apply the mask at default settings on paper4.

right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.

add a new raster layer above the Strips template layer.

select all.

open paper2 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the raster layer.

on the Strips layer, float/defloat/invert selection.

hit delete on the paper2 layer.

select none and hide the Strips template layer.

repeat the steps with the following layers and papers:

Circle and paper4

Stars and paper13

now open frame5 from the kit and resize by 65%.

copy and paste (C/P) it as a new layer above the Stars/paper13 layer.

use your mover tool to pull it slightly to the left of the circle.

now open wordart3 from the kit and resize by 50%.

C/P it as a new layer above the frame5.

use the mover tool to pull it to the upper left corner of the frame5.

now open the tube and resize accordingly.

I resized mine by 80%.

C/P it as a new layer above the wordart3 layer.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.

invert selection and crop to selection.

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
