open a new image 750px by 650px with a transparent background.

add a new raster layer and select all.

open paper4 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none.

apply the mask at default settings.

right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.

open the flower2 and copy and paste (C/P) as a new layer.

open frame3 from the kit and resize by 80%.

C/P as a new layer above flower2.

open the tube and copy layer3.

paste at 100% as a new layer above frame3.

add a drop shadow and duplicate the tube.

pull the duplicate below the frame.

use your rectangle selection tool to make the following selection:

hit delete on the top tube layer and invert your selection.

hit delete on the bottom tube layer and select none.

now use your magic wand to click inside the frame and expand by 7.

invert your selection and hit delete on the bottom tube layer.

select none.

now open greenry1 and C/P as a new layer above the top tube layer.

resize greenry1 by 60% and free rotate to the right by 90.

pull it down to the bottom of the frame.

duplicate it and mirror it.

now open ribbon 5 and C/P as a new layer above greenry1.

drag the ribbon so it sits on top of greenry1.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.

invert selection and crop to selection.

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
