Tutorial done in PSPX2.

Must having some working knowledge of the program.

with all the files open and ready to go, let's get started.

open a new image 750px by 650px with a transparent background.

add a new raster layer and select all.

open paper6 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer and select none.

apply the mask at default settings.

right click on the mask layer to merge the mask group.

open the frame9 from the kit and resize by 70%.

copy and paste (C/P) as a new layer above the mask layer.

open the frame8 from the kit and resize by 60%.

C/P as a new layer above the frame9 layer.

use your magic wand to select inside the frame8.

expand selection by 4.

add a new raster layer below the frame8 layer.

open paper6 from the kit and copy.

paste into selection on the new raster layer.

select none.

now open your tube and resize accordingly.

I resize mine by 80%.

C/P as a new layer above the frame8 layer.

now that all the basics are done, add any elements, text and tubes.

don't forget to add artist credit and license info.

when you're all done, copy special > copy merged. 

paste as a new image and use your magic wand tool to select outside the tag. 

invert selection and crop to selection. 

that will get rid of any extra space that you don't need.
