Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

Sparkling Solstice PTU kit by Wicked Princess Scraps, purchase HERE.

Tube is by Ismael Rac, purchase HERE.

with all the files open, lets get started.

open a new image with transparent background at 750px by 650px.

open the fan element from the kit.

copy and paste (C/P) as a new layer at 100%.

free rotate it to the left by 90.

pull it to the left off center of the canvas.

duplicate and mirror it.

merge down so they are 1 layer.

add a new raster layer above the fans and select all.

open paper5 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none.

apply the mask at default settings.

right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.

open the wreath element from the kit.

C/P as a new layer above the mask layer at 100%.

now open the CIRCLECRUMPLEFRAME from the kit and resize by 80%.

use your magic wand to select the area outside the frame.

expand selection by 10 and invert selection.

add a new raster layer below the frame.

open paper18 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none.

mirror the paper18.

now open the close up tube.

C/P it at 100% below the frame.

use your magic wand to select outside the paper18 circle.

hit delete on the close up tube and select none.

go down to the bottom layer (empty raster layer) and select all.

under image > crop to selection.

this gets rid of any extra tube portions not visible on the canvas window.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.

invert selection and crop to selection.

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
