Thanksgiving Sliders Turkey

12 Hawaiian Rolls or Potato Rolls

Shredded or thinly sliced Turkey

Cheddar or Swiss or any cheese you have, thinly sliced or shredded

3 Tbsp. Butter, melted

1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder

1/2 Tsp. Parsley Flakes

Pinch of Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 Cup Mashed Potatoes

1/4 Cup Gravy

Preheat the oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place them onto your prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl mix together about a cup of mashed potatoes with the gravy, stir until fully combined. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top of the rolls. Top with the turkey and cheese, add the tops of the buns.

In a separate small bowl mix together the butter, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, freshly ground black pepper, and stir to combine.

Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the sliders and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted the buns have become golden brown.
