Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

open a new image with transparent background at 750px by 650px.

open frame 2 from the kit and resize by 60%.

copy and paste it as a new layer.

add a new raster layer below frame2 and select all.

open paper1 from the kit and copy/paste into selection on new layer.

select none.

use your magic wand to click inside frame 2.

expand by 10 and invert selection.

hit delete on paper1 and select none.

now using your circle preset shape, make a large oval.

use my tag for size reference.

select symmetric shape in your preset shapes flyout menu.

select black to fill your background and foreground.

go to objects > align > center in canvas.

rasterize the oval.

add a new raster layer above the oval and select all

open paper4 from the kit and copy/paste into selection.

select the oval and float/defloat/invert selection.

hit delete on paper4 and hide the oval.

add a new raster layer above the paper4 oval and select all.

open paper2 and copy/paste into selection on new layer.

select none.

now apply the mask with default settings.

right click on the mask layer in the layer palette to merge mask group.

now open your tube, resize if you need/want to.

copy/paste it as a new layer below frame2.

click inside frame2 and expand by 10.

invert selection and hit delete on your tube.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged. 

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag. 

invert selection and crop to selection. 

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
