Shrimp Tostadas

1 lb. Peeled deveined Shrimp

Salt

Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Lemon

Red Onion, finely diced

Cilantro, finely chopped

Avocado

Tomato, finely diced

Mayo or Creama

Tostadas

Boil the shrimp with the lemon peel and a pinch of salt until just cooked through. Drain and let cool.

Grab a tostada and smear some mayo or creama top with the shrimp, freshly ground black pepper, onion, cilantro, a squeeze of lemon, some slices of avocado, and a dash of hot sauce.

Serve and enjoy.
