Beef Stir Fry

1 lb. Skirt Steak, sliced into strips

1 Tsp. Sugar

1 Tsp. Sesame Oil

1 Tsp. Salt

1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 Tsp. plus 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1 Onion, sliced

1 3" piece ginger, peeled, thinly sliced

2 Cloves of Garlic, minced

1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

2 Tsp. Chili Paste (or to your taste preference)

1/2 lb. Snap Peas

Serve alongside cooked white rice.

In a small bowl mix together the sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger garlic, black pepper, and chili paste.

In a cast iron skillet, add the vegetable oil. Once heated through add in the steak, onions, and snap peas. Season with salt. Sauté for 3 minutes.

Add the soy sauce mixture to the beef and sauté for another 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and stir.

Serve in a bowl along with some white rice.
