Tutorial done in PSPX2.
Must having some working knowledge of the program.

so open your template and have your kit ready to go.
add a new raster layer above the background layer and select all.
open paper3 and copy.
paste into selection on the new layer and select none.
apply the mask with default settings.
right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.
add a new raster layer above square1.
open paper4 and copy.
use your magic wand to click inside the square1.
paste paper4 into selection on new raster layer.
select none and hide square1.
repeat the steps with square2 and paper5.
open frame1 from the kit and resize by 80%.
copy and paste (C/P) as a new layer above paper5.
leave the frame centered.
now open the tube and copy the CNarcisi 5 orig image layer.
paste as a new layer above the frame1.
resize by 60%.
drag the tube under the frame1 layer.
pull the tube so it sits behind the back frame.
use your rectangle selection tool to make the following selection:
invert selection and delete the excess portion of the tube.
select none.
now duplicate the tube layer and free rotate the duplicate by 22 to the left.
pull the duplicate tube so it sits under the front frame.
use the unsharp mask (adjust > sharpness > unsharp mask) with the following settings:
now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.
don't forget to add artist credit and license info.
when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.
paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.
invert selection and crop to selection.
that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
