Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

Once you have all your supplies ready to go, open the template.

Open a circle frame from the kit and resize it by 80%.

Copy and paste it above the circle frame layer in the template.

Hide or delete the circle frame layer (not the kit frame).

From the kit, open up a light paper and copy and paste it above large circle layer.

Click the large circle layer and do SELECTIONS/SELECT ALL/FLOAT/DEFLOAT/INVERT.

Delete the excess portion of the light paper. Then do SELECTIONS/SELECT NONE.

Now merge the left stripe 1 layer with the right stripe 1. 

Select a new paper from the kit to copy and paste above the combined layer.

Using your magic wand tool, click on the outside of the stripes and delete the excess portion of the paper.

Hide/delete the original stripe 1 layer.

Merge the left stripe 2 with the right stripe 2.

Repeat the previous step with a new paper.

Hide/delete the original stripe 2 layer.

Now with a new paper from the kit, copy and paste it below the kit frame. 

Using your magic wand tool, click inside the frame and under SELECTIONS, expand by 5.

INVERT your selection and delete the excess portion of the pasted paper. SELECT NONE.

Now open up 3 stars from the kit and resize them by 80%. 

Place 1 above each star on the 3 stars layer. Hide/delete the original 3 stars layer.

Now open up the wrapped bow from the kit and copy and paste it above the circle frame layer.

Copy and paste your tube below the wrapped bow.

For now, hide the wrapped bow layer.

Add a drop shadow of your preference to the tube.

Duplicate your tube layer and place one below the circle frame. 

Using your selection tool (rectangle), make the following selection:

Click delete on the top tube layer. INVERT your selection and click delete on the bottom tube layer.

SELECT NONE.

Now hide your 3 stars layer.

Unhide your wrapped bow layer.

Using your rectangle selection tool, select just outside the stripe 2 layer, like below:

Make the same selection on the other stripe and delete the excess portion of the wrapped bow.

SELECT NONE.

Now for the last step, open up a paper, copy and paste it below the large circle layer.

Load your mask and apply it.

And that's it. Add text to your tag and also drop shadows and bevels to the rest of your layers if you want.

Don't forget to add credit/copyright info for any licensed tubes.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.

invert selection and crop to selection.

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
