Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

open a new image at 650px by 600px.

open frame03 from the kit, resize it to 80%.

copy/paste into working canvas.

add a new raster layer below the frame.

set these colors:

foreground - #abb9b9

background - #716e43

use the following gradient settings and fill the new raster layer.

use your pick tool to bring the gradient vertically closer to the frame.

now go to texture effects > tiles and use these settings:

now go to blur > motion blur and use these settings:

use the magic wand tool, click inside the frame, expand by 10.

invert selection and hit delete the gradient layer. select none.

now for the tube.

copy/paste it below the frame layer. add a drop shadow of your choice.

duplicate it and move it above the frame.

use your rectangle selection tool and make the following selection:

hit delete on the top tube layer.

invert selection and hit delete on the bottom layer.

select none.

and now, just add elements and text of your choice.

don't forget to add license/artist info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.

invert selection and crop to selection.

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
