Spinach Artichoke Dip

4 Tbsp. Butter

6 Cloves of Garlic, grated

2 15 oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

10 oz. Fresh Baby Spinach

16 Oz. Cream Cheese

1 1/2 Cups Parmesan Cheese

1 1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt

1 Tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Chips or Crackers for Serving

In a Dutch oven add in the butter and minced garlic, cook for 1 minute then add in the artichoke hearts and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Add in the spinach, a pinch of red pepper flakes, and salt. Sauté for an additional 6-8 minutes. Stirring constantly.

Add in the cream cheese and stir until fully melted. Stir in the parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

Remove from heat and place the dip in a bowl. Top with some additional freshly ground black pepper and parmesan cheese. Serve alongside some chips or crackers.
