Steak Kabobs

Ingredients

1 1/2 Tsp. Cumin Seeds (slightly toasted)

1 1/2 Tsp. Black Peppercorns

1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

1/2 Tsp. Coarsely Ground Red Pepper Flakes

2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 lb. flat iron steak

1 Onion

1 Green Bell Pepper

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 lb. Mushrooms

Lime or Lemon Wedges for serving

Directions

Coarsely grind cumin seeds, black peppercorns, kosher salt, red pepper flakes in a spice mill or mortar and pestle. Set seasoned salt aside.

Thread your steak pieces, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms alternating pieces on the skewers.

Brush all sides of your skewers with oil and season with seasoned salt. Rub in the salt to make sure everything is evenly coated.

Pre-heat your grill. Grill Skewers for 5-8 minutes. Flipping occasionally. Serve alongside some lemon or lime wedges and enjoy.
