open a new transparent image at 750px by 650px.
open paper12 from the kit and copy.
add a new raster layer and select all.
paste into selection on the new layer.
select none.
apply the mask at default settings.
right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.
now add noise to the mask layer at gaussian 75% with monochrome checked.
open frame2 from the kit.
copy and paste (C/P) it as a new layer.
free rotate the frame to the left by 90.
open ribbon3 from the kit and resize by 80%.
C/P it as a new layer below the frame.
free rotate to the right by 90.
drag the ribbon to the left of the frame.
duplicate the ribbon.
mirror and flip the duplicate ribbon.
merge the ribbons so they are one layer.
now using your preset shapes, select the rounded rectangle.
do the following under the ribbons layer.
drag the rectangle so it slightly larger than the ribbons' width and height.
use my tag for size reference.
now go up to objects > align > center in canvas.
on your toolbar in the preset shapes flyout menu, select symmetric shape.
over on your color palette, notice only the foreground has a color.
unhide the background color.
set both foreground and background colors to #000000.
now on your layers palette, right click on the vector layer to rasterize it.
now open paper5 from the kit and copy.
add a new raster layer about the rounded rectangle layer.
click on your rectangle layer and select all/float/defloat.
paste into selection on the new layer.
select none and hide the rounded rectangle we just made.
now open flower13 from the kit.
C/P it as a new layer above the ribbons layer.
drag it to the left of the frame.
duplicate the flower.
mirror and flip the duplicate.
now open your tube and select the one with the background.
C/P it at 100% as a new layer below the frame.
position it to your liking.
now using your magic wand tool, select the area outside the frame.
expand by 20.
hit delete on the tube layer.
invert your selection and hit delete on the flower12 and ribbon layers.
now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.
don't forget to add artist credit and license info.
when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.
paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.
invert selection and crop to selection.
that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
