select the area around the rectangle.

hit delete on the paper layer. select none.

hide the original large rectangle layer.

open the element embel11 from the kit.

resize it by 80%, C/P it above the large rectangle paper layer.

duplicate, flip and merge down.

C/P paper09 again, this time above the small rectangle layer.

copy/paste (C/P) it above the small rectangle layer.

use your magic wand to select the area around the rectangle.

hit delete on the paper layer. select none.

hide the original small rectangle layer.

open element embel12 from the kit.

resize it by 60%, C/P it above the small rectangle paper layer.

open the poser from the kit, resize it by 40%.

C/P it above the embel12 layer and place to the left.

now the poser is dark and so is the background so they just blend together.

pick an element or several to place behind to the poser to make her stand out.

add all the elements that you would like.

dont add a drop shadow until after you select all on the bottom background layer.

under image, select crop to selection. that will delete any extra paper portions.

add a drop shadow and text of your choice.

this is the end if you are not going to animate.

keep reading if you intend on animating your tag.

the plugin is alienskin xenofex2 > constellation.

hide the bottom/background layer.

hide any layers that you do not want to apply the plugin to.

right click on a visible layer, merge visible.

duplicate it twice so you have a total of 3 merged layers.

hide the top 2 layers and select the bottom merged layer.

apply the following setting:

now hide the bottom merged layer, select the next one up.

apply the same xenofex2 settings, except click RANDOM SEED.

do the same step for the top merged layer.

hide the top two merged layers.

now unhide any layers that you hid (if any) before the plugin.

unhide the bottom/background layer (if you want).

edit > copy special > copy merged.

open your animation shop.

right click on the open window, paste as new animation.

back in psp,

hide the bottom merged layer and unhide the middle merged layer.

repeat the copy merged.

in animation shop, under edit, paste > after current frame.

repeat the step for the last merged layer.

now in animation shop,

click the first frame and select all.

under animation > frame properties, display time: 18.

go to view > animation to check the speed.

increase or decrease to your liking.

and thats it!
