Maple Butter

1/2 lb. Unsalted Butter, cut into chunks and frozen

1 1/2 Cups Grade A medium Maple Syrup

1/4 Tsp. Salt

In a small pot, add the butter, maple syrup, salt and bring up to a simmer. Gently stir until butter is melted.

Remove from heat once the butter is completely melted and add it into a mixing bowl. Mix with an electric whisk until the liquid is frothy, about 1-2 minutes.

Pour into a glass container, let cool then refrigerate until set. Make sure to stir the maple butter half way through the setting stage.
