Pasta Alfredo

1 lb. Pasta (any kind you have on hand)

1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. Butter

3 Cloves of Garlic, finely minced

Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

2 Cups Heavy Cream

1 Cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Make pasta according to the package directions on the box for perfect al dente.

In a medium pot, add in the Olive Oil, butter, and garlic. Stir until fragrant. About 1-2 minutes.

Add in the heavy cream and stir until it starts simmering.

Add in the Parmesan cheese a little at a time constantly stirring. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer sauce until it has thickened 8-10 minutes.

Toss the pasta and sauce together and top with additional parmesan cheese and parsley if you have any available.
