open the template and resize to 750px by 650px.

hide/delete the template copyright layer.

merge down only 1 layer with the following layers:

Thin Rectangle 2 Black and Think Rectangle 1 Black

Pink Rectangle 2 and Pink Rectangle 1

use your magic wand tool to select inside the rectangle (layer).

add a new raster layer above the rectangle.

open paper1 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none and hide the rectangle template layer.

on the merged pink rectangle layer, select all/float/defloat.

add a new raster layer above the merged pink rectangle layer.

open paper9 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

hide the merged pink rectangle layer.

on the circle1 template layer, select all/float/defloat.

now add a new raster layer above circle1 layer.

open paper3 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none and hide the circle1 template layer.

repeat the previous steps for circle1, with the circle2 layer and paper4.

on the Pixel Words layer, go up to effects > photo effects > black and white film.

apply it with the brightness and clarify settings both at 0.

set the blend mode to multiply.

open your tube and paste it as a new layer.

position it to your liking.

go up to effects > photo effects > black and white film.

apply it with the brightness and clarify settings both at 0.

set the blend mode to lighten.

now go back down to the circle2 template and duplicate it.

on the duplicate, select all/float/defloat/invert selection.

delete the duplicate and hit delete on the tube layer.

select none.

on the filmstrip back layer, select all/float/defloat.

hide the filmstrip template layer.

add a new raster layer above it.

open paper3 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none.

repeat the previous steps for the following layers and papers:

Glitter Filstrip Back and paper1

Filmstrip By Kristin and paper3

Lrg Stars and paper3

Glitter Skulls By Kristin and paper3

now for the tube below the filmstrip/paper3 layer.

copy and paste (C/P) it as a new layer below the filmstrip/paper3 layer.

position it inside the frame to your liking.

once all set, go up to effects > photo effects > black and white film.

apply it with the brightness and clarify settings both at 0.

change the opacity to 50%.

set the blend mode to Luminance.

use your magic wand to select the area outside the filmstrip/paper3 layer.

expand selection by 3.

hit delete on the tube.

select none.

now go to the very bottom layer and select all.

image > crop to selection.

this gets rid of any extra stuff not visible on the canvas.

hide the background layer.

edit > copy special > copy merged. 

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag. 

invert selection and crop to selection. 

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
