Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

with the files ready to go, let's get started!

open a new image with transparent background at 750px by 650px.

open element32 (yellow frame) from the kti and resize by 70%.

copy and paste (C/P) as a new layer.

now open element31 (blue frame) from the kit and resize by 60%.

C/P it as a new layer on top.

add a new raster layer below the blue frame.

use your magic wand tool to select inside the blue frame.

expand selection by 5.

now open paper13 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none.

now duplicate the paper13 layer.

apply a cutout with the following settings:

V - 0

H - 0

O - 100%

B - 100.00

shadow color - #000000

fill interior - unchecked

change the blend mode of paper13 to overlay.

duplicate the overlay cutout again to darken the effect.

now add the tube. resize accordingly, I didnt resize mine.

leave it centered.

add a drop shadow of your choice.

duplicate the tube.

pull the copy below the blue frame.

now use the rectangle selection tool to make the following selection:

CLICK IMAGE FOR LARGER PREVIEW

now hit delete on the top tube layer.

invert your selection and hit delete on the bottom tube layer.

select none.

now use your magic wand tool to select the area outside the paper13 layer below the blue frame.

hit delete on the bottom tube layer.

select none.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged.

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag.

invert selection and crop to selection.

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
