Tutorial done in PSPX2.

open up a new image, 750px by 650px.
using your preset shapes, we're going to make a circle.
while holding down the shift key, drag the pointer across the canvas
to make a large circle. use my tag for size reference.
go to objects > align > center in canvas.
on your preset shapes flyout menu, select symmetric shapes.
right click on your canvas and select edit mode.
now select any color for the background and foreground to make the circle solid.
right click on the layer to rasterize the layer.
now open up paper 6, select all and copy.
back on your working canvas, select all and
float/defloat your solid circle.
add a new raster layer and paste into selection.
select none.
now select your rectangle shape from preset shapes and make a rectangle frame.
on your preset shapes flyout menu, select symmetric shapes.
select black for your foreground and hide background color.
use these settings for your symmetric shapes.
right click on the layer to rasterize the layer.
add a new raster layer above the frame and select all.
now open paper 5, copy and paste into selection on new layer.
use your magic wand tool to select the frame and invert selection.
hide the frame layer and hit delete on the paper 5 layer.
select none.
now resize your tube layer to fit inside the paper frame we just made.
copy and paste the tube below the paper frame.
now add a new raster layer below the circle layer and select all.
copy and paste paper 5 into selection on new layer.
apply the mask at default settings.
now add any elements and text that you want along with drop shadows.
don't forget artist credit and license info.
when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.
paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.
invert selection and crop to selection.
that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
