"Fried" Camembert

2 Wheels of Camembert - Cut into 1 inch Cubes

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

2 Large Eggs

1 Tbsp. Water

1 Cup Breadcrumbs

Salt

Pepper

Vegetable Oil Spray


Using three seperate bowls, add the flour to one, the egg and water to another, and the breadcrumbs to the last. Season each one with a pinch of salt and pepper.


Roll the camembert through the flour first, then dip into the egg, then roll through the breadcrumbs.


Place your camembert into the fridge for 15-20 minutes.


Pre-heat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrentheit.


Place the camembert onto a baking sheet and spray lightly with oil. Bake for 6-8 minutes.


Serve and enjoy.
