sinful angel

Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

with the files ready to go, let's get started.

open my template and delete my copyright info layer.

add a new raster layer above the background layer and select all.

open paper4 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on new raster layer.

select none.

apply the mask at default settings.

right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.

now add a new raster layer above the Rectangle layer.

on the Rectangle template layer, select all/float/defloat.

open paper2 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none and hide the Rectangle template layer.

duplicate the paper2 layer and apply a cutout with these settings:

V - 0

H - 0

O - 100%

B - 100.00

shadow color - #000000

fill interior - unchecked

change the blend mode for the cutout to Luminance (Legacy).

merge down one layer to merge the cutout with the paper.

repeat the steps with these layers and papers:

Square and paper6

Heart2 and paper2

(for both heart layers, change the blend mode to dissolve)

Heart1 and paper12

now open the purple flame element and resize by 50%.

C/P as a new layer on top and align it with the botom of the square.

refer to my tag for placement.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged. 

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag. 

invert selection and crop to selection. 

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
