Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

open a new image at 750px by 650px with a transparent background.

add a new raster layer.

now put the following colors in your color palette:

foreground - #d39954

background - #060718

now use the following settings for a gradient:

angle - 0

repeats - 1

invert - checked

style -  linear

flood fill the new raster layer with the gradient.

apply the mask at default settings to the gradient layer.

right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.

now under textures > sandstone, use the following settings to apply to the gradient mask:

blur - 20

detail - 80

luminance - 13

angle - 45

color - #ffffff

now open the frame3 and C/P it as a new layer above the mask.

use your magic wand to select the area inside the frame and expand by 5.

add a new raster layer below the frame.

open paper1 and C/Paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none. 

now open your tube and C/P it as a new layer at 100% above the frame.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged. 

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag. 

invert selection and crop to selection. 

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
