Tutorial done in PSPX2.
Must having some working knowledge of the program.

open a new image 650px by 500px.
open the journaling paper, resize it by 30%.
copy/paste it to the left of the working canvas.
open the steelmeshheart, resize it by 60%.
copy/paste it to the right and on top of the journaling paper.
open the glitterbottlespill, resize it by 60%.
copy/paste it on top of the steelmeshheart.
pull it so its on the bottom of the tag.
open the metal frame, resize it by 20%
copy/paste it above the glitterbottlespill.
free rotate it to the left by 15%.
use my tag as reference as to where to place it.
open the ribbonblack, resize it by 10%.
copy/paste it above the metalframe.
mirror it and free rotate it to the left by 15%.
place it on the bottom of the metalframe.
now for the tube.
open the closeup tube and resize it by 70%.
copy/paste it under the metal frame.
mirror it and use my tag as reference on its placement.
now duplicate the closeup tube.
go to effects > photo effects > black and white film.
apply it only to the duplicate layer.
add a gaussian blur by 1.
right click on the layer and set the blend mode to soft light.
add a drop shadow to the original closeup tube.
open the streaked raspberry paper and resize by 10%.
copy/paste it below the closeup tube.
free rotate it to the left by 15%.
place it so it fills up the background of the metal frame.
use your magic wand and click inside the metal frame.
expand by 10 and invert.
hit delete on the paper, closeup tube, closeup tube duplicate.
select none.
open the full body tube and apply the same steps as the closeup tube.
now add any other elements and text.
don't forget to add any license and artist info.
when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.
paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.
invert selection and crop to selection.
that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
