Citrus Salmon

4-6 Salmon filets

1 Lemon, Zested and juiced

1 Lime, Zested and juiced

1 Blood Orange, Zested and juiced

4-6 Cloves of Garlic,minced

1 Tbsp. Tarragon, fresh or dried

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt

1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper



In a medium bowl combine the zest and juice of the lemon, lime, orange, garlic, tarragon, soy sauce, oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Add in the salmon and allow to marinade for 10 minutes on the counter top.


Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.


Place your salmon down on the prepared baking sheet. Garnish with additional slices of lemon and blood orange. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until done to your liking.

Side Salad

10 oz. Mixed Greens

1-2 Avocados, sliced

Cherry Tomatoes, halved

1 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced

1/4 Cup Champagne Vinegar

1 Tsp. Dijon Mustard

1 Tsp. Kosher Salt

1/2 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Tbsp. Fresh Dill, Finely chopped


In a large bowl, add in the champagne vinegar, dijon mustard, salt, pepper, dill, and olive oil. Whisk until well combined.


Add in the mixed greens, tomatoes, red onion, avocado, and toss until well combined.
