Tutorial done in PSPX2.
Must having some working knowledge of the program.
Anything Goes FTU kit by ArtMama's Studio.
Tube is by zebrush, purchase HERE.
Mask236 & Mask196 by weescotlass.

with all the files open and ready to go, let's get started.
open a new image at 750px by 650px.
add a new raster layer and select all.
open paper8 and copy.
paste into selection on the new raster layer.
select none.
apply the mask236 at default settings.
right click on the mask to merge the mask group.
now duplicate the mask layer.
merge down so both masks are one layer.
add a new raster layer above the mask layer and select all.
open paper7 and copy.
paste into selection on the new raster layer.
select none.
apply the mask196 at default settings.
right click on the mask to merge the mask group.
resize this mask layer only by 90%.
now open the embellie04 element from the kit.
resize by 80% and copy.
paste as a new layer on top.
add a new raster layer below the frame.
now using your magic wand tool, select the area inside the upper left frame.
expand selection by 5.
open a paper from the kit and copy.
paste into selection on the new raster layer.
select none.
repeat the steps with the lower right frame and another paper.
now merge the 2 paper layers to one layer.
duplicate the papers layer.
apply cutout with the following settings:
V - 0
H- 0
O - 100%
B - 100.00
shadow color - #000000
fill interior - unchecked
now change the blend mode of the cutout to overlay.
you can duplicate the overlay cutout to darken the effect.
now open your tube and resize accordingly.
I resized my tube by 50%.
copy and paste (C/P) as a new layer on top.
add a slight drop shadow.
duplicate the tube.
drag the duplicate below the frame.
using your retangle selection tool, make the following selection:
CLICK IMAGE FOR LARGER PREVIEW
hit delete on the top tube layer.
invert your selection and hit delete on the bottom tube layer.
select none.
now use your magic wand tool to select the area outside the paper circles.
hit delete on the bottom tube layer.
select none.
now open the embellie21 element from the kit and resize by 80%.
C/P as a new layer on the top.
position it on top of the upper left frame.
pull the element down so its just above the frame and below the top tube.
add a drop shadow and duplicate the element.
pull the duplicate below the frame layer.
now using your rectangle selection tool, make the following selection:

hit delete on the top element layer.
invert your selection and hit delete on the bottom element layer.
select none.
now use your magic wand tool to select the area outside the paper circles.
hit delete on the bottom element layer.
select none.
now reopen the same element and resize by 80% again.
C/P as a new layer on top.
position it on top of the lower right frame.
pull the element down so its above the frame and below the top tube.
add the same drop shadow as before.
duplicate the element.
pull the duplicate below the frame and bottom tube layer.
using your rectangle selection tool, make the following selection:
NOTE - ZOOM IN TO SEE BETTER IF THE TUBE IS AN ODD SHAPE.
ITS IMPORTANT TO USE THE STRAIGHT LINES SELECTION SO
THE CUT IS CLEAN AND SMOOTH.

hit delete on the bottom element layer.
invert selection and hit delete on the top element layer.
now use your magic wand tool to select the area outside the paper circles.
hit delete on the bottom element layer.
select none.
now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.
don't forget to add artist credit and license info.
when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.
paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.
invert selection and crop to selection.
that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
